The folks at Greenway, Conway, are fantastic! Scott helped me go over all the features of my new mower and ensured I had everything necessary before he helped me load up and leave. Trey was a pleasure to work with in purchasing the mower. He was very patient as I asked a lot of probably dumb questions. I will absolutely be back to see them for all my John Deere needs!!!

I called the store because I wasnt able to find the part I needed online. I previously found the part online but for some reason it wasnt coming up on the website. I was told there were several customers that just walked in for the parts department. I was asked if I would like to leave my name and number for someone to call me back. I did leave my name and number. I did not receive a call back, but I was finally able to find the part I needed online. I ordered the part and selected pay at store.I received an email the next day advising my item was ready for pick up.I drove to the store and went to the parts department. The pay and pick up process was smooth. My item was large and required the use of a dolly. My item was wheeled out to my vehicle and we, employee and I, took the support wood off from around the box. We, employee and I, slide the box into my vehicle and all was good to go.I was pleased with the service I received and will do business here again. I wouldve given five stars, but I didnt get a return phone call when I needed help. I do understand mistakes happen and Im not the only customer needing help.Since the John Deere store closed down in Cabot, this was the first time I ever used Greenway.

Edited update: I now have my parts that I order and the management did an outstanding job on going the extra mile. I apologize that we had to go this route.

Greenway Equipment sold us an insurance policy with our tractor a year ago and told us that it covered everything. What they failed to tell us is that they have no idea how to submit an insurance claim and have now had our brush hog for over 2 months and have yet to repair it or for that matter even complete the claims process. We have made numerous calls and have started talking to the insurance adjuster and even the insurance adjuster cannot get the claim through.

I get close to John Deere tractor and I get a big smile on my face. I had to buy belt for my lawnmower. Services guy had it in just a few minutes. John Deere is the BOMB!

Greenway in Conway has lost my business for now on and I’ll let everyone know my experience if asked. Everytime I go to the service department in the back the employees are always grouped up and give you a feeling that your harassing them. Do not let one greenway store mess up the reputation of all of them. CONWAY store is the one getting this bad review. Hopefully it’ll help someone down the road that will keep them from doing business there and drive a little further to Bryant greenway.

Very nice establishment not really pushy to get you to buy their equipment but they are very informative and helpful to any questions you have a will answer them for you or they will find the answer for you they will try and get you financed and anyway they have possible and to get you the best deal

Don’t bother asking them to call and give u a price. Very unhappy
