I have been a customer of theirs for approximately 4 years, and they have treated me right every step of the way.Ill get straight to it: Docugraphics is the most responsive, attentive company I have encountered in my business dealings. Billy Petty is my sales agent, and he always responds to my needs in a timely manner. Likewise, even Todd Christianson, the VP of Sales for Docugraphics, is accessible and I can readily reach him too. Taking it one step further, even Thomas Fimian, the CEO, is accessible for customer contact. Its remarkable how well this company communicates.Building on this point, I must add that Docugraphics will go to any extent to take care of its customers. Case in point: this past summer, I had a delivery driver scheduled to pick-up my old copier (I had already received a new color copier, which is awesome by the way). The driver could only give me an 8 - noon pick-up window, but I was teaching a class during that time and couldnt be disturbed by this. Incredibly, Billy Petty rolled my old copier outside of my office at 8:00 am and sat with it until the driver arrived at 10:15 am to pick it up. He offered that (I didnt ask).THAT is the level of service Docugraphics provides.Adding to this, the service department obviously also excels at service. I have had times where I needed a toner cartridge ASAP and Heather overnighted one to me. Likewise, Docugraphics has a service technician named David who is incredibly responsive as well. The Xerox machines Docugraphics provides are great, but machines will break on occasion (its inevitable). While I have had few problems with my machines, David has always been quick to come to my office, identify the issue, and get the replacement part ordered (again, usually overnight). David is great at texting me to keep me informed of when the part will arrive, when he will be at my office, etc. Again, his service is incredible. Plus, hes a great guy (like the rest of the Docugraphics crew).One more person of note is Lamont, the gentlemen who has set-up/installed my new copiers on a few occasions. Hes intelligent, thorough, and, of course, responsive. His service, like the rest of the company, goes above and beyond any reasonable expectations.If you are looking to purchase or lease a copier, then I highly recommend Docugraphics. Dont go it alone... get a company like Docugraphics on your side to take care of everything you may possibly need, from the purchase to the installation to the maintenance. Heck, I even had a billing dispute one time with the leasing company for my copier and Billy and Todd handled it for me. This company is an absolute winner. Use Docugraphics and you wont regret it.

Purchased a NEW Xerox copier for my Insurance Agency from Billy Petty. Great salesman, copier had all the features this office needed. Copier arrived on time, delivery team was exceptional getting it up the 13 stairs, and removing the old copier down the 13 steps. Immediately followed by the IT/Set-up Tech Lamont. He did an amazing job setting up the machine and providing an operation class to my office staff during the delivery for 4-5 hours. Print House in downtown Columbia- weve yet to have a better experience working with a sales or tech team of any kind. They are light years better than Ricoh. They came in once to install the large xerox printer, we havent had one issue since!
