I am a commercial lawn service and depend on a quality product. The service department is above any other company that I can rely on with confidence. I won’t take my equipment anywhere else. The relationship I have with them is more like a partner for my business. They have helped me grow with all of my needs taken care of.I would recommend them to any of my family or friends

Had 3.3 hrs on it and it shredded a belt n bearing. 3 times it wouldnt start. Finally found a connection and tighteened it and it started. 2 time the came out n it was a dusty sensor now it wont start again. Washed it completely and still wont start. Wish i had never bought it

They used to sell Honda mowers but don’t now which was sad for me because I’m a long-time Honda owner. They are still Honda certified for warranty work etc. They have reasonable rates and the guys are very helpful all around. Just had my mower serviced for the Summer season (2021) and it was $82. The quote was $50-$75 so I was kinda shocked to see it at $82 but the mower runs great and they sharpened/balanced the dual blades on my mower. I’m happy overall. Curious to know what a $50 tune-up entails oppose to a $75 one though.

We had a great experience with the team at Triple C Sales and Service! After consulting with them, we decided to jump in to the world of battery powered equipment. We love it! The equipment is easy to use and does the job. I appreciated their guidance and patience. We’ll be back!

I bought some EGO Lawncare equipment a little over a year ago and started having some issues with a battery. I took it in they tested it and couldn’t find any problems but they told me come back if it starts to act funny again. Three months later same battery isn’t functioning properly, I walk in and the sales rep calls me by name and handed me a new battery. He immediately knew why I was there and made it right. This kind of customer service is not as common as it once was and I’m very grateful for how Triple C has taken care of me. Triple C has earned a loyal customer.

My blower would not stay running so I took it to Triple C to be repaired. These great folks told me that the cost for them to repair it was more than the cost to buy a new one. They could have repaired mine by installing a new carburetor but they were honest about the situation even when it cost them money. They did not even try to sell me a new blower.I want to recommend these folks to all my Conway neighbors. Honesty is refreshing & will bring me back to Triple C! I guarantee it!!!

Nobody can beat the sales and service of triple c. Lane the front sales man is one of the most professional and helpful person anyone could ask for. Jeff the maintenance man in the back cant be beat with taking care of your equipment. The best mowers and people to youll find is at triple c in Conway. Go check them out you wont regret it!!

Needed stuff to fix a tire that keeps going low. The man who owns the place was super busy and still took the time to show me how to use the the stuff. He was very informative and very nice. Will be back.

Took my chainsaw there after not running it in 5 years. Needed a new prime bulb as it was cracked. They replaced and a new plug started right up. Great service and honest advice.

Ok back in the spring we bought our Gravely. I knew I liked Gravely and I must say I love my Gravely. Mowing time is reduced by about 2 hours.BUT wait there is more!!!Lane suggested a muncher kit. I thought well do I really need a muncher kit. I went with a mulcher kit. My leaf clean up is nothing but a few minutes and they are mulched into pieces that are tiny. I do not open all day on my days off with yard work anymore. Look out trout I am coming for you!The service is incredible as well.

They are always fast and affordable. They only fix what is needed. We have also bought several pieces of equipment from them and its been a very pleasant experience.

Staff are great you work with but the rero turn I bought I cant seem to keep the belt on even if I am mowing in short grass, They fixed pulleys had to buy a new belt and here I have the same problem. Its just the time which took about 2 weeks last time.

Place is about you not your wallet. Great service and experience. Talk to Travis there but all of whom I’ve talked with is just awesome.

Ever since I went to Triple C and bought a Gravely Zero Turn Mower and Battery Operated Weedeater, they have been beyond courteous and very helpful and kind. I will not shop anywhere else for my yard care needs.
