Our visit was the easiest thing ever! We went in knowing what we wanted to look at, Kevin helped us immediately showing us where to go (because we went the completely wrong way). Well it started off really well. Walked in the store was greeted by sunny. He let us walk around and take a look at the inventory. In a matter of 30 min myself and my wife found the table, looked it up online and found out pricing. We already decided we wanted it. When trying to get the salesman’s attention that look like there was something far more important on his phone we walked around for an additional 30min before he even looked up. Finally I got his attention and told him I wanted to buy a table. The entire time he had a air pod in listening to music or whatever he was doing(looks extremely unprofessional). I only said I needed a table and he kept asking if I wanted a mattress….. finally bought the table and the only reason we even set there longer is because through him it was the only way to buy the table. Every question I asked was not clearly answered and he kept saying “don’t worry it’s a fair price” I knew it was I chose it. Overall I hope the rest of the experience is pleasant, will NEVER use Sunny as a sales person again.
I was fortunate to work with Muhammad on our purchase of our bedroom furniture. He was very profession, personable and helped us by making the best recommendations to what we need based on our interests. He never tried to oversell or push other items on us. Great guy to work with and great selection at the store, Safe to say I fully trust working with Muhammad and if I need to buy anymore furniture I don’t need to shop elsewhere anymore
My husband and I have just had one of the worst shopping experiences of all time. Everybody in the store is super willing to sell furniture to you, however the process of having furniture delivered becomes a tragic nightmare. First, Nothing will be delivered for at least 6 to 12 weeks. Only certain parts will be delivered at a time, i.e one piece of a couch per week for 6 weeks. Which is absolutely horrible if they give you a window of 3 PM to 9 PM each week, And then don’t even show up at all!!!Customer service is a joke. Nobody can give you a straight answer. Everybody is working from different computer systems and everything we have been told has been a lie of some sort. Furthermore, we learned that if you would like to return somthing, you are SOL.. I cannot believe in this day and age, a company such as Ashley furniture can still exist. Everything about our experience has made me realize that this company is a scam. Don’t waist your time money!! Go see mattress Mac or even goodwill is a better option!!
Martin and Elliot took great care of us. They helped us get exactly what we wanted in our first bedroom set we were buying together at a decent deal. Would definitely buy here again if we need anything in the future.
They were friendly and treated us well. We received a good deal on furniture for two rooms. We have bought furniture from them before and plan to go back for our next purchase. Mr. Ahmed was very helpful and knowledgeable. The trainee young woman was very sweet too.
Incredibly unhappy. Assured by Karina that our furniture would arrive within 2 weeks, which would have been this week. We went with them instead of buying it online since online stores said it could take 1-2 months. Just received notification that it was delayed an entire month, and that it might arrive in September. Unable to reach the store and was on hold for over an hour before I gave up. Looking at all of their other reviews I wish I had, this is a huge problem with many peoples orders. Some people having to wait SIX MONTHS. You can also see if you look at a lot of 5 star reviews they only have 1-3 reviews on their account, a hallmark of fake accounts made for reviews. What a joke, wish we had never bought from them. And to the corporate person replying to these reviews, dont even bother unless you offer a way to get it fixed instead of the regurgitated We are about your feedback, please send us an email telling us why you left us a bad review. Dont lie to a customers face to get a sale when a large amount of people are having shipping delays.EDIT: Reached out to the number they gave me. Just told me items are delayed, not sure what the point of giving the support number was.
As a first time customer, we left the store very satisfied. We were helped promptly and were shown a few options based on what we were looking for. The delivery will take awhile, due to the furniture we ordered having to be made. We are excitedly waiting for delivery and cant wait for the furniture to arrive!
Staff was friendly and helpful, I didn’t feel a lot of pressure from the staff like some other furniture stores. I told Martin what I was in the market for and that I wanted to look around, he pointed out where everything was in the store and then let me peruse at my leisure. When I was ready to make a purchase, he helped me quickly and efficiently and even gave me a discount on a warranty. And everything I bought was already very reasonably priced. Great experience.
