Good service and frozen yogurt. I had the Oreo gelato with coconut 🥥 sprinkles added and it tasted good. I signed up for the membership to get discounts and specials. If seating is available, you can sit by the window and look out at the street activities. Wifi available. Facemasks required.Bathroom was in good shape.I recommend a visit and Im not a big fan of frozen yogurt, but, I will go back if Im in the area.Update; Saturday afternoon, November 2020; I went back and had the salted caramel with added coconut 🥥. Tasted good. I got to sit by the window. Good service.Update: Sunday afternoon, November 2020; I had a Peppermint Hot Cocoa frozen yogurt, my son chocolate 🍫 and my friend, she had a mix of lemon 🍋 and orange 🍊. All were good and we got a window seat. Good service!

Frozen yogurt is delicious. The number of flavors is limited. A lot of the machines seem to be no working. But the topping are good, and inside the shop is clean.

The frozen yogurt here is very good. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because you occasionally have to wait long to be served. There should be two employees working at a time instead of one.

Great yogurt place. One of the few places that charges by the container and not the ounce. So pack that puppy in and stack the condiments high.

This is a fun place to take your kids if you happen to be wandering around Main St doing some shopping.They changed how they charge you for the frozen yogurt, so now its a set price per size of cup. Load up on toppings, the kids love it.Its always clean and well kept, and they do a lot of fun events for kids and local groups.

Good frozen yogurt, good topping selection, fun seating, always a hit with the kids. New pricing structure is much easier then before. Only two issues are1- the cashiers are mostly not interested in helping as EVERY time Ive gone theyre glued to their phone2-bathroom always seems to be out of soap and hand towels ( much needed with two sticky kids )

Nice place, wish that had some fill charts and instructions next to the dispensers.....Kinda stinks when you kid over fills theirs when they are excited to pay for their own treat... However props to the cashier for noticing and letting it slide.

It was a very nice place for my first time. Everything was amazing with how it was set up. Chose your flavors or a twist of them. As little or as much as you like.

They dont charge by weight anymore. Sound business decision. Great place to go for a treat with your kid(s) or spouse.

Theres something about frozen yogurt or ice cream on a sunny day in Concord after a long winter, everyone on the street was celebrating the sun in their own way.Taking a cup of Frozen Yogurt of your preferred flavours and toppings out of the plentiful choices and taking it out basking in the sun in the park across the street.Its more pricy than buying from the super market for sure, but once in a while.

Im not typically a fan of frozen yogurt, but I was happily impressed here. The young lady working there was great! I didnt feel rushed or like it was a nuisance taste testing at all. That NEVER happens. Will definitely be back!

Great place to get a dessert. You can also eat outside which was phenomenal during the evenings.

I called for a gym membership and was poorly informed that it was a fro-yo place and when I asked what the gym was she hung up on me very rudely. If I could give negative stars I would and they have left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never go to this place ever unless they don’t apologize for miss treatment of a person who was miss informed.

Place was clean and organized and all the frozen yogurt flavors were clearly marked and ready to use. Prices for different cup sizes were clear and easy to understand. My friend and I were impressed with how delicious the flavors were

I am literally writing this while watching one of the 15 year old girls that work here spray cleaner on top of the serving bowls for the yogurt. Some of the customers had to ask for surface cleaner, and started wiping down tables and chairs because the place is filthy. One of the girls was laughing when the customer wiped down their table. The girls that work here have no idea what they are doing. There was a huge line that took 10-15 minutes to get through. I was standing in line with a bowl of melting yogurt. I threw mine out and got another because it turned to soup. Won’t be surprised if I get poisoned from the cleaner spray that the girls sprayed all over the bowls. There is cookies and candy all over the floor. I pealed gummy worms off of the bottom of my shoes. Probably never will come here again. Terrible.

They have good frozen yogurt but the milkshakes are terrible. Would not recommend at all. They literally just put milk in a blender with the froyo and blend it.....then the milk separated and it was just this gross mess that was pretty tasteless.

It was so delicious. It was very easy too distinguish the prices for the different size bowls and the cashier was so delightful also vary helpful explaining the price system and it was cheaper than i ever exspectex

Went today on the Fourth of July. Dont like the new cups, the prices are very high for the amount you can put in them. Weighing was better, you could use a bigger cup but not put as much in and not have to pay so much for a very small cup. No one there at all eating and the man working there was not very friendly and never seen again after he took our money. We could have gotten two more cups of yogurt and he never would have known. Not happy with the new expenience.

Great selection of flavors from small, medium, large cups you can choose from. All types of toppings from crushed heath and kitt katt, gummy bears, almonds, coconut, etc etc. Cute little orange chair you can sit inside or dine outside in the Summer.

Yogart and toppings bar were great but even my 12 year old mentioned theman behind the counter didnt seem like he liked his job.

High-key pissed. I got a small cup, filled it up as I wanted, I go to the register and the guy looks at me and says he has to charge me for the next cup up? I filled it up and it said nowhere that I had to keep it under a certain amount for it to stay at the small cup price. Unfair.
