I am so thankful for a local store to purchase cake and packaging supplies for my small business! I shop here so much they know me by name! Lol! Seriously though, this store has so much to offer for your party and baking needs! Stop by and check it out for yourself or shop online and pick up your order in the store!

Stop by there for the first and LAST time. Ask for 2! Ballons but because she had a big order of 70 she told me to go back in 3 hours. Couldn’t just do 2 for me what would take like 2 minutes) instead of getting a new customer she got a bad review. Horrible customer service. People don’t know how to do business unfortunately

Were a fantastic in a last minute job to fill balloons for a party for my Sons Rehearsal & May the 4th dinner this Monday. Even as a wicked storm was blowing through that part of town. The even was a success, and the balloons made the room. Thanks again!

This is the place to go when you need all your baking, catering, and party materials/supplies. The first time visit was excellent. My daughter enjoyed herself, as well. The owner gave me great information about her business and is well knowledgable of her products. I will be visiting again.

Cedar Terrace Card and Party Shop is super convenient for me since I work across the street, but may be a bit difficult for others to find. Its in the shopping plaza on Garners Ferry... across from the VA Hospital.It has all your basic party supply needs. They do have an excellent selection of cake toppers for birthday parties and lots of cake pans. They also have a variety of plates, napkins and balloons. They also have cards and some decorations. The prices seem reasonable and they had some sales going on too.There were two ladies working there when I stopped by. They greeted me at the door and offered assistance but I was just wandering through. They left me to my browsing and wished me a good day and told me thank you on my way out. I would definitely stop by here again.

I like to support local shops so I have tried to shop at this store over the years for party supplies and cake decorating supplies. They have everything you would need for birthday parties, weddings and bridal/baby showers.
