Capital Office Products is the best! The best customer service, the best copiers, and a company with a huge heart. (I loved seeing their support for the MS Walk the last few years.) Even if you arent near by, they will come to you. From the moment you call the office, all the way to the technicians, everyone is super friendly and seems to really enjoy their job and knows a lot about office products. Great and honest company.

I worked at Capital Office Products, Inc. for a short time as the Part Time Receptionist and I had the most wonderful time! It is so rare to actually ENJOY going to work every morning. The team is so professional and well-learned but the COOLEST, most down to earth group of people Ive ever worked with! The owners and Office manager have the most adorable bond and everyone is so friendly and quirky. Very genuine folks. The company is so expansive and does great business in the Columbia Area and beyond! I learned a great deal and youd be surprised just how much there is to know about this stuff!! Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had.

Capital Office Products is the best. I always try to support local businesses, especially family-owned ones. Capital Office Products started very small and has grown every year. Of course they sell very good equipment, but the reason their customers keep returning and referring others is the customer support. If you need service, Kara and their technicians are only a phone call away.

Ive worked with Capital Office and their printer/copiers at various locations for a few years. They have excellent customer service; supplies are delivered seamlessly and promptly. I bought a copy machine from them about 10 years ago. It still runs well. Their prices on toner is great too. They care about our environment as well with a great recycling program for ink cartridges

Kara and her staff are the best! They will assess your needs and recommend the correct equipment for you. Their location is near me but hear from other satisfied customers that they’re just a phone call away. Highly recommend!

Tre and the rest of the team are awesome! No pressure sales, equipment is amazing, and they stand behind their products. We have used them for 3+ years now and wouldnt consider switching.

Do not buy from these people! buyers beware. They will sell you a machine then not even a year later charge you $150 an hour for service plus parts. Unless you feel like pulling out a loan to have youre printer serviced then i suggest you dont buy from them. You could afford a very nice vehicle instead of buying from then and paying the service fees they come up with. Lamborghini dealerships dont even charge there service price per hour for that much.

Kara Hoffman is a great sales rep for this company! She is knowledgeable and really cares about offering excellent service to her clients. They are a company that I would highly recommend for your printer/copier machine needs!

Before you buy a machine from then make sure you ask them how much per hour there service charges are. $150 per hour plus parts. Couple hours and you could of bought yourself a new machine. Terrible!
