Excellent help from associate finding what I wanted. Front end check out reconfigured to maintain social distancing. The reason for only four stars is the number of customers who continue to be out and about shopping UNMASKED. For this reason alone, I will not be going into stores like Academy until I get vaccinated, remain masked and feel safer. Sadly, there are so many selfish, entitled people in Montgomery County. No enforcement at all, even though signs posted at all entrances.

We will miss this location. Staff filled with amazing folks like Kelsey. Always very helpful.

Good selection and friendly staff. They were able to provide any assistance that was needed

Went for paint. Acrylic. Racks were empty of the bottles. Found tube acrylic in the artist section of store. Good value on the boxed sets. Store was clean. No employees on floor to help or answer questions. Cashier was friendly. Covid distancing in effect though. Mask worn and check out barriers in place.

Sadly they closed the doors on this location at north loop 336 in Conroe, but I will ALWAYS love Micheals over the other widely known craft shop... Theres another location at south loop 336!!😉

I bought a tree from here and had issues with the bulbs going out, not sure why. I couldnt find replacement bulbs anywhere as they are the dual color liggts and not sold separately. I called and spoke with the manager, Brian. He went out of his way to fix the situation and ultimately gave me a new tree even though I had bought the tree last year. I was amazed at his effort and customer service. He could have said sorry and done nothing but he wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and was an extremely genuine and generous guy. I will continue going to Michaels for my holiday needs and beyond. The employees and especially the manager are great folks and truly care about their customers, which seems few and far between nowadays. Thank yall for making our Christmas merry!!

It was late in the day when I went in but with it being the beginning of the holiday season I would have liked to have seen more Christmas decorations and crafts or some holiday music.

The customer service was awesome. I wish I could remember her name but she did a phenomenal good.

The store had so much I wanted to get! It really is an arts and crafters dream place. I will have to come back for the powdered pearls for my acrylic paints. My only gripe was only having one attendant at the front.

Adequately stocked despite the pandemic period. Found everything I expected to see for the most part. Took out 1 star for the lack of help from one of the staff who did not quite understand what i was looking for but pointed me to a direction that did not have anything, then later said she wasnt sure what I meant: this caused me to spend about 10 extra minutes in the store. Other than that everything looked great. The store was very clean. Will revisit soon!

I needed cross stitch thread and also ended up buying 2 Christmas gifts. A+

I couldnt find the flowers i needed, but the employes were amazing, they have no say so in there inventory.

Looks like they are going out of business. I doubt they are but shelves are bare and while sections are empty and chained off.

This location HAD been here years but its closing. They had alot but not at great prices compared to hobby lobby or amazon .

It is a very neat and clean store except for the bathrooms they where trashy and had no toilet paper

Great customer service! One young woman named Ryan was so sweet and helped me find everything I needed for my son’s zoo project. She asked questions, talked to my son about what he specifically wanted, walked all around the store for us, and was still balancing out other customers and what they needed too. Will definitely be shopping at Michaels more!

This place is ghetto. The front register employee guy was playing with a basket ball bouncing it up and down the entire time while running the front register. It echoed throughout the entire store super annoying to hear while im trying to to shop and concentrate, could hear it all the way in the back of the store. None of the employees in the store walking around even look at you and or ask you for help and when you come ask them they give you that look like youre bothering them... not going there anymore. Ill go to the new one on 336 loop they are way friendly and its nicer there

I love this place! They seem to have everything a crafter needs & then some. I have even taken cake decorating classes here. The employees are very knowledgeable & helpful.

Not the same selection of stuff or quality this place used to have! It has went down hill over these past couple years it seems! Used to LOVE this store like no other! I have no clue what happened to it!

Ryan was a great help last night. Very kind, patient, and you can tell she cared about who she was helping. My daughter wanted to learn how to make bracelets and Ryan ran all around the store with us to find the perfect beads and string that my nina wanted. She even showed us the app Micahels has and helped us find a coupon. We will definitely remain loyal to Michaels after this incident!

No customer service, Im going to Hobby Lobby tomorrow....I remember now why I stopped shopping there. Where was the manager? No buggies, no one ti ask help answer questions...you really should have scheduled mire people, or called people in.

They have most of the craft supplies that I need at a reasonable price. Love the clearance areas too. Oh & great coupons so I can get those more expensive things at an even better price.

Smaller than other Michaels Ive been to & they use to carry really pretty furniture items but no longer.

I got four of there $4..00 grab bags. Ended up with $480.00 worth of stuff in those 4 grab bags.
