Great place for landscaping materials- not only did they give me the rocks, they also delivered them right to my driveway! Super friendly and even gave me some insight on cool ways to design. Needless to say, I’ll be using A&A again!

I am so pleased with the customer service and helpful employees at A&A. Even though they were busy, everyone took the time to help us get what we needed for our rather large project. After going to another local business to purchase the same items and being treated so badly, We were so happy to have found A&A. Liz helped us - she was very well versed in all products, so helpful and patient. We purchased patio stone, large boulders and a load of mulch. They will be my go to choice for mulch, dirt, etc. in the future!

Poor service, very hard to understand their English. Also, WAY OVERPRICED, I needed 12 stones thatd have cost me a maximum of $30 in Austin (I used to purchase all of the time). They wanted $80.00 they said they weight 210 lbs (not likely, maybe half of that). Not trustworthy or just overpriced, I dont know, but will find another place to go that is.

Visited this business today, before going, I check for their hours of operations, on their website it states that they were open until 4:30. Sign on door had different hours: it closed at 3:30. We arrived at 2:55, my husband went to the office doors where locked. We looked around for someone to help, there was an employee that went outside to help a costumer that arrived after us. It was 3:12. We see that male employee and two female employees walk out the front office. They were inside the office but did not had the courtesy to tell us that they were already close. I asked one of the employees what time do they close since it was not 3:30 yet, She states that they close at 3:12. We were going to order some masonry stone, dirt and rocks. I will not be purchasing anything from this company. AND I dont recommend to anyone.

Asked for Cedar Mulch and got something entirely different. Instead of gold colored, aromatic mulch I received wood chips and about 50% dirt. When I tried to get help from the staff, I was told by a manager: Thats our cedar mulch.When I asked for my money back, I was told I would have to kick it off. I ended up doing it myself because no one wanted or cared to help.I have pictures of the mulch if anyone cares to see.I asked an employee who owned the A&A Stone and Masonry but was told that was confidential information. Actually it isnt; its public information. Since Im too busy to go to the county clerk and find out Ive instead chosen to publicly let the owner know about my experience.I ended up going to 1488 Mulch Yard where the cedar mulch was beautiful red, gold and aromatic. The office, employees, & the entire complex + environment was simply top notch.

I go in. I tell them about my project. They give me a little direction and point me to the area to pick out what I want. It usually cost be about $19-$30 a F150 truck load for gravel-gardening soil. No matter how busy they are it doesnt take long. They are ALWAYS helpful and efficient and friendly. My entire 13 acres is now a paradise of gardens and trails that Ive done on my own. Im just a 125 female. Love this place.

I was referred to this company from my lawn guy, so when I looked online to get their address, I looked at the other reviews. They may have been not that good but I went anyway. I only needed some garden mix dirt but I found the man at the counter pleasant. They were busy but I was taken car of in a timely manner and even the guy on the loader helped me so I wouldnt get my trailer stuck in the mud.

2nd load of sand I have bought from this company. The staff is so nice! It’s a very quick in and out and on your way kinda place!

Decided to use A&A for a delivery of mulch since we had a good experience with a flagstone order for our pool. Delivery was set up between 8am-10am according to their rep. Its now after noon and no mulch. When I call there is no apology, just comments like one of our driver called in or your next and then 2 hours pass. Frustrating as we had planned our day based on a delivery by 10am and no one there seems to care. They were quick to charge my CC, wish they had been as quick completing the transaction.

We had our rental property estimated for a remodeling job. Also got fresh mulch for a current project. Very painless experience with fair pricing.

I need two pallets of rock for landscaping. So I went to A&A Stone on two consecutive days and selected what I wanted. After confirmed the prices, weighted rocks, arranged for delivery and gave all my personal info to the sales lady, I took out credit card and ready to pay then I noted the amount was not right. After much confusion, I figured it out that the price was not right: they quoted me 8.5 cent/lb for 5 or 6 times but charged me 9 cents/lb instead. When I pointed that out, the clerk told me that they always round up prices to the cent digit so 8.5 cents round up to 9 cents. I felt astonished because Wal-Mart, Costco are having a lot of items are on xxx.x9 and I never heard of rounding up prices. Even worse is that the clerk lady knows exactly what happened there but let me trying hard to figure out in the confusion why their charge was higher than calculated by myself. After I noted the discrepancy and wrong price, the sales lady went inside and a man came out (later I learned he is Bryan and the manager) said I either pay it as is or choose a different type of rock. I said no I spent a long time to select the right stone for my project. He then (finally) said the price was wrong and he can only give me one pallet for 8.5 and the other 9. I said a deal is a deal and I confirmed the 8.5 cent price with staff multiple times now when I pulled out my card you jumped the price. Bryan shrugged, gave me a poker face and didn’t give a shxt. I stayed a couple of more minutes and walked out of the shop. My 5-year-old girl asked me what happened. It was then I decided to make a call to the number the owner, Joel Kieffer left here before. The call got picked up by the same sales lady who wronged me on this. I wasted two days of my time trying to do business with A&A Stone and more frustrating I disappointed my 5-year daughter by lightening her up on the stone/landscape work and then it ended up in this way.