I liked dealing with Kevin. He was helpful, but my overall experience after the purchase has been horrible. One of the managers wants to get attitude with me when I asked about an update on the delivery of my furniture. I bought a sectional but its taking way over 7 weeks to get the whole thing delivered. It keeps being delivered in pieces. Im being told 3 different dates on when the last part will be delivered and its just very frustrating. Im never buying from this store again. I should have bought from a store down the street. Dont shop here. Its a waste of time.
We have bought furniture with Ashley in the past and had good experiences but this time was not good. More than anything I hate a lying salesman. I appreciate the fact making a sale earns your paycheck but we were blatantly lied to about the arrival date. He knew we were considering looking elsewhere because of the delay so he told us it would only be 3-4 weeks. Well when calling back because that time was almost here another person said that it was 10 weeks out and it was always 10 weeks that nothing ever said 4 weeks. I opened an account and everything when I would have just looked elsewhere.
Had a nice experience today! Wasn’t over pressured and was left alone until we found something we really liked. When we did find something we liked we found Sarah and she helped us purchase our Bedroom set, living room set, and a new mattress! Sarah was also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had.
Good furniture and selection at reasonable prices. Beware, the online prices are frequently, substantially cheaper and you have to request a price match which limits your financing options. The sales people made my shopping experience one of the worst I have experienced in a long time. The lady was utterly relentless in trying to get me to buy more. I was very clear and repeatedly, more than 5x, told her I was not interested. Then she goes and brings another sales person over or who starts in all over again trying to get me to buy more!!! It was a harassing and very negative experience. I would have walked out but it takes a lot for me to like something enough to buy it so I just wanted to purchase my items and leave!!! The sales people completely destroyed the whole experience. Listen to your customers and leave them be!!!!Editted to add even though they price matched one item was out of stock so they sold it to me $50 more then the store price and $175 more than the online price. Delivery is over $100 more than the website. Overall i paid $350 more than if i had just bought it online. Should have trusted my instincts and WALKED OUT!!
Possibly my lowest review to date. Im usually not one to write a lengthy review, and as with all things, every situation has its nuances - but here we go:My wife and I visited the store back in January to search for a new dining room set. We connected with Kevin and he was polite, kind and helpful the entire process. Initially, we hesitated on the purchase due to the wait time for delivery - but after a conversation, we went ahead and proceeded with the purchase.Initially we were given a back order timeline - which, given all the supply chain disruption was no real shock. 2-4 weeks on the table and bar stools - 10 weeks on the double bar stool.While the table and bar stools have arrived - and were thankful to have them - the double bar stool has now been pushed to August.What has made matters worse is we have now had TWO deliveries scheduled for this double bar stool - ONE of which even went so far as to have the delivery truck actually make it to our house - and it then drove away with no explanation.Naturally - were incredibly frustrated. Kevin has been communicative throughout the entire ordeal (albeit misinformed at times - and not of his doing).However, from a business perspective - with the amount of overhead being wasted on missed deliveries - including dispatching a truck to our home without our piece for delivery - it is no wonder why the prices are what they are.Ashley Corporate - please reexamine your tracking and supply-chain/logistics systems and procedures. Youre BLEEDING money.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bed and mattress. Received the bed. Had terrible experience with customer service. Was told the mattress would be delivered. Still waiting a week later. Got a confirmation that the mattress would be here on this day. Still no mattress. Called customer service again and they don’t even have the mattress. They canceled the delivery without informing me. What is customer services job anyways? They are not helpful at all. There is absolutely no way of talking to managers or the stores personally. I will never ever purchase from Ashley furniture again.Update: it’s been a month now. Five different confirmed delivery dates. Still have not received the mattress. Customer service sucks and has no respect nor a clue of what their job is. 5 different days I have had to miss work to wait on this and they never show up. They don’t call to tell us they aren’t coming either. I’m so over this. This is getting out of control. 3 people today have told us different things and apparently customer service doesn’t have a manager or a cooperate office. I will never recommend anyone to buy from here.
