Bunch of crooks. Brought my 12.3yd dump trailer in there for 6yds of mulch a few days ago, they loaded 1 bucket full with the Hyundai and I was gone. Came back today for 10yds and they put 1 scoop with the same loader and sent me on my way. Spoke to the manager and he didnt know how big the bucket was. They added 4yds supposedly and now my trailer is closer to what I bought.I had my trailer scanned by a laser system... Its exactly 12.3.Watch these guys. Theyll Rob you blind.

Stopped in today with a load of bark to deliver. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I dont mind taking loads here. However, the bark ramp to unload leaves little room for backing error. The lower ramp could use another foot of concrete on the passenger side of the ramp when backing.

Need to update Hours online, at this times every business should have all online info correct. Made me loose my time.

Went in asked for good soil for sod...I was recommended by your front desk the 3 way mix which clearly states on your own website it’s best for beds ... all of the grass I planted on your soil has since died. I ended up buying soil from another place because I didn’t have enough for this project and its underneath one patch of grass .... today that’s the only patch of grass that is green and Alive without disease ! Will not be returning here.

Ask them and follow their advice.Tomorrow early, I shall load one more time. Prices are reasonable, no hype; highly recommend them.

Good compost and good prices. Best driver on delivery i have had from any of the mulch yards. We have a tough windy driveway and he backed in like a pro.

New Earth has great soil, mulch, compost, rock, etc. They can deliver in bulk and they have bags as well. I saw their bags being sold at HEB too. Great stuff!

Was satisfied with order what I needed.. But when my dirt was delivered was a nightmare 1st of all driver by passed my place while I was waving him down had to call office..then when truck came he wanted to dump the dirt in my drive way I refuse him to do that I needed load in my yard midway he kept on arguing with me on top of that English not good ..he even broke my gate...he did damage to..I called up company to find out how to resolve problem .. Company refused to help said I needed to talk .To the people who drives the trucks which I did...the response I got from the guy was its my fault n hung up before I could tell how his employee was rude..seems like this idiot believes in the driver not thecustomer...now Im getting the run around..so no one wants to At least reinburstment for the damage.... I will not ever do business with this company again..cud when they damage ur property the refuse to help !!!!! I called up n refuses to have owner call me .

Not happy at all with the garden soil.Plants all grew beautifully and tried to produce and then all plants started dying.Too much salt in the mix but they tell you or is muxed as it should be. I call bs!!!!!Will not recommend them to anyone!!!!
