Mattress by appointment is a good spot to pickup a decent mattress for value. Devin, the owner, seems like a good guy and works hard to keep his business open and strives for great customer service. The selection is limited, which probably is what lets him reduce the costs. He offered to drop off the mattress and cut up our old one and kindly dump it for us. Overall a great place to look if your looking for low to medium end mattresses and great customer service.

Devin at Mattress by Appointment of Conroe is such a great dude. He would do anything to help his customers, and surpass their expectations. I was looking for mattresses all around, online and in stores, but his effort, his customer service, his offerings, and his dedication made me go back to his store and buy from him. I even added an extra item to my cart. He will also work deals with you, just let him know what exactly you’re looking for and for how much, and he will find a great deal for you. I was at his store recently again, looked around just to see what else I could buy from him. He’s got good vibes, is a US Army Veteran, very modest, and he’s just a good man! Definitely recommend buying from him.

Devin was very polite,knowledgeable, and isn’t out to rip anyone off! He met me at the store about 8pm and delivered my mattress to my house the same night! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go see him! Awesome service would give 10 stars if I could!

My husband and i purchase a bed about 3 weeks ago. Devin has amazing customer service we could not complain everything was amazing from the moment we booked our appointment to the moment we received our mattress. He did not try to sell us something we did not want. I will be retuning to get another mattress from him soon. Also may I add the quality of the mattress is also amazing.
