So, went to the one off of Church St in Conway and the staff was great. Didnt wait long and was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and professional from start to finish. Great group of guys there AND it saved me over $50 from dealership service.

The entire team there went above and beyond. Not only did they meet my expectation they exceeded them. I was in and out before I had a chance to get comfortable. I highly recommend this location!!!

Great above and beyond the service they even have a vent that blows cold air on you when youre inside the hot garage during their no contacts stay in the car service The only reason this is getting one less star and it was not completely perfect is because they do not match price and we wanted to replace the filter in the car and the ones they sell are double the price you can get anywhere else

Jiffy gets a lot of flak from other customers for some reason but I have never been disappointed. They are always available. They know how to do most everything another mechanic shop would do. Theyre always super friendly and quick. They are a little pricey but I only know the basics of cars, so Im going to pay someone either way. Mind as well go somewhere quick, efficient, and to me at least, reputable.

My experience here was excellent. Entire staff was professional and friendly. I needed to have new brakes installed. After stopping to several other places and leaving because of rude customer service I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. Not only was the atmosphere welcoming, the customer service was great and the price wasnt bad either.

They were great. I broke down and they came to my rescue and pushed my car to the shop and fixed my problem and I am grateful for good people.

Went to once for an oil change. Teeny tiny parking lot with little space to maneuver. The staff was polite, but my vehicle has been driving funny since service. We are still trying to figure out what the problem is.

I was greeted by a gentleman that drew my name witha heart in my windshield (blush) and was directed into the bay. They had a tube with cold air directed on me so I wouldnt get hot. Everything was explained to me and options were offered. Good price for oil change. Great service. Thanks guys!

Service is OK, some items not completed due to COVID so they said. I go to Jiffy Lube for the value but that is no longer the case. My last oil change at the Chevy dealership cost me $56. This recent oil change at this Jiffy Lube cost me $90 and I had a $25 off coupon. I guess I am going back to the dealer for service.

Came down to Conway from New York for a visit with family and we wanted to get the oil changed while we were there. We waited 45 minutes while they were doing the oil change (there was only one other car in there), they didnt go under the car. Drained the oil through the dipstick (which doesnt remove all of the oil). We were told it would be $99, then found out they charged us for an extra quart of oil. After reviewing our bill, we also found that they had charged us for checking the air filter and washing the windshield - they never completed either one. It also stated on our bill that we were one quart low on the oil level. My husband had checked the oil level before leaving for our visit and made sure that we had the correct oil level. After our visit, a few of the locals told us that they wouldnt have recommended us going there. Total bill was $118.51. In New York it is $40 less. Lesson learned.

I had been here 5 months ago for an oil change & was pleasantly surprised at the friendly & professional environment. I once again needed an oil change so it was a no brainer for me to go back where I had been & was once again very happy with my experience. It was pretty slow so I got in right away. All of the attendants were very pleasant, knowledgeable, but not pushy about the services they thought I needed. Will definitely be using their service again.

This team did an amazing job on my headlight repair.

I came in for an oil change, they found that my oil gasket was leaking, they replaced it, found that one was defective, and replaced it again. They were very apologetic that it took so long. Awesome crew!

A little pricy but have really great customer service and answered all my questions and even took the time to figure out how to reset my oil light not many was able to do that.

Told me about a service to clear my yellowed headlights,they did an awesome job,they look like new!!

Best experience I’ve had yet! You guys just keep getting better. Service was great right down to the coffee got in they got me serviced and back on the road thanks guys nice to find a place I can trust.

After an oil change and belt replacement my maintenance light is still on. My vehicle is running great just needs the light to be reset.

Had a flat,called,was told to bring it in they would fix it,Waited 30 minutes,then Gus says they dont have time to replace a valve stem. Sent me to Mavis.

Just visited the Conway Church Street location; Jim and the guys had a hectic situation on their hands. I would have been pulling my hair out. They maintained their professionalism and calm demeanor, and got me and the others there through promptly. Of course, they always do. Thats why I go there fairly regularly. Hats off to Jim and the guys!

For the price wasnt worth it. Listed numerous things that came with oil change like checking and filling all fluids and tires. Washing exterior windows and interior vacuum and for $85 just changed oil and filter. Nothing else.

I went to the Church st location earlier today for an oil change and was helped by James, Jason, Jim, Austin, and Craitrell. It was the best experience I’ve ever had while getting an oil change. They met me immediately and were extremely polite. After the oil change they took the initiative to help me solve a small on going issue I’ve had with my vehicle. If there are any available promotions or bonuses for employees these guys should get all of them.

The wait was short, the work was performed correctly. My vehicle was not dirtied. I had a conventional oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled up to register for the work, I asked how much money he tire rotation was and the man stated it was $20.00. I was charged $24.99 for it. Didn’t notice until I got home. No big deal.

Pretty unhappy about how I got my car back. They changed rear brakes and I got the premium $89 oil change, but there was a huge gauge on the rim, and the caps to the air stems were missing from my tires on the passenger front and rear. Also, they left the tires on the passenger side seriously underinflated. There was no fluids checked, and I had to add washer fluid and trans fluid.. I will not bring my car there again.

Fast service, small but clean waiting room with seating for only a few so handle this order of business without the whole family. Friendly sales associates who will make you laugh to keep from crying at the prices of their parts. I always enjoy my experience in any of their locations but the staff here are awesome!
