I was across the street at another business when I noticed my one tire was dangerously low. I went to Conneaut Collision Center without an appointment for an emergency tire repair. The service man helped me with no questions asked. And explain to me how there was a hole in my tire and that I should not be driving on it. He was more than was willing to put the spare on my tire so I could drive safely. I was not asked to be charged for his service. WOW... So I took a work truck to them and asked for just an average job, nothing special. I dont think they know how to do just a normal job. The quality of the job was well above my expectations. Excellent towing service. They work with your insurance company. My vehicle was totalled so I cant comment on their repair work, but all the cars look nice when they are finished. We loved our van.

I went there to get an estimate and they said they would call me when they had a quote. After a few days I called them and they said they are still working on the quote and they promised to call me. Three weeks later no call yet. Poor customer service.
