The staff is amazing at all the locations. Customer services is awesome throughout the entire company. The Conroe store is my absolute favorite!!! CSDS is a great company to do business with. Did I mention the staff is so kind and helpful!! Never disappointed.

The only place I shop for vinyl! They have just about anything and everything you could need. If it isn’t available in store, it’s online and gets to you in just a few days!

Zae who is the store manager helped me get my order and took the time to review it and make sure it was all in the package. Then he helped a friend if mine find shirts that fit and were the right material for what she needed. I always like coming to this store and they have the largest in house stock of printed adhesive vinyl I have ever seen!!!

I love this place because I can get amazing quality vinyl at a great price. However I warn you to read the online pickup order process very carefully as it took longer than I anticipated to get my order. It is very clearly spelled out, but a bit of a inconvenience to take advantage of the online order sale prices to wait so long for your order.

First, the “holiday hours” are not reflective on any major search engine, which shows opening at 9am. I showed up at 9am, to see their sign on their door saying they did not open until 10am. After driving around and siting in my car for an hour, I went back. I informed the young man working about the hour discrepancy, and he blatantly replied that they keep changing the hours on yahoo and google, but someone keeps changing it back. No hello, no apology, nothing. Then after checking out, I again told him they need to keep updating their hours, even if they have to do it daily, on yahoo and google. He just blankly stared at me, and then bluntly and rudely said “ok”. At least pretend to care. I don’t come in very often, because of the sketchy location, but I will never return, and will purchase my vinyl online. Somewhere else.

The associates at this location have always been extremely helpful and polite. They are always willing to take the time to explain the products and answer any questions Ive had. The location is convenient and the store is very clean. I can tell they take great pride in their work.Ps. To the man complaining about the online hours, sir go look at Walmart, Kroger, Restaurants, and all other retail places to see that because Covid, NONE of the online hours match the actual store hours.

Super nice manager

Super clean and organized. Both ladies greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. One wore a mask and worked the register, the other did not but she stayed in the back most of the time. Only reason its not 5 stars is because it is a little more expensive than other places I have been, but they make up for it in a rewards system if you go often enough.

This is my go to place that always has what I need and are always pleasant to deal with. They even have things that I did not know that I needed!!

I went in there and the girl sold me the wrong vinyl and then when I called they said no returns .... then I went back in to get some stuff they had at store and they said I had to go online so I sent a order in and its been 5 days and on Reply so I had very bad luck with them will not use again

It was awesome! They have a wonderful selection and the service was the best. The lady running the store let my daughter know that there will be a big sale next week on the items that she needs. Very rare to find such an honest business. They also have a lot of very fun stuff for teachers, I would go there for gifts for my favorite teachers!

Today I took my first of many trips to this shop.1- they have an AMAZING selection of all kinds of vinyl. Basically anything you can imagine.2-the staff was extremely knowledgeable about their product, and answered the many questions I had about various products.3- the price was reasonable. Some of it seems expensive, but they had great deals on a ton of items. And when I compare their prices to what Id find at hobby lobby or Michaels, its essentially the same.Its 100% worth the trip in if you or someone you love is into using vinyl for crafting.

This is my favorite vinyl store. Its a bit of a drive for me but its worth it to get quality materials. They always have a great selection and are knowledgeable about their products. The also get new products in fairly often and have a rewards points system so you can earn discounts on future Purchases

Just discovered this little piece of heaven this week and can I just say, I am in LOVE!!! The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable, kind and spent as much time as I needed answering questions. The prices were comparable to what I have paid online, but being able to see and feel their huge selection, makes this my new favorite place to purchase all of my vinyl!!

Lots of vinyl to choose from as well as some super soft seasonal (Christmas) shirts. Very nice and helpful staff who easily answered all of my questions.

Love the variety of vinyl. First time I purchased I was on vacation, forgot that i had brought HTV in black and purchased a sheet. On the 7th day i attempted to exchange (not return) a different color and was told that the date of purchase counted as the first day and i was actually out of time. The lady said SHE would have done it but the computer would not allow her to. Was a little frustrated with the response.

Great vinyl store! They are always fully stocked with tons of vinyl options and I can always find what I am looking for. I love the seasonal section that even includes non-major holidays such as Mardi Gras. They also have various vinyl crafts displayed around the store that can give you ideas for your own projects.

Everyone was super nice and helpful! I love CSDS! Only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because I had some shirts pressed today and one of them came undone when I washed it this evening. I’m super disappointed. This is the second time I’ve had one of my shirts not properly pressed.

Oh, the damage I can do to my wallet at this place 😉 If you are a vinyl crafter, this is THE place to go. They have a huge selection of 651, Siser products, and blanks. Best of all, in my opinion, is their enormous selection of printed vinyl and HTV. Their customer service is great and their rewards program is a super perk.