When I went to buy my furniture the seller was so nice very helpful, he promise me my mattress will be delivered very soon, the week I supposed to get it, I call and they said it would be delivered 8 weeks later. I told them I want to cancel my order. They said they will make a ticket and someone will call me back, never received a call back. I call back and they said they will cancel my order for good that I will received my refund in 7 business days. It’s being a month and I didn’t received my refund yet, I call again they told me to go to the store and talk to the manager. We went to the store the manager was very rude and told us he can’t do anything about it. He told me to call again. I was on the phone on hold for 54 minutes until they hang up on me and the lady never call me back. Never again I will buy any furniture from this store, very bad customer service 😡
I ordered an wood L shape desk and bookcase for my craft/office room. The price was good as I’ve shopped around a lot. It appears very well made and durable. It is very pretty! I’ll update my post once It is delivered and installed.Update- when I ordered my furniture from Ashley On 7/10/21. I was told by the salesman that the items were in stock and my order would be delivered the week of 7/20/21. When I contacted Ashley Furniture customer service they stated my furniture is on back order and now has a pending date of arrival to warehouse of 7/30/21 and they couldn’t guarantee this date either. When I questioned this they told me this was a back ordered purchase. I specifically asked the salesman prior to purchase if this was in stock and could be delivered quickly. He stated yes but obviously this was untrue.I’m very disappointed I’m this purchase. I work from home and need my office furniture to be able to do my job.I finally received a text stating my furniture would be delivered 8/4. Today 7/31 I got an email to call Ms Darrington at Ashley Furniture concerning my delivery. When I called she told me only half my desk would be delivered and the return desk would possibly be delivered 8/10 but couldn’t tell me for sure. I explained I was told the product was in stock when purchased and Ms Darrington said that the salespersons don’t know this information when they sell items. That is absurd. How can salespersons sell items and not be knowledgeable about the product they are selling! I informed her this is an L shape desk and could not stand alone with only one half the desk. I informed her this is not true it requires the return desk. She told me the return portion of my desk may come 8/10. Wow this is such poor service! I purchased this and paid cash for this purchase and was lied to from the beginning on the availability of this product. See photo. I’m so disappointed in this purchase from the initial sale to the month long waiting for delivery of half a desk! My recommendation is shop somewhere else.
Dont buy anything from Ashley Furniture! I went in to ask a question because no one was answering the phones. I called 4 times and no answer. We made a purchase on Sunday afternoon and I had a question on Monday morning. No one was at the service desk, which was very odd. I walked from corner to corner of the service desk and I still could not find anyone. Long story short the manager was very rude and would not give me his name. I had a simple question about the item we had just purchased and he didnt even give me the chance to ask it. He said, call customer service and told me to leave the store. The absolutely worst customer service ever. This was our first purchase at the Ashley Furniture Store in Conroe and it will be our last. We have been very satisfied customers for 10 years with Ashley Furniture in The Woodlands. Today it STOPS.
Store manager is extremely rude and has horrible customer service after the initial purchase, mislead with the mattress and horrible return / exchange policy. Read Yelp reviews before entering the store, there are plenty of furniture stores to chose from… go where the customer is appreciated before and after you spend your money.
Not happy. Don’t waste your time with Ashley.We were hit hard by covid economics and ended up selling almost all we had. When we finally got our feet back under us we decided we wanted a nice set of furniture that would last and had a warranty. We went to Ashley and bought multiple pieces at the beginning of June. Towards the end of June we hadn’t heard anything about our shipment and had gotten settled into our new place, so we went to check up on it. One piece was delayed but the rest would be received around the beginning of august. Our original timeline was 2-6 weeks. Today we walked in to check again, seeing we should have received an update by now. When checking on our order, the staff said everything should arrive towards the end of September. What? He couldn’t even get should of the warehouse to see why everything was so delayed!! I’m furious at this point. And they won’t even let me return the order and spend my money somewhere that will give me an actual timeline.
I had a great experience shopping for an adjustable bed and new reclining couch thanks to Sammy! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Go see Sammy if you’re looking for any new furniture!!
Will never ever buy furniture from here again! I was promised a gift card if I got the garbage warranty. To which I did not receive. Shame on me for not getting it in writing. Called up the warranty company to get a refund and they said they will issue it. Three months later, nothing. I call back and they say Ashley has the refund and I need to speak to them about getting it. Four months later after communicating with Ashley furniture still no refund and I can’t get anyone to ever call me back!

