Sold me the wrong blinker bulbs for my GMC pu and I brought in the original bulb before last month bought a water pump lower hose and thermostat water pump was right lower hose wrong thermostat wrong, not happy

Went in today 03/15/21 to purchase some refrigerant/oil for my wifes car. Wasnt exactly sure which refrigerant/oil I needed for the compressor on the car. I was helped by a very patient and knowledgeable employee named Jesse! He not only showed me which refrigerant/oil was needed but also the right hose to use. Had them check a possible bad battery. They confirmed it and offered their cheapest replacement of $140. Thats a hard pass and went across the street to Walmart to get one for $75 total tax and a $12 core. With these prices,, it looks like the auto parts retail chain is struggling.

I went in to purchase some rear brake pads and rotors (Stephanie helped me) however I was little short and just said never mind I’ll try to come back another time when I have all the money. Went to my car alil upset trying to think of a way to come up with the rest of the money then (Jessie) came to my car and talked to me and said he was willing to work with me. When I say I went from being upset and feeling defeated to feeling truly blessed. Thank you so much Stephanie and Jessie you are guys are wonderful. Great service! We had called about buying a pitman arm for our 2001 jeep wrangler, the employee said they had it in stock. When we got there, it was the wrong one. We had also bought a steering gear box and brouhgt it back with the old pitman arm for the core. With the help from Jesse, Steve and Ricky, they were able to get the pitman arm off the old core. The three of them went above and beyond, especially Jesse. Our many thanks go out to the three of them.

Employees usually arnt very knowledgeable so ask for a manager they know how to find the parts you need. Store is well stocked and clean

Came here to the FM 78 & Crestway location yesterday looking for some help in trying to adjust my headlights on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The store manager Jessie not sure how it’s spelled.. He was very patient with everything i asked for and i needed done. He had a hard time installing my windshield wipers but he didn’t give up and eventually he got them on and made sure that they work properly by asking us to turn them on and try them. This autozone is AMAZING. We have always been an o’Reilly’s family, through and through. When I couldn’t make it I decided to stop and give this autozone a try, they took care of me like family. Was offered help & I declined. Then the same gentleman asked me if I was sure I didnt want his help in an almost condescending way. I asked him a simple question just to get him to to leave me alone & he didnt even know the solution to my question nor where to direct me. He asked this other gentleman, who seemed like his boss, who then approached me & was knowledgeable & polite. He even taught me something new & practical! My wife and I were stranded on a Sunday afternoon 90 miles from home. The alternator was bad and the battery was totally drained. With limited options the Store Manager, Bobbi Jo quickly found a mobile mechanic (who was really good, reasonable, and friendly) to replace the alternator in the AutoZone parking lot. Bobbi Jo saved the day, what a great person. She turned what was becoming a very rough day into a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Bobbi Jo, you are awesome.

This place is great. The staff are great and professional. I’ve had issues twice with my car and Robert’s helped me with his knowledge free of charge. He’s helped me in a bind when I couldn’t get in last minute to any auto shops. Being out of state, I’m relieved to be close by to this auto zone . Thanks guys 👍🏻

Its a parts store, none of the staff are mechanically inclined but are friendly and I am always greeted at the door which I feel is basic common courtesy from any business when walking into the establishment. Store is always clean, staff doesnt do any goofing off in front of the customers, its a respectable establishment.

The store manager Jess helped me install my car light and I really appreciated it . He did a great job, you should go there to get your license plate lights installed if you aren’t sure how to do it .

Autozone is usually a pretty decent place to go for auto parts shopping but this location left a sour taste with add-ons I didnt ask for. I know they try to up sell but the guy at the counter added those little bags of oil/grease without even asking. I looked away for a second then paid without checking. It wasnt until I looked at my receipt and bag that I noticed an extra $3.25 or so added on. Was that really worth it? I shouldve shopped at OReillys where I know the guys personally. Lesson learned.

Didnt have what I needed but the rep that was there was able to steer me in the right direction where I was ultimately able to find the fuel hose that I needed. Good looking out.

They were very helpful the other day when a fuel pump went out on a piece of equipment that I work with. I was in a major hurry but I went in and they were able to get me the part and contact my employer so the payment could be made over the phone. Well let’s just say for starters I know nothing about the maintenance of a vehicle besides the basics. Which is put gas in the vehicle and a oil change. I heard squeaking sound in my truck along with a slight burning aroma. I came to this location and a gentleman named Micheal, went more than above and beyond for this damsel in distress. He checked my vehicle and gave me a lesson on auto parts. Not only that but he changed my break light for me. The icing on the cake was his personality and his customer service was beyond superb! Autozone carried more parts at a lesser cost for our vehicles. They have a very knowledgeable staff that really take the time to make sure you are getting the right part and at least a minimal knowledge of how to replace them.

This place exchanges your plastic card or cloth scraps for car parts, truck parts, and pretty much all non commercial vehicle parts, and, inexplicably, lawn mower parts. Like, is the first place you think of when your lawnmower needs service? But, why? Oh well, they have everything from pistons and connecting rods, ready to install crate car/motorcycle motors. Body panels, paint, tools, lights, electrical systems complete and piecemeal. Usually have what you need or can get it by this afternoon, tomorrow morning at the latest. Gotta love it.

AutoZone is a decent place to buy Auto Parts. The only thing I have against them is that they dont carry Royal Purple oil for a diesel engine. I even asked them why they dont carry Royal Purple 15w- 40, but of course nobody knows why.

Took my battery there to get checked and charged, and I could tell right away that they just wanted to sell me a new battery. I left it to charge for 6 hrs and when i came back, the female they had there tried telling me the battery was no good. Its not even 1 yr old so I knew she didnt have a clue of what she was talking about. I bought a battery charger took it home and it charged in less than 2 hrs, put it back in my truck and it is still running strong. Only reason why it was dead was because I was away due to work. Autizone needs to hire people with automotive background and knowledge, not just some cashier that are probably family
