I can see why this store is going out of business. I was trying to look at a sticker for a price and the manager slapped my hand and told me not to touch the sticker. Wow great customer service there.

I order 2 different times online with curbside pickup it went nicely they brought order to car ask for ID and I was on my way.

If you can afford the prices they have very nice stuff

I am starting a massage therapy business and i needed some things from bed bath and beyond. They had ALMOST everything i needed. Staff was helpful directing me where to go. The only thing i was disappointed in was the price and lack of sales but the prices were comparable to competitors.

I like to go in here to check for sales. God knows I cant afford the regular prices. Its nice to look and dream. I have in the past purchased, and always am happy with what I got. People are friendly and store is clean.

Im very sorry this store is closing. It’s too bad that that if you couldnt locate an item in this store, you were told it could be found in the Little Rock store. That seemed to set this location to fail from the start. And to me, thats very sad for a business, and for a community.

The staff is friendly and always eager to help. The store is clean and well stocked. Its my go to place for household items. I know they carry good quality products.

Pretty good place. The prices are a little high but that is set by corporate not by the store. They have a pretty good selection of items and Its well kept, something other bed bath and beyond stores lack. They do kind of do the do you need anything by every single person in there when you walk in and that gets annoying pretty quick but Im sure that has to do with a manager pressing the agenda of corporate again.

Dustin went above and beyond to help my mother and I today. This Conway store is always a pleasure to visit- clean, beautifully displayed merchandise, friendly and helpful staff. This should be a model for ALL retail stores. While other retail outlets make the customer ring up there own purchases, look high and low for an associate to help them, ect., Bed Bath & Beyond go the extra mile consistently. And this happy customer thanks you.

Super helpful staff. Selecting was good and prices ranged from reasonable to high. Dont forget to bring your store coupons. We enjoy shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond in Conway.

This is a big store with lots of merchandise in it. Best thing I did was shop online and pick up in store. The entire transaction was smooth and I was in and out during my lunch break.

I left my purse in basket by mistake and when I went back for it, the people there had found it and had put it in their safe to keep it safe and made sure I was the name in it and then went to get it for me!! I was so relieved and very impressed with them and honest people ❤

My mother and I love this place but we are a little saddened by the fact that the Conway store dont have motor carts for handicap people her mobility has gone down hill and its hard for her to get around after heart surgery and bad legs but that doesnt stop her from going to her favorite store bed bath and beyond please help solve this issue. You would be hands down a five star store if not for this issues thanks.

I normally dont post negative reviews, but they put returned goods back on the shelf without verifying if it was damaged (it was) or if pieces were missing (ditto). For a place that charges so much youd think they would pay better attention to the quality of their merchandise.

They have really neat stuff and the store is so clean and organized but the truth is that any of the large items I can find somewhere else much much cheaper.