Received 2 of 3 furniture pieces and I am mostly happy with them but the most important piece has been delayed again and again. First I was told August, then September, then October, now December!!!!!! Good for cheap furniture... If their warehouse has it.

Buyer beware! I had a table and 4 chairs for $ 1000.00 cheaper at katy furniture. When I told the sales girl she went to their manager. He was very unfriendly . Then they asked if we wanted it today. When i said yes they said I would have to drive to Houston. Bottom line is very much overpriced . 1000.00 more expensive for exact same table. Beware!!! We just took.our business to a real furniture store with fair prices.

Terrible customer service. Ordered August and was told it would be delivered in September. Now Im being told it wont be until December when its delivered. They keep holding the $, then they release it, then they hold it, then they release it. This occurs every 2 days. Twice now they have put 2 holds on my bank account for the amount of my order and the 2nd hold doesnt go through so then they put my order itself on hold. Customer service today told me this will keep occurring until my order is in the truck being delivered because thats just their procedure. I will NEVER order through Ashely again. Terrible experience.
Applying for and opening a credit account was fast and easy in store. We loved the quality and selection and were able to pick out and purchase something we loved in less than an hour! Will be coming back for future purchases.

If I could give them zero stars I would.The initial interaction here was okay; but it always is when someone wants to sell you something. From there, it has been downhill. I was given an estimated delivery date, however, no one called to confirm the date and when I tried to call to inquire a the status -- I could never get through to the store. Which brings me to contacting the store: apparently, their phones dont work and have been out of commission for the better part of a month (what business operates with no phones??) After 2 weeks of non-communication about the furniture, I had to drive 35 miles back to to store just to speak with someone. I intended to get my money back and cancel but I was coerced to wait until the weekend and they PROMISED I would have my furniture delivered on time. Someone called to confirm the date 2 days prior, then they called to confirm the delivery window the day before. After I made preparations to be ready during the window, they called at 10:35 the morning of the delivery to say that they left the warehouse late and now the delivery will arrive tonight (as opposed to the afternoon) ...unacceptable. I do not accept night time deliveries; no one should unless that is something they prefer. When I asked to speak with someone, they could never provide me with a working number or connect me with someone at the store. No one should be frustrated or upset when they are awaiting new furniture. The lack of communication, the smirk and attitude when I complained to the original salesman, and the failure to be respectful of the time of customers has confirmed for me that I will sit on a haystack before I do business with them again. They are awful

Will never enter an Ashley furniture again due to the manager at this locations attitude. Went in to purchase x2 different items and exchange a mattress. Sales rep was good, manager told us word for word “you are not a customer,” so I guess he was okay losing a sale of a kitchen table. Our sister bought a temperpedic mattress here that felt incredibly soft in store, however upon arrival the mattress was hard as a rock. We called and we were told we had to keep the item for 30 days and could only return the item at the 30 day mark; no sooner, no later. We came on the 30th day and we were told we could not return the item but could exchange it. There was nothing that matched the price of the mattress so we either had to pay more, or pick out a cheaper mattress (which we lost $1000 for). We are not the only ones with this issue within 10 minutes of being at this store. Another guy had same exact problem and was also told something different when purchasing the mattress. Overall, It’s not about the sleezy return policy as much as it was the managers attitude of not allowing us to ask questions (can you show me a mattress of similar price) because we “are not customers”. Anyone entering that store should be considered a customer and any family member can ask questions regarding concerns on a policy that was lied about upfront in person. I now understand why people told us not to shop especially at this location.

The team is very knowledgeable unfortunately their Motivation to sell is not really there. They are very bland and Not interested in what you are really saying it’s not very welcoming. Getting a hold of them over the phone it’s also a huge hassle the phone never seems to be answered or it is always on voicemail.
The person who helped me was nice, he gave good advice and he helped me find what I needed.
Customer service or chat cant help with in store stock. When you call the store no one answers. I live out of town and want to inquire about a specific product before driving there for nothing. I guess they dont want my business that bad.

I want to start out by saying that I love the quality of Ashley furniture which is why I chose to furnish my home with the Conroe location. However, everything after the purchase has been a downhill spiral, primarily concerning my children’s bunk bed.I ordered my furniture over 3 months ago. I got the first few pieces in February. My night stand arrived with the side of it cracked in two places, possibly smashed. Definitely damaged. And as for the bunk bed, I’ve been given 6-7 different dates now as to when it will be delivered. I’ve spoken with 2 different managers at this location. Corporate and the home store are not on the same page. I keep getting different information. My bunk bed was supposed to arrive on Friday May 7 between 3-6pm but never showed. I have text message confirmation showing that I confirmed, but I was told they didn’t have confirmation. So I set up a new date for delivery with the manager for May 13. I called yesterday to inquire because no one contacted me for a time frame as to when they’d be coming by to deliver it. Now I’m being told it won’t be ready until June 24 which means that will be almost 5 months waiting for this bed. I was told by the manager on Friday that my bed, specifically for my order is in the warehouse, just waiting to be delivered. I just want to cancel at this point. I’m being given the run around, too many inaccuracies, I’m stressing out about my children not having their bunk bed. If someone could please reach out to me about this that can actually help and be consistent, I would appreciate it. 10/10 do not recommend.

