The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. We were well cared for. My only suggestion is to keep a couple of each mattress in the warehouse, because people put off buying mattresses until they are terribly uncomfortable. When you go buy one, you are really excited to take one home. Its disappointing to find out you have to wait for one to be ordered.

I had the best experience I could have asked for. James at the Conway store for sure needs a raise. I went in their at first and was thrown off because normally looking at furniture stores for example furniture row they are not knowledgeable and just wanted to sell you the most expensive bed. When I came into this store I was greeted professionally and both james and the other sales man were helpful on finding our perfect bed and figuring out why my wife always has cramps in her neck and for set up with the right pillow. The salesman did a great job selling your product. However you have false advertising because your website indicates free delivery to my home . After I purchased the mattress, I was told I would have to pick it up . Therefore I will tell everyone I know that you use false advertising to lure customers to purchase your mattress.

Good salesman, just didnt have mattress we felt worked for us.

I wasnt impressed. There were two sales associates. The one who helped me was more interested in telling me what he knew and how he knew my sleep preferences more than I did. He challenged virtually every statement I made. The other associate seemed much more reasonable and perhaps I wouldve bought something from him. I was rather aggravated by the time I left and could not get out of there soon enough. The COVID-19 safety measures I had experienced at other mattress stores were not in place here. The mattresses were visibly soiled from people trying them out. The prices I saw were much higher than comparable mattresses I had seen elsewhere. Factor in the difficulty of the location at the crazy round abouts and its a sold 2 star rating from me.

Need comfortable but the base we got makes a loud noise for the foot motor. And nothing we can do because they made it clear there was no warranty for the base. Straight out box messing up and cant do anything about it

We had a special situation and the guy made it happen ... my only complaint and it’s not the sales persons fault is that the delivery, set up and haul away should be included at no charge . Called in and spoke to James though he was quite busy attending other customers he took my number. I decided to go ahead and go in while I was waiting on the call back which I did recieve shortly before arriving. He asked a few questions to figure out what we were looking for and the type of mattress we needed. Of the options he showed us we decided on the Sleepys brand curve model for a price we couldnt pass up we opted to pick it up from the warehouse instead of waiting on delivery and even then the process went smooth and easy including drive time it probably only took an hour and a half.

I arrived at least 30 minutes after closing bc the time on Google was incorrect. James paul still assisted me and made sure I received the best deal. He also provided helpful information about mattresses and helped me choose the best one for my family and I. Also Darius was amazing and cool.
