Let me rephrase, employees started pulling food early. Only offering pre-packaged pints 30min before closing time. Yes the doors stayed open but your normal service was not offered to myself and my friend. We happily took our business across the street for some gelato. Customer service was impeccable over there

Oh My G-d, This place is wonderful! I came here after doing my taxes (didnt owe). I needed an ice cream treat. I got birthday cake with chirro ice cream on a chocolate almond waffle cone. Yum, yum, yummy. Place is clean, easy to find, parking is difficult at times, friendly staff.

Honestly it’s overrated. They barely have any ice cream flavors and the ice cream melts in like 5 secs even though the cookie we got wasn’t warm. They also have a few toppings and overall baskin robbins is better.

Below average ice cream spot. It tastes artificial/low quality and I could get a better ice cream from the store. For example the pistachio ice cream had real pistachios but the ice cream tasted completely artificial. If you ever crave ice cream, Id find another spot or just get haagen daaz.

Best place to go if you’re an ice cream lover. Ambience is nice, Quality of ice cream is good, not many varieties to choose from, and staff sometimes behave weirdly. Finding a parking spot is kind of tricky. I love their blue berry cheesecake ice cream and it’s so delicious and is a must try.

First time was ok. Second time, our ice cream builder did an exceptional job. Tasty treat! Always get that hot fudge. If its cold and not ready, WAIT FOR THE HOT FUDGE

Wasnt impressed. My daughter who is pregnant wanted to go get ice cream and this is what she chose. When we walked in there was a funny smell, almost like a freezer had gone out and the smell was the aftermath ... Kind of a moldy smell, I even asked about it, they said it was because of the vent bringing air from the outside. But it didnt smell like that outside lol Anyways I spend $20 for four people which wasnt bad.... But low and behold I could taste the refrozen ice cream clear as day. It was no good. Basically there freezer went out the ice cream melted and than instead of throwing it out they refroze it and sold it. I can taste refrozen ice cream a mile a away. I should of know not to get anything after I walked into that smell. Lesson learned. Staff was nice and quick but nope waste of money

Apparently if you arrive close to closing but not yet passed closing time they will turn you away because they want to go home. Fantastic customer service. I rushed to get there because their ice cream is great. Bad employees working this night.

Even with a long line, they managed to serve us very quickly. Great variety of cookies and ice cream and toppings. Delicious and perfect for getting exactly what you want.

Cream is great but in particular this location took the right precautions to keep employees and guests safe. We noticed the employee put on new gloves just to serve us ice cream then disposed of them right afterward. (Vs other locations that reuse the same set all day). Thanks Cream for a nice experience.

Brownie hot fudge sundae was AMAZING. They were out of a few things though, like the taco cones and other things of that nature.

While I was deployed my family kept talking about Cream and how great it is! So of course I had to try it once I got back and I wasnt disappointed. The employees were quick and efficient while handing my large familys orders . Great experience overall

Holy deliciousness overload!!! I needed yes, needed a small treat on our way back to the hotel and we looked up ice cream places and this had great reviews. I got the blueberry cheesecake. Oh it was so good! It had real blueberries and pieces of cheesecake in it. The waffle cone was amazing as well! I dont know what was in it, but it was delicious! Keep doing what your doing!

Great place to stop during the Concord heat.Aside from scoops, they have ice cream sandwiches. They offer quite a few choices for sandwich base and they do have vegan choices. They also have smaller cookies and show calorie counts for those that care.There was a line, but it went pretty quick. The service was friendly.Word of advice, dont get warm cookies during the heat or at least have hella napkins.

Staff is very nice. I ordered a box of sandwiches a few days in advance. They had no problem helping me out with my order. The order didnt get processed, so when I went to pick them up they were not ready. The manager was super helpful and had them made on the spot and delivered them free of charge. Very nice people and I will definitely go back again.

Hella good and super cute. The shop clerk was so smiley and had great customer service. She sold us on two brownie sundaes. They were yummy! Located across the street from Brendan Theatre. 4 stars because parking may be difficult in this area.

4/27/18I spend a lot more time in downtown Concord than I do in downtown Walnut Creek, and CREAM is one of my favorite spots if Im feeling in the mood for dessert. Both locations are great, this ones just more convenient to me. Its a rare moment that I want sweets, but when it strikes, Im happy to have places like CREAM around serving up delicious ice cream and cookies. Staff are really friendly here. How can you be upset when you work in a delicious bakery/creamery all day? Its also neat they offer vegan ice cream selections that are pretty tasty. Definitely yum!

The service here is fast and the ice cream flavors are delicious! They have such a large variety of things you can do with ice cream. Sandwiches, sundaes, plain scoops, milkshakes, etc. Its honestly a little crazy, haha.On the day of Concord Pride, one of my best friends and I shared the Sundae of Champions. Its a topping, then a scoop of ice cream, then one of their amazing, crazy-good chocolate brownies, then another ice cream scoop, then a huge stack of whip cream, a cookie, a mini donut and ice cream sandwich, with a maraschino cherry to top it all off. They may not be offering it anymore, but if you ask, someone there might make it for you. 😉😝👌

They just added a churro flavored ice cream to their menu and it is insane. This is definitely a East Bay staple and if you have not been here you have to go. Dont feel limited to just order ice cream on the cone they also make really good shakes.

Indulgent cookie ice-cream sandwiches with a huge variety of flavors. The employees are friendly, the line moves quickly, and theres usually a place to sit, but worst case scenario, walk through Todos Santos Square.
