Betty, Betty, Betty ! She is an amazing employee and person. She accepted all my package deliveries, made sure they were elevated in the storage unit on a crate due to the rain. She was a pleasure to coordinate with and friendly to talk to. I will be back!

Everything and everyone was great . The manager, Debbie, had to help me cut a lock off that I lost the key for. We worked at that for probably 30 minutes. It was a brinks lock and was really strong . Debbie was very pleasant and extremely helpful. These guys had a sale going on and had the very best deal in town. They have Super clean units. I was talking to a really nice guy named Gary at the office when I checked out and he told me extra space has a certain standard they keep for the units they rent out and I can tell you this, They were spotless. Excellent customer service, great job and the next time I need storage I know where Im going...and it aint cube smart !!!

We started renting a storage unit here when it was in transition from another company. It had not been kept up very well but since it became Cubesmart, the staff and the facilities have all been upgraded. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They stay in communication with you and are very accomodating. The ladies have made it much more professional.

From day one I have had issues with their lack of responsibility. My storage unit has a wall that is rotted and opening to next door unit.I bought their special loa k the day I rented unit and a week later they called and asked if we did, odd phone call. Well yes we did. Manager then states that she forgot to charge us and her inventory is short which is how she decided it was the lock we had purchased and that they are adding that to our next bill. Well I already paid for the lock the day she handed it to me.Then a month later I receive the bill for monthly storage and it had extra fees over 20..and not the mandatory insurance they require you to pay as well every month. And my bill states it is due in 2 weeks. Today I go to drop a load of stuff in my unit only to find out they have locked me out of the gate. Manager comes to me and says yes we do that when your bill is 6 days late. Well my bill is not late if it says it is Due March 17th and today is February 26th!!! Still did not even let me in gate to my unit!!The worst storage place I have ever experienced and needless to say I will be moving my stuff out of there!

Moved to Columbia from SC, had a dire need and these folks did a fantastic job...went from parking a trailer there for a few days to renting a unit...made the transition smooth and easy, low cost...I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store stuff...

I needed a large storage unit spur of the moment (with only an hour notice) and they were able to get me into one right away and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. The syafs i dealt with were exceptionally courtious and professional. I would have to say that my experience was great
