We bought a new house and renovated the whole kitchen and John helped us throughout the whole project. Designed the kitchen and I asked him to make a few cabinet customizations and whatever he could he did those changes. We got the countertop from him as well and it is beautiful. Thank you so much! I recieved the cabinet on the right timing. Ken was nice and a gentleman and I liked the vanity but there were 2 big issues1- he gave us a kitchen vanity instead of a bathroom vanity without knowing the difference. We had to pay our contractor additional money to make changes to make it into a bathroom vanity.2- we wanted to change the color of the vanity handles so he told us we can return the original and recieve the new colored handles with paying an additional 20 to 30 dollars. We had to pay the full price without compensating from his side.

AMAZING!!!! I worked with John and cant regret it! I was planning on remodeling my kitchen and one day I stopped by and shared my idea with John. He went the same day to my house to take measurements. He called me the next day to give me a layout with my ideas and some of his and pricing. I stopped by the next day and we started the project right away. Since day 1, he made sure I was pleased. I would even message him late at night (due to work) and he always answered my messages. Due to my work schedule, it was hard for me to choose my tiles, countertop and he would even bring it to my house or send me pictures. He went above and beyond! My kitchen is so beautiful and get lots of compliments. My project took about 4 weeks but thats because the stone for my countertop was out of stock. You will not regret going with them. All of their staffs are so nice as well, I went once and John wasnt there and they helped me a lot. Thank you John!!!!

I am currently working with Ken from Commack KB and he has been amazing!! Local store just opening and he knew what he was talking about and beat a competitor price that I showed him. The design of the kitchen is beautiful and it’s a very large job and he still came in at the best price out of 6 other quotes!!!

Ken and his team from Commack Kitchen and Bath made my kitchen renovation super easy and FAST !! I couldnt believe that he got it all done in a couple quick weeks from order being placed through final installation. The cost was super reasonable. Would HIGHLY recommend !!

Good customer service. John was very responsive to my texts. However, I think they are not very knowledgeable about the cabinets and would make answers up to appease me. And they make up the prices and tell you youre getting a huge discount. They are new so would give them a chance, but with a grain of salt
