We needed a trailer that would haul a Chevrolet Silverado from Midland, TX back to Houston. This business was recommended by my son-in-law who uses them all the time to haul vehicles he purchases. We were not disappointed. Fast and friendly service. Trailer was perfect and hauled the truck with no problems. Had to keep the trailer an extra day because of the distance and the gentleman was very helpful when we returned it. Hopefully I wont need to rent a trailer again..but if I do, it will definitely be renting from this business at this location! Thanks again for taking the stress out of an already stressful situation!

This is the worst place you could buy from. The customer service is not good and they will not return your phone calls no matter how many messages you leave once they get your money they are no longer helpful to you. I bought a 2020 Spartan zero turn from them and it was not good quality at all it’s definitely not a $10,000 dollar lawn mower.And you have to make multiple trips back and forth because the service department can’t fix anything correctly.In response to your comment below if you were so helpful why does your staff ignore my phone calls i have left several messages and called several times with no return phone calls. If you call this customer service you are sadly mistaken. You just don’t want to deal with it so y’all ignore me thinking i will just go away. Even when we were dealing with the issues at hand it took over 3 weeks to do a simple deck adjustment. And the deck size has nothing to do with the issues because i had the same deck size on my last lawn mower with no issues at all. Also kind of funny that your staff had no issues returning my calls or answering the phone when i was looking to purchase the lawn mower.

I have rented flat bed trailers with side rails from these guys twice. Been a great experience all the way around. The equipment was in good shape and worked well, no issues with the equipment at all. I will rent from them again if the need arises.

Local business bad experience. We were in need of a utility trailer and visited STOP Equipment on FM 1488 on October 20th. We paid a deposit for a trailer and optional bi-fold gate /ramp for our 4x4. A 2 week delivery date was assured - we asked if this was a realistic date and was told yes.Twenty days after ordering I called STOP and was told the trailer build was still in-progress - I asked that a delivery update be provided when known. Twenty five days in - I called again and was told it is in-progress. On the twenty eighth day I called to cancel my order but was assured the trailer was delivered. I asked the manager to confirm this is the trailer with the bi-fold ramp and he said “My Bad” we ordered the wrong ramp. I asked the owner to call me, however he did not.Poor customer service and indifference to this sale.

Took my riding mower in for service on 07/19 because it wouldnt start even though the battery showed 95% charged. I was told it would be 3 weeks turn around. At the 3 week mark I was told it had been taken into the shop for repair but wasnt completed at this time. I asked to be notified as to the issues. I hadnt heard anything days later so I called back and was advised again it was in the shop for repair but there were no notes on the paperwork and the mechanic is not there during the day to work because its too hot. I told them that I have had to push mow 3x a 1.5 acre lot waiting for these repairs. Week 4 I called back to the exact same story as the previous week and half. On Friday 08/23 I called and spoke with Clayton (sales Manager) who advised that the mower was coming in the shop now for repairs and had the hood and mower deck off. He stated that my mower was behind everyone else since I wasnt a commercial customer and he couldnt tell me how much longer it would be before it was looked at and repaired. I told him that this was very unacceptable and maybe they needed to hire additional mechanics to help with repairs. I further advised to put my mower back together and I would pick it up. I picked it up this morning and found that they had replaced my ignition switch for a reason they were unable to advise (probably because they lost my key to my mower). I will never return to S.T.O.P. Equipment for service work. And further, they lost my business on a NEW zero turn and trailer. Turns out they had my mower for 5 weeks because I had a corroded battery terminal. Thanks for nothing STOP Equipment. I will tell everyone I know in the area to avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely terrible Service and lack of communication.

Very disappointed in my first (and ONLY) experience at STOP equipment. After calling twice to confirm they would service my husqvarna saw, which they assured me they would, I drove the 30 minutes to the location. I brought my receipt as I was instructed to do over the phone, and went to drop off my saw. The gentleman at the desk said let me talk to my manager and after returning informed me that they cant service my saw, which is under warranty, because they dont have time and would lose money on the repair. He told me that they would happily repair if I would have purchased from them and asked me the next time I needed something to shop there.No, I will not be purchasing anything from STOP, and Ill be telling all my friends to also not be shopping there. Thats exactly how you anger current and prospective customers.

Shopping for a new side by side. The guys i spoke with was very knowledgeable and super helpful. They had a huge selection of UTVs. Also, tons of mowers.

I been buying my zero turns from here since 2013 and will continue to buy more since my business is expanding. These guys are always very helpful and my experience with the bad boy mowers has been simply the best, great quality equipment. I like the 2 year engine warranty and life time body warranty. My mowers are used daily and take a hard beating each and every day and I have very minimal damages to certain parts. I like doing business here where I can get good quality equipment. Thanks guys!

Bought a trailer in 2017 and boards TOTALLY rotted! Was told they were treated wood but absolutely could not have been. They said want under warranty after a year and it had just been a year.

Prices are insane. When asked how much for a used rented out horse trailer with dents and scratches all over the place, they quoted me near full price as if it were a factory new trailer. Also, their factory new products are more money than other places offering brand name products. Look around and do a bit of research before doing business here. Doing business with these guys is a guarantee you will pay more for less.

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I showed up at 5pm(closing time) with a chainsaw I couldnt get running. I had some important clearing to do the next morning and honestly wasnt expecting much at closing time. Wow. He set me up with a new chain and bar(no charge); then took the time to teach me several things about operating the chainsaw so my problem wouldnt happen again. Great service and prices. Ill be back. The worst people I have dealt with in years. They lied to me multiple times. I took my mower in for warranty work. I asked for an estimate on time. The man told me 7 days would be the quickest and 9 days the longest. I called back after 10 days and was told there were 2 jobs before mine. He said maybe this afternoon but likely tomorrow. I waited 3 days and called back. I was told there was 1 ticket still in front of me. I asked him how in 3 day was there still 1 ticket in front of me. He got a bit testy and told me that was what it was. He said tomorrow. I said ok. I waited 3 more days and called back. He then told me there were jobs in front of me from a week before I brought it in. I got angry and asked why I was told the previous information. He got really angry and told me he did not like being accused of lying. It finally took them 6o days to do the job. When I picked it up after calling I was presented a bill for 1/2 hour of labor to clean the carb. They were rude when I got there I asked the mechanic how long it had been finished. He said a week. No one called to tell me. What a bunch of jerks. Never again. I do not recommend using this place.

They were very accommodating about getting me in and were twice as fast (charging a 1/2 hour labor instead of a whole hour) as another repair shop. I will definitely return!

Bought a brand new Spartan RT PRO they never even test ran the mowing deck have less than 1 hour and it’s been in the shop a week. Stephen will not even return my calls.Like the mower but they need to employ people that care enough to return a call

Brought my riding lawnmower here to change out a belt. After 1 month, I found out they hadnt even look at it.....got the run around week after week.....they rarely returned calls....finally fixed it after 7 weeks!!!.... .will never go back or recommend this place.
