Great storage location! The staff at Midgard was very helpful, and the facility clean, well lit, etc. Moving storage from across town and they helped me find the best unit for my needs. Highly recommended!

I’m a student and stored here for a month and a half moving out of my apartment into a house. The service was great and the unit was clean and easy to access. I had plenty of space and would recommend this location to other students. It is slightly farther away from campus (about 20 minutes) but the first month is free so if you have a short term rental it works out well.

Great service! The sales person was kind, attentive, educated, and resourceful. I only needed them for a couple of weeks, but the sales person educated me on the policies in a way I understand and felt comfortable making a discussion. Would go back if I needed them again.

I stored a travel trailer at this location. The trailer was locked with stabilizers down. Additionally, the hitch was secured with a lock that prevented hitch operation. Although I used the trailer regularly, the trailer vanished from Midgard Self Storage after about 9 months of storage. This facility is supposed to be secured and monitored with cameras, however management were less than helpful when informed of the theft.Even when the police requested camera footage, their reply was, we will have to contact our main office in order to do that. Furthermore, they stated footage was erased after ten days, and this was even before the footage was viewed. Even the police officer pointed out that the theft could have happened the day before. Management response was, even still, we will have to get permission to get you [the police] a copy. They would not allow me [the owner of the trailer] to view the video.Be careful before storing things here... they are not going to do anything to help locate property that disappears from their facility. Makes you wonder if someone employed there might be helping things disappear?

Great Service. There was an issue with my daughters storage area and we recd a call from the manager. Moe took care of everything for us since we are not local.

I used to store at another place, but Harley wasn’t working there anymore. I found him by chance here. The price is right and the property is very clean. He always made me feel like my stuff was in good hands. So I’m made the move over to Midgard.

Routinely loses payment checks. Six times they have tried to hit me with a late fee and each time they find the check in their office. This month they claim they got it late although USAA says they received it 7 days before the due date. Now they are charging me a late fee. I am going to Life Storage. It’s beautiful and only 49.99/ month whereas I am now being charged $75/ month and receiving poor service.

My mother drove by here and rented me a space to store my boat. It’s well kept and the people in the office were very nice.

I found the storage by passing by then I looked it up on the web when I first walked in I knew it was a place I was going to use because of the great friendly customer service explain everything, quick and easy application, toured the facility it was cleaned just all around nice I would recommend it to anyone

The gentleman in there. I think his name was Harley. He knew his stuff. And keeps that place clean. Very friendly customer service. Just had to let his bosses know.

Jeff is AWESOME! I was with them for almost a year and they worked with me several times. My furniture was still in tip top shape and again the staff were very friendly and easy to do business with. They have a lifetime customer with me.

Fast and good service

I stored some things at the Atlas Rd location. The onsite manager is really friendly and was so helpful.

An excellent customer service orient storage place. When I knew I was going to be late after closing time, I call ahead and the man there was more than willing to stay a bit to help me rent the locker. A couple weeks later, I also rent the truck from them and it was a smooth transition. The two people that I interact there was helpful and friendly.

I put a request a week ago for a supervisor to call us back or email us and no one called or emailed us..Going on almost 3 weeks still no phone call back from supervisor great business

First time using a Storage

This was the best experience I have ever had renting a truck. Darryl was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of us. I would rent from these guys again in a minute.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be very careful when signing a lease with Midguard Self Storage. I would like to start off by saying I used this company to store some extra things for over 2 years, consecutively. I ended my contract months ago and they WILL NOT STOP CHARGING MY CARD. I have finally decided it is worth the legal fees to attempt a lawsuit. More of a headache than its worth, but stealing is stealing and that is exactly what they are doing. The general manager has been avoiding me for weeks. Will not respond to my emails, phone calls, voicemails, etc. Huge disappointment, and a complete nightmare to deal with. Not to mention poor customer service, everyone I have spoken with has given me an attitude as if this whole situation was my fault. Do yourself a favor, go literally anywhere else but here for storage

TERRIBLE customer service! Very unprofessional when presented with an issue, which is part of their JOB. Do not use this storage company. Too bad the old owner is not in charge of this place....He and his daughter were great, but the current staff has ruined the reputation of this business..... It is apparent that they do not care about the value of customer service. I would rather my personal items burn in a house fire than store them at Save Green!