Furnishing a new home and purchased several items. After a couple of hours shopping was told we could come back later and add to our order. When we returned and picked out more items the salesperson denied that she told us that, and there would be another $149 delivery charge even though nothing had been delivered yet. I would cancel everything, except in small print there would be a 10 percent charge. I will never buy anything from them again. Beware, never take their word, get it in writing. Imagine, the owner thanking me for a negative review.

Can someone please help?I was able to speak to an agent shortly after making this post. Pretty sure it was a coincidence but none the less the agent was very helpful in getting my standing order in the delivery queue.
Went in with money in hand to buy a dining room set that I liked for $749.00 & I was going to finance a sofa at the same time but not a single sales person offered to help or acknowledge me at all I went mid day in yhe middle of the week so it wasnt busy, I saw 4 employees sitting on the furniture chatting with each other and on their phones anyways I ended up buying from rooms to go ✌🏼

I read some negative comments on here about this place so I was apprehensive, but after my experience, I would 100% recommend. I have seen some reviews about late delivery, or bad customer service but personally my experience was wonderful with them. I went in, sat on some sectionals, found one I was in love with, purchased it on the spot. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be, in perfect condition, right on time. They let me know ahead of time when it would be, and let me track the delivery truck in real time. Wonderful customer service and the most comfortable couch I’ve ever had.
Worst experience I have ever had buying anything ever in my life.I paid $1800 on a couch and was told it would be delivered in 10 weeks. Here I am 10 weeks later, still no furniture and they gave me another estimated arrival date in another 6 weeks.So they went from 10 weeks to 16 weeks.Absolutely ridiculous..NEVER again will I buy anything from any Ashley Homestore..Just the worst service ever.

Delivery service terrible. Impossible to reach Conroe store. Called got corporate office told them I had new address. Received a text that furniture would be delivered to old address. Text back new address again. I tried to call to reach someone no answer. They deliver to wrong address and when they told them to deliver to new address they still tried to leave it there.They did not speak english. I am am still waiting for furniture!
Id give ZERO stars, if I could! What a scam! I bought several thousand dollars worth of furniture and was promised it would be delivered in about 4 weeks. Having heard nothing, I tried calling the store, but nobody ever answers the phone. I finally texted them and they replied that the furniture was delayed an extra month for some, and an extra 5 months for the rest. I canceled my order & was told I have to wait about a month to get a refund check in the mail. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE GO TO GALLERY FURNITURE!

I came here looking for a new couch. They had a wide variety of couches in all different sizes, colors, and prices. The staff is very friendly and Luna was very helpful. She assisted us in finding the perfect one, and scheduling a delivery. I went to 4 different furniture stores today and this was by far the best. I would definitely suggest this place especially if youre looking for something budget friendly and good quality.
I am NOT a furniture shopper but the wife said we need a sofa set. So off we go, shopped at two stores and then ended up at Ashley Home Store. Told the gentleman that greeted us that well call him when we needed help. We located a sofa set and was about to get the gentleman that greeted us. When a different gentleman asked if he could help us, of course he could then I wouldnt have to look for the other guy ( less work for me). After a lot of back and forth and two hours later, we hit the jackpot. The sofa set that my wife and I agreed on. The gentleman that was patiently following us and putting up with my jokes was going to get his sale. He gave us the run down on the financing and that we wont be turned down. Honestly our credit isnt the best but we pay everything on time. Thinking to myself this guy is so full of it and the joke will be on him when they turn us down. I dont know how and dont care but he got us financed for the full amount and delivered on everything he said to us earlier. My wife asked him to apologize to the first gentleman that greeted us and asked if he could give part of the commission to him. We were told he will receive the entire commission, the second gentleman that ended up helping us was the Store Manager. You have to understand, I work for a major retail company and know sales. I am so impressed with the service and honesty along with the Store Manager looking out for his associates. Purchased 2 recliners, first from the woodlands & 2nd. From conroe store. First canceled because pick up dates changed to a month later than promised.the 2nd. Because we, went to pick it up waited 25 min. Outside then we’re told it wasn’t there! After in store purchase was told we could pick it up that same day, it was in the warehouse! Called & was told it was there! Talked to corporate was told by her, that she couldn’t help us! Imagine that! Exactly what is her job? She said our file was locked??? Just what is her job?, Not to tell a customer paying cash $2,000.00 that she can’t help or do anything!! Seems like the more professional way would have been, let me look into this & I will call you back.We have been a loyal customer for years, but NO More!!!
Salesmen were enthusiastic when purchasing our furniture. HOWEVER, the service we received after the purchase was terrible. Our furniture was supposed to be ready for delivery 11 days after purchase and we didnt get it all until 47 days after purchase. We could not get anyone at the store to return calls or answer e mails.
IF I COULD RATE A ZERO...I WOULD.Keep getting the run around between the store and GRT team for over 5 months just trying to order a part for my recliner. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have tried to order by phone and in person no one is willing to go the extra mile to look up the part I need they just keep giving excuses. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY AGAIN.
Great customer service, not pushy, and speedy checkout. They are backed up on shipping as is everyone else in the area, but the furniture selection is way better here than a few other places we went to. Saj (I can’t remember how to spell his name but it’s pronounced sage) was very helpful.
The sales rep was super friendly and helpful. He made Everything simple and quick.

