The storage unit is advertised as being climate controlled but our furniture covered in what appears to be mold and dirt. To make things worse we found rat droppings all throughout the unit and on our boxes. Pretty disappointed considering the price for the unit went up unexpectedly and they advertised something they clearly dont actually have. Wish I would have spent the extra money at a more reputable place. Hope I can save the furniture, wont be able to find out until we get to our new city. Only giving two stars because the staff was pleasant.

A great storage facility. All of my stuff kept safe for the months that we needed it. No bugs, no leaks, no problems! The staff is friendly and helped me with issues when I first moved in PLUS I got a discount the first month!

Conway U Storage is a very professional and helpful. I appreciate the security system as well. Through the years, Ive had storage units broken into (in other facilities), but have never had a problem at Conway U Storage. Their facility is secure, but I can access my unit any time I need to. Their office also sells moving boxes at the best price Ive seen for the quality.

I reserved a unit on line from 900 miles away. We had some issues on the road and arrived a day late but they held my reservation with no questions asked. The facility and unit were both clean and well taken care of. Setting up auto payments was a snap. The whole staff was helpful and professional.They have also kept me informed of on site changes via email.I plan on using them until our relocation process is complete.

The automatic annual increase in rental charges doesnt seem to be appropriate. I have two units and the current rental for the older one is more than twice the original price. Is there no cap on how high this can go? Other than that, everything is good. The gates work. I have seen no evidence of rats or other vermin. The place is kept clean.

This is my first experience with any storage business and I am very pleased! The move-in experience was hassle free. I reserved the unit online and they had everything ready for me when I got there, which was a huge relief after loading up a truck, driving two and a half hours and moving boxes all day. I have received amazing customer service and have had no issues with their services or with accessing my unit. I highly recommend this place!

I was here to rent a U-HAUL trailer and the staff was cheerful and helpful. The experience was great. Even though Ive rented repeatedly from other locations UHaul.com sent me links for educational videos about trailer hauling before I arrived. Fortunately despite my fears Im not apparently on a list of customers who need more training. 😎

Conway’s U-Storage has been a great place to store my belongings. It’s centrally located and the employees are easy to work with. I’ve also been able to take advantage of their U-Haul rentals to move things to and from my storage unit.

The folks there were very friendly and courteous! From my first phone call, to dropping off our Uhaul and finally loading our storage unit, all interactions were very positive. The facility was very clean and it very good condition. Finally, the monthly billing, payments and receipt process has been seamless. Great bunch of folks!

Overall, my experience with Conway U Storage has been a good one! The staff is helpful, setting things up with them was easy, and the place is clean. The only downside is how narrow it is between the buildings, but other than that Im fairly happy so far.

The storage unit itself was very nice and clean and quiet and easy to get into. But, I was told my first full month would be free and I was billed for it. That was my only complaint.

In the beginning I just happened to run up on this place I was headed somewhere else and I looked at the web page and found out the last two weeks of June was free and payments started on the first of July so for me that was a win win and I went to the store to rent the unit and I started with a smaller unit and seen that it was nowhere big enough so when I called to see if I could get a 10x20 the gentleman that were there were so kind and spoke very pleasant and the store was spotless but yeah they were the best👍💯👍💯👍💯 I would recommend them to everyone!

I used this storage facility for over a year. Its easy to pay fees and my things were secure. I never worried about anything being lost or stolen. If I ever need to store again they will definitely be my choice.

Easy to sign up and get your storage unit! Very easy and I’m able to already go move in my stuff to my unit.

Movers beware. I would advise to buy moving supplies somewhere else. I spent probably 80 dollars here on moving supplies and was advised every time I bought boxes “buy as many as you might need we will buy them back”. I was going to return the few unused that I had and when I asked about it I was told fine as long as you have your receipt. Two problems with this. Never once was I even offered a receipt when I purchased and I was never told this any time I was pushed on boxes. Granted it’s only a few for me but what if there were many. And there’s no doubt the boxes came from here because the name of the store is on the boxes. The last minute receipt gig is just another way to screw people out of money. So glad I moved out of this town as so many businesses here seem to use tricks instead of honesty to stay in business

The employees I’ve talked to have been very nice and helpful, and the minor issues I had were fixed quickly. It’s somewhat difficult to maneuver larger vehicles through there, so be cautious. Good deals compared to other facilities in Conway.

They deserve a million stars! I called them in a frantic yesterday morning because we were scheduled to pick up a Uhaul at a different business and the owner never showed up.The two guys at Conway U Storage that were working we’re super helpful and very nice and accommodating. The guy that helped me hooked the trailer up for me and got me in an out of there super quickly. I would 100% recommend them! Great service and the place is super nice, clean and organized. They have a ton of packaging materials if you’re moving as well!

They were very helpful renting me a uhaul. Had exactly what I was looking for. They also have various size storage units in a secure area in a convenient Conway location.

I’ve rented from this location for close to 10 years. It was always pretty good, but it elevated to excellent after Conway U Storage bought it. Maintenance & customer service improved overnight. I’ve been highly impressed. The only reason I moved out is I now lease a warehouse and no longer needed a unit. If I ever need one again I would not hesitate to lease from them.

Honestly, the former management of this facility a couple of years ago was awful. The staff was unkind, unhelpful, and showed no sympathy or aid when my unit was broken into under their watch. However, the current managmenr is quite the opposite. The current staff are incredibly fastidious in their customer service. They are understanding, supportive, and just insanely polite.
