Me and my fiancé are first time buyers and we didn’t really know where to start. We stopped by Palm Harbor Homes since it was close to where we are staying now. We walking in there with many questions and concerns. Katie, welcomed us in and attended us quickly with no wait. We asked our questions and our concerns about being first time home buyers. If she knew that answer or not she was able to get it answered. She did what she had to to make sure we didn’t walk away with any doubts of concerns about buying a house. We never felt pressured on buying a home like any regular realtor. She wants what’s best for her customers and without a doubt it’s what she did. 10/10 recomend

Would you believe a few days after, I was approved at another branch with only one of my income and not all of my income. It happened.Its about who you know not what you know with this company.The salesman was good to work with. They only working with one mortgage company 21st mortgage. Palmer Harbor convinced us that we had the loan base off our credit history, credit scores, debt to income ratio, and income. But after 21st Mortgage found out that my main income was from disability they just dragged the loan out and then denied us. The worst part is that we sold the old home because Palm Harbor said we had the loan and had to get the old home off the property. Nice to have no home because of this company. On top of all this we found a new lender that doesnt discriminate against income and Palm Harbor said they will not do any business with us if we are not using 21st mortgage.In conclusion this company is not worth anyones investment.I did review 21st mortgage and there is more details on what happened.

I recommend Brandon to some of my friends from college and he got them taken care of. They were nervous being so young and purchasing their first home but he got them in a perfect new home !

The process started off Okay. We let our Sales Person know how much money we had and asked him was he able to work with that amount. He said he could, when in reality he couldnt. When we told him the down payment was too much for the loan he said, Oh well have cheaper houses on the lot. So my frustration is why didnt you just show us the cheaper homes in the 1st place? I had to always text him asking him questions when it should have been the other way around and anytime I asked a question it was never a yes or no. I asked him if we went with a cheaper home about how much of a down payment were we looking at. He said he would crunch the numbers and he would let me know well it took him 2 days to crunch the numbers and i never got a response. It just felt like since we didnt have a lot of money to work with he just wasnt interested but my thing is I let you know my financial situation from the beginning if you couldnt help us thats fine but say that dont waste our time. Im pretty sure if we had the money and wasnt struggling financially because of Covid he would have been a great. 🙄

Met with Nick today and he was very impressive. He was able to educate me and was very knowledgeable about modular homes and what would best fit me. Go see Nick you won’t regret it!!

Palm Harbor offers many beautiful homes. Our initial contact was with Jeremy. We set an appointment with him, however at the time of our appointment he pushed us off to Travis because he had another person show up at the same time. Travis helped us to find a home that I was absolutely in love with. We handed over earnest money with the understanding that we would receive communication within 2 weeks of approvals and what final numbers would look like. Day 14 we were told the lenders had issues retrieving my husbands credit scores so he called to remove any alerts that would hinder the process. A few days later we were told the same thing. Once again my husband reached out to the bureaus where he was told no one should have a problem as his file was open to view. At this point we requested a refund (July 22). Upon requesting the refund Travis stopped communication. July 26 a follow up email was sent to verify our refund request. July 27, Travis responded and asked for a bank statement to show they received the funds. The information was sent the same day. July 28, a follow up email was again sent to verify the information provided was sufficient. He never responded. I then called (July 29) and Travis advised me that it would take 14 days to receive the refund and the request was sent to corporate on July 22. Today is August 25, 2020 and I still have not received any notification to retrieve our funds. I called today and was advised by Jeremy that the check has been there waiting.I received poor communication and received less than professionalism once I requested my money back.