Great customer service when I walked into conroe store. I immediately was helped as we walked through the store. Great atmosphere! My son picked out the bed he wanted & salesman was calculating the numbers. Salesman was very patient waiting because my son changed his mind. My son found the perfect bed just what he was looking for in Ashleys. Then when we received the bed the delivery was quick & after the delivery men put his bed together my son was so happy with his new bed from Ashleys. We love Ashley s Furniture ❤. We will definitely look there first when we buy more furniture! 😀
Luna and her manager assisted me while I was so Indecisive. They ended up helping me pick out a sofa that was more firm as I wanted with a 5 year protection plan. The manager even went outside to ensure my merchandise was put into my car nicely while it was raining outside. He even held an umbrella over me :) they showed great customer service! Thank you!
One of the sale person was not very professional. She kept asking me why. Why dont you want this or Why dont you want that. For example, when I told her I dont want the $5000 mattress they have there, she asked me despite me already told her I have a budget Why dont you want it, you spend all your money on the furniture. A good mattress can help you live longer. She did not explain how it can help me live longer. Then when we went to pay for the product, she asked if we want to do financing. My husband said, No, we dont need it. She continue to try to persuade us to do financing despite us kept denying it.I think instead of me having to answer her why. She could have try to persuade me by saying let me tell you why you need this product or let me give you some more information about this product
So the experience in the beginning was great and exciting but after the purchase of our couch and ottoman has been a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to go to Ashley Furniture because the customer service after the fact is horrendous. I was told my couch would be ready for pick up in 3 to 4 weeks. So exactly 4 weeks after the purchase I called to see if it was ready to pick up at the warehouse and they told me it would be ready to pick up July 8th. So I call the day before and they had changed the pick up date on me to the 16th without calling me or emailing me to let me know. So the 16th comes around and I call to see if it’s ready to be picked up and now they are telling me that it won’t be ready for pick up until the end of July. I’m beyond irritated with how all of this is playing out and will NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture again. The funny thing is I’m not even getting it delivered. I’M PICKING IT UP FROM THE WAREHOUSE and can’t even get a solid date on that. It’s a nightmare and I am beyond upset. They’re also saying that the date could change again. This is pathetic Ashley and y’all need to get your s*** straight. When you change the date LET THAT INDIVIDUAL KNOW! You can’t just leave people in the dark wondering if they will receive their furniture or not. At this point I want delivery for the headache you guys are causing me and my family.

M. Kamran was an excellent help! Was able to purchase furniture super quick and easy. He even helped us measure some things and was patient enough to allow us to leave and come back a couple of times to make sure everything was going to work! Excellent customer service not only from Kamran but the other employees. 10/10 recommend.
Amazing experience. I went here yesterday and Luna was so helpful. I ended up deciding to take the night to think about things and came back today. Luna remember everything that I was looking for and more. She went over the top to make sure I got everything I needed! She helped me find the perfect couch for my place and a cute coffee table to match!
Promised items would be a certain time, did not happen. Claims the assistant manager has connections and would get the items in the discussed agreed upon time frame, still did not happen. Talk fast, sign your life away then get disappointed. Not a good transaction, 😕😞😔Then I am being debited the monthly payment over $300 and dont have the furniture for that transaction now til the end of April. Mr.Kevin was extremely helpful and patient as I choose living room and dining room furniture. This is will be the 3rd and 4th purchase I have made with Ashley. The store room is always clean and the staff always friendly.

