We had them recover two very good chairs. Pickup & delivery was flawless, and the chairs actually look better than new!! Well use them again.

The senior citizen that waited on us was very friendly but the lady I guess the owner that stayed in back giving the prices was rude and not courteous at all. Its the customers that make a business. If you dont know how to treat them, or appreciate them, then why try to be in business. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The older woman that greeted us at the door was borderline rude. It made me feel like there were underlining means behind what she was saying. Just poor customer service period. I wish i could put a lower rating.
