The customer service at W.B. Mason is awful. Im a very patient and understanding person and have never given a 1-star rating on anything before. I basically ordered moving boxes that never arrived. I spoke to customer service many times and each experience was essentially a runaround. I had to get my credit card company involved in order to finally get a refund.
Very disappointed. Pricing was great. Service and Delivery was not. So many times we would order things that would say delivered but never actually got here. No problem getting a refund on the items but still ended up ordering from somewhere else to get the stuff we needed.
I tried to order a webcam that wasnt available anywhere else. Days after I submitted the order, they told me it was backordered (which it didnt say at the time of ordering). I tried to cancel because I needed it quickly and never received a response from customer service. Weeks later, they told me it was on its way. I tried to cancel again and again never received a response. The tracking number they gave me didnt work, and today the webcam arrived - except its an entirely different model than the one I ordered. Terrible experience all around.
Staff was friendly. I had an 8pm appointment and arrived at 730pm. They gave me a dock right after I checked it. Backing is just a little tight because its not much room to pull up and you have to curve back into the dock. Against the dock is alot of trash and wood so be careful not to run over nails. They finished loading me at 945pm. No seal was required for my load and they gave me 2 sets of Bills.
I would recommend anyone that uses this company to price compare with other office supply stores. They were charging us $119.35 for banker boxes when we could get the same thing from Amazon for $41.99, Staples for $43.39, and Office Depot for $51.99. When we approached them about the difference they cut their price to $41.99 without even thinking twice about it. But my question is, shouldnt they just offer a competitive price to their loyal customers that order weekly if not more? They want us to do the price compare and give us special item numbers to use so that they can still charge their other customers the outrageous prices.
My experience with this company has not been good. I order supplies for my company and cannot get the next day service as advertised. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks with daily phone calls to find out where the shipment is. Im told they will have it delivered tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. This will go on for a week or more. Extremely frustrating. The sales rep cant help and neither can customer service. There is very little follow up when there is a problem. Sad thing is that my original sales rep told me they would beat anyones price but when you start ordering they change the prices in your account without you knowing so you have to call and inquire. Now the story is they cant match most prices. There are only a few items I still order from them, K-cups being one of them. If I didnt have a coffee service with them I wouldnt use them at all.
Only received 1/5 of what I ordered...They gave me inaccurate information about the status of my shipped items and most items never shipped. Had to cancel most of my order. Not worth spending your time or money here. in stock items are a lie.

I wish there was an opportunity to give no stars with this review. I attended a Wattabargain event in Columbia sponsored by WBMason on May 25th. At that event I purchased some used furniture and placed an order for some brand-new furniture. Today is July 6th and I am still waiting for the delivery of the new furniture which I ordered. There have been many promises and excuses but no real assistance. Parts of the order have been delivered but not all and I am told the rest of the order is at the warehouse- it will be out tomorrow, but then there is no follow through. Attempts to speak to my sales rep result in many apologies and reassurances but no real action. I have tried to follow-up with supervisors but no one ever returns my call. Do business with some other company- I suggest Office Depot or Staples. Stay away from WBMason!!