Never buy furniture here. We made a purchase, the paperwork says you can cancel. We found something we liked better. We are willing to pay the 10 percent cancelation fee. Have called been there in person, multiple times. They keep telling us they have canceled it but can’t print anything out or email us any verification. Go ask about it again get someone else and they say it’s never been canceled. Been doing this for a week now and I’m so over it. Worst customer service ever.
This is our third time shopping with Ashley Furniture in Conroe. We are always impressed with inventory and the salesman who can be as low pressure or as present as you’d like. They always have amazing sales and great financing options for those who are interested. I would recommend them to anyone.
Went in to buy a mattress today. When we walked in a salesman met us. When we told him we were interested in a mattress he promptly brought us a “sleep expert.” Isaiah was a big help and was very informative. Ashley was our first store, so we informed him we wanted to look around a bit more. You could tell he wanted the sale, but he was very understanding. We shopped around for a bit and then headed back to see him. We bought our new mattress and even walked out with some great pillows. This is not our first purchase from Ashley and will not be our last.
First time buyers at Ashley Home Store, I have to say it was amazing. Many different styles of furnishings to meet everyones needs. Isaiah our sales staff was awesome, we looked until we decided with no pushing at all, we had plenty of time to look and test each piece. He would check on us and let us be to continue our search even after we decided on our furniture. Then I found my kitchen island too! Thanks Isaiah for the easiest purchase ever! Thanks Ashley Home Store, were love our furnishings and we will be back for more.
I do not recommend anyone doing business with Ashley HomeStore. They do not stand behind their products and lack of quality products. Bought a recliner within the first 3 months mechanism started to stick and not work. They “fixed” it. Then “fixed” it, then “fixed” again to where they pushed it out of warranty and we are told they won’t take care of it. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
Be sure you ask that all your purchased pieces get delivered together. We ordered 2 living room sets, only after we received 1 chair did we find out that the rest of our furniture wont even be manufactured until February and March. So who knows when our actual delivery date will be.This information could have been shared at the time of purchase, we could have simply chosen other pieces. But we werent given that courtesy, make sure you ask. They are more concerned with making a sale than taking care of the customer. On a positive note, I was offered a bottle of water multiple times.
5/16/21 purchase day. The shopping experience was great, that’s why I gave it a 5 star review. My sales person, Sijj was very nice, courteous and very patient. It took me forever to decide what I wanted, and he didn’t rush me at all. I just hope that my furniture is delivered within the 2 weeks time frame I was given. I also hope that the furniture is of good quality. Can’t wait to get them!8/7/21 update. I purchased the furniture in mid May, and was told that it was going to be delivered in 2 weeks. By the end of July I received 3 pieces of the sectional I had purchased. They had contacted me prior to the delivery asking if they could deliver a partial, to which I said no. I wanted the sectional to be delivered complete, but they delivered the 3 pieces anyways. The day they delivered the partial I called them, and the lady on the phone told me that the rest would be delivered by the 6th of August. Today is August 7th so I called them. The new delivery day is now August 31st. More than 3 months from the purchase day. I got very upset and went to the store to see if they could speed up the delivery. To my surprise they tell me that the delivery they are showing is September 3rd. Talking to these people is very frustrating. Their policy is, no refunds no returns so you’re stuck dealing with them. Furthermore, their furniture is not of good quality and is very over priced.I just wish I had never entered their store. I would never ever recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. I don’t even know how they stay in business. They can’t keep up with the demand. They don’t even have a warehouse to store their furniture, that’s why they keep moving their delivery dates.If you do not accept a partial delivery, then they fill other orders and they keep pushing your delivery dates. If you need the furniture right away, go purchase them somewhere else, or you will be very disappointed. I took the 5 star review I had given them to a one star review, and that’s only because you can’t give them anything less. but in reality, they are a minus 5 star store.
I was very surprised at the price I got my new recliner for. I checked cn Google and they said on new furniture do not be afraid to haggle the price. That saved me hundreds of dollarsAdded to that I got a salesman who went out of his way to see i got a good dealWjsleep.
