Initially I was impressed with their service -- unfortunately I was duped. They sold me way more tile than was needed (10 boxes!) and then refused to take it back even though they had told me very clearly that I could return complete boxes. This was an expensive lesson. I would have been much better off to buy my tile at Home Depot or Lowes. Beware!

They were very helpful with aesthetic decisions, both in offering advice and in providing samples to take home. They were also very clear about their return policy and were very accommodating overall.
