Went looking for a Kioti fuel filter.The tractor is a 2016 model. Not very old, but apparently not a lot of parts avail. They had all the other filters, just not this particular one.The shop attendants were very nice. They spent a lot of time looking for the part I needed. I would recommend this store.

After tons and tons of research, alot of back and forth, I finally pulled the trigger on a tractor purchase. Through the entire process from my first phone call and visit, I never felt pressured. The owner, Josh, and Bobby have been nothing but informative and helpful. Once I decided what I wanted, they walked me through the options, implements, sale, and financing. All in all I am very pleased and they likely have a customer for life.

Moix wanted $600 over MSRP on an atv. Salesman was arrogant and had trouble hiding his eye rolls as I talked to him. After not striking a deal I sat in their parking lot and called a dealer in northeast West Virginia. I was able to purchase the same atv down to the color from West Virginia, pay to have it shipped 1,000 miles to Arkansas, and still saved over $1,000.

Josh is absolutely fantastic! Listens and asks great probing to help you get what you really want and need.

No parts available for mowers they sell. No adequate service department.

Made a phone call inquiring about tractor prices, the person on the phone started their sales pitch, which included talking down other tractor brands. I pointed out that wasnt a good sales tactic. Then he hung up on me. I will be buying a tractor this week, but it wont be from this dealer. Very displeased. If they act like this before they get your money, what will it be like afterwards.

I have been looking for a quality bush hog for several weeks. Visited Moix this morning and was impressed with the Titan rotary mower. He gave me a good price that i excepted then before it was over, he gave me an even better price. Great purchase.

I recently purchased a new Kioti and Spartan mower and the process was great. I had a faulty gasket leaking after a few hours on my tractor and called the store and spoke with Josh to see what I should do. This was on a Saturday at 10:00 and by 2:00 Bobby the main technician/mechanic was in my shop and fixed the problem. If that isnt customer service I do not know what is. I live over an hour away and am very pleased with the entire team at Moix. I have owned a newer Kubota and even traded a John Deere in on this new Kioti. I can assure you these guys treat you much better than the corporate feeling other 2 dealerships I have mentioned. Love both my purchases and highly recommend giving them a try!
