I enjoy shopping at Dollar General store, but I just dislike the non-social distancing like were not still in a pandemic. And all the various Dollar General locations in Columbia everybody seems to come to this particular location. Shelves be damn near empty and when guest from Intown suites shop theres not much left. Some of yall shoppers go through items in the store as if we are in something worser than a pandemic. Yall must be considerate of others who shop at Dollar General especially Intown suite guest. And some of yall wait in line as if yall have shopping cart full of items when sometimes yall may have one thing yall could have went to Family Dollar or Dollar Tree to get and because yall came so far yall would wait as long as local shoppers who live nearby. And another thing wait where you suppose to be standing in the box until the customer ahead of you is finished paying for everything even if they are making partial payments. And yall must also keep in mind not always local customers feel like going all the way to Food Lion or Family Dollar cause yall ram sacking everything.

Clean and friendly service. I always feel welcome like they how me and are glad to see me.

They always have the best products in stock. I get so excited about the prices.

Employees are great, April and Lo are the best! The store is sometimes crowded but thats because theres a lot of work to do so I understand

You know... Its a dollar general. I had some questions while I was there and the folks who worked there seemed to be super nice.

The employees at this dollar general are some of the most amazing and kind people Ive ever met. All three of them are a wonderful asset to dollar general! Thank you guys so much for your kindness in this world!!!

I love shopping here, lots of different items and great prices. The only thing that disappointing is when I find something extra special and its ßn overstock instead of a regular item and then its gone

Nasty,dirty,rude there never stocked. Its like coming to an empty store. New general manager and assistant always walking together not doing nothing letting the cashier handle an line all the way to back of store. With no help. Store was closing when I got in line in the back of the store. With 3 employees gm,assistant and cashier. It was 7pm. Asked cashier why they were closing and she said someone called out and all of them been their and had things to do. I live across the street from the store and its closes aleast 3 to 4 time early every week now. Whoever is the district manager is needs to be looked at. Seriously. They have and bad choice of judgment in hiring.

What can I tell you they are always restocking and its always like all the other ones a mess. But youll find what your looking for at generally good prices but dont expect name brands just Good prices.

It is a another dollar general store. A great place to pick up most of the household items we need in a pinch. The store is clean and well stocked. It is nothing fancy, but staff seems friendly and helpful. Easy to find your way round and store in neatly organized. Dont expect anything amazing as this is not part of the dollar general shopping experience. But a great place to get some items quickly.

The store is very well put together. They have needed items and the prices are reasonable. They also honor pricing errors.

The layout is somewhat cluttered but the shopping was quick and employee friendly.

Poorly stocked and bad layout

If you want to be treated like family the this store is a must shop!!!!!!!!! The manager takes the time to help and always has a smile. Also have not met a friendlier staff. With all they do I know they arent getting paid enough. One time I went there the item I needed wasnt on the shelf they to alot of time to search to find the item I needed. Customer service is not dead in this country its just at this store.

Needs to work on cleanliness... But loved the prices and variety of different miscellaneous items...

Close to home. Closes earlier than other dollar generals in the area. Nice layout, clean, good prices. Staff is quick and friendly. Sits in the little shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

Get what you need & get out quick before the fumes of their cleaning supplies make you dizzy.

Good and quick. Just wish they did something about defining a line to stand in for checkout. Worse thing ever. People cut in front if you because they dont know youre in line and every one is getting angry and its a mess that they let happen every time I go in. Love their prices so much. Adore these prices but getting out is too hard. Really hard. The employees are great people and make you feel welcome .

Nice layout of the store and has everything I needed...unfortunately this dollar general is a little ghetto. they play loud music like it is a club and not a business establishment. Also one of the cashiers was so rude to my girlfriend...no reason to discriminate because you cant have me for yourself. LOL

They have a great selection of Christmas gift bags, cards and other miscellaneous Christmas related items. I couldnt believe the selection this close to Christmas.

This may be the best one in the city as far as service goes.

I went into the store to find some shampoo and I couldnt find it. When a I went into the soap section, there was toys and items ( not in the soap selection) in the isle.
