My first appointment was yesterday. Gretchen at the front desk was very helpful. Courtney, the audiologist, was awesome. She was very attentive, listening to the ton of questions I had. She performed the tests and explained the results in a very friendly and professional manner. She recommended the hearing aid that would function the best for me and still satisfy my budget requirements. I felt the price was very reasonable.Today, after only one day, she called me personally to see how I was doing. I have 30 days to insure that I am satisfied, and I have two more visits during which any adjustments can be made. 3 year warranty is nice.I have seen an acceptable improvement in clarity and word recognition.So Im very satisfied so far and would recommend HearingLife to anyone who is interested in improving their life.
