Lot of space and fast to load👌👍

The gentlemen here were just as nice as can be! Gave me directions and a map to where I needed to be--its Wonderful to meet folks with good attitudes and a pleasant manner about them!

In and out quick. This place would have gotten a 5 star but two huge issues. 1 is that this specific location is a warehouse and them and the plant apparently dont communicate very well as I went to main plant as per the address on my dispatch and was told I had to go to this warehouse for the product (problem 1).The 2nd problem was when I got to the warehouse and Gabe him my appt number or pick up nber he immediately said I had to go to main plant. I was all like wooah, no. I just got sent here by the main plant to get my product. So if your going to send me to the plant because you dont have the product here yet I was told to come here by the main plant them Ill just call and cancel the load because Im not going to play this game.He said brb ima go check, jumped on forklift, was gone about 3 to 5 minutes came back said, we do have the specific product but it was not updated on our computer system (yet his load number check sheet had my load number on it).So luckily for them they loaded me.Took about 1 hour from time I got there to this warehouse and got loaded, was out and done.Good facility lots of room. No restroom outside of a outhouse for drivers, but iv been to way worse.Like most businesses across the country they are short staffed and over worked. Please be patient when you go into any business and keep in mind, these people chose to actually come to work. Unlike some others..So Thank you! To those of you who chose to continue to work.

Hey, Im not sure why all the bad reviews, although I know every driver experience will vary. But I was in and out in under thirty minutes, if that. No complaints here from me...

This place, always friendly ....for driver load time is about an hour and most times they will take you regardless of appt time

1 door for unloading about half hour per truck, other that friendly people you can park there to that a good thing..

Pay attention to the rules if you follow them you wont have any trouble sweep your trailer good not super fast but Ive had worse clock ran out while being loaded they allowed me to pull to the back of the lot and spend the night just ask get out of there before 6:00 a.m. or youll have to wait 30 minutes for a shift change they lock the gate

Its not bad place for delivery but there one big problem lot of docks but roll receiving only dock 1 need to sit in line 30 min per truck

They use 1 door for unloading no matter you have appointment or not you have to stay in line. Its a real waisting your time. Ill never come here again...

Get empty in less than hour

1 door to unload all deliveries. 6 trucks in the line, 1.5 hour per truck. Just perfect. About to loose my next load. Nice ... Screwing truckers left and right is this place speciality.

This place was Awesome! Got unloaded quickly and they even had a spot for me to do my 10. The people were nice and polite. :)I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

The guy I checked in with was polite. They only take roll stock deliveries in door 1. What should be a fairly quick unload isnt because of this. They have plenty of docks they could utilize and do more than one at a time. Another shipper / receiver that places no value on the drivers that need to get going to make a living.

Again, I just love Westrock Employees.

In n out in less thn 30 mins. Shipper office very nice and supportive. Portable toilet on site. Plenty of space to park of early.

Appointment was at 2 arrived at 1:47 had to maybe 15mins for a door, loaded and rolling at 2:50.

They do take you earlier than appointment. Trailers must be cleaned and sometimes there is a wait for quite a while even after you are in a door. Overall not such a bad place.

Really nice. Took 1 1/2 hours to get loaded only because there were a few trucks before me. Actual loading was fast.

Ok place to deliver, other than not having real rest room for the drivers... I had good experience...

Crew was straight forward about what we had to do, small talk was good, didnt make me feel like I was a burden or in the way. 3rd truck in line, 0700 appointment time, out at 0840. I think job well done..

Not a bad place to unload I delivered rolls of paper my paperwork had this address on it but it actually went to there other facility @ 198 commerce which is not far maybe 2 mile the receiver told me next time I can check with commerce rd address 1st to see where my product goes plant on commerce rd is 24 hrs

People working here are really friendly, Got here and start loading right away, took only 30 minutes 👍👍

12 hours to get loaded. Load wasn’t ready and I mean it hadn’t been fully produced yet. Arrived 1340 on Thursday, final pallets loaded 0100 Friday. Nearby restaurants are plentiful. Rong restaurant is horrible Chinese diner. Try Jade right up the main road.

Even when theyre backed up and in a hurry. Theyre always cordial polite and expedite my delivery. Zero complaints great customer

Role stock delivery doesnt start until 7 AM depending on the weather but they usually let you go ahead and back into the dock if youre early.

I have been here for 5 hours and Im about to run out of hours never coming back here again
