Best Buy and Geek Squad are a rip off. They told me that it would cost me $200.00 to update my 2 computers, then $24.00 for anti-virus over 3 components. I said great and I handed the person $225.00 in cash. The cash was accepted, then the person said we still have to have your card to swipe for next year. π Why do you need my card for NEXT YEAR when I paid you for a whole year? Stop trying to trick and scam people into being locked in so you can automatically hit their accounts and debit cards. They claim they will notify you 30 days in advance but why do I need to allow you to send me some arbitrary notification that I likely will not even see, so that you can reach in to my account and take my money. I spoke with the manager who claims that Its going to want a card as if it isnt a computer that they can override. Are times really that hard Best Buy? It is so bad that you need to be in the scamming business too??? Ridiculous, I will never take anything else to there or purchase there again. I try my best to avoid thieves and scammed, I certainly wont knowingly walk into a den of thieves and hand them my information.
So I came in to look for a new monitor. Went straight to the computer section and found what I needed. When I chose the one I wanted I approached the register in the computer department and saw that the guy working was having a conversation. Didnt want to be rude and interrupt so just waited. Didnt know if it was a customer he was talking to or a friend at first. The girl he was talking to said that he could go ahead and check me out and they can finish talking afterwards. He said, Actually, theres the actual check out up front. You can go up there to get rung up. Then proceeded to continue his conversation with this girl. Hearing a bit of the conversation at this point...it was just that a social conversation. Not a work related conversation. She even offered to step aside but the EMPLOYEE basically said no. I thought that was down right rude and almost left without purchasing anything. Only reason I did was because I needed it sooner rather than later. I wont be returning back to that location thats for sure. That was a rude thing to do and that probably should be handled. Who knows how many people he has said that to that made customers walk out without purchasing. Do better. πππ
I just got my new phone replacement in the mail and went to Best buy to switch my data over to the new one. Keisha the manager assisted me with the process and Im very grateful for her help. Excellent customer service π!
I recently purchased a television and washer and dryer from this location. We had set up delivery for Friday 9/24. The Television was delivered and set5 up as scheduled. we awaited the w & D .. no one called so we did and we were told that the driver had the incorrect address. Waited a few hours and we called to check on the status. I was then told that the truck had broken down and they were loading items onto another truck. We waited no delivery. I called store to speak with mngmt.. store doesnt take calls so Im speaking to someone in Panama who said they must schedule a call back from the store for 24-48 hours. Received no call, called again on Saturday rep says the same thing and schedules a call back... no call. Called Monday 9/27.. same scenario ... no call back... It is now wed. 9/29 And we have heard nothing from Best Buy. I have had a Card with them for about 7 years .. this will be the last time it will be used. I should have gone elsewhere with my business. The lack of customer service and communication has shown me that this is not the place to support. Management has completely dropped the ball on this one. If you can, stay clear of Best buy. They will give you the run around.
They got everything you need except for that one cord you need LOL. The workers donβt want to help you unless youβre buying a big ticket items and chances are you might know more about it or your kid might know more about it than they do. They always look at everybody as if theyβre still in which I get it this day and time. But I always get the job down maybe I only get half of what Iβm looking for in the website said it was there so the teammates donβt know where itβs at so I guess thatβs my review
I love going into Best but, I just hate that their is a guy at the door asking you where you are going. I really felt rushed before even going in, and it also stopped me from buying other things. I wanted to buy more things but felt I would be in trouble if I stayed longer than needed. I will continue to go to this best buy because its clean and the people are super nice but I dont really like the best buy club security bouncer at the door, I feel like I have to show my best buy credit card before entering.
I went in Best Buy looking to buy a couple of electronics to upgrade my home entertainment system (sound bar and 4K DVD player). The first issue I had was most of their items prices were not marked. Then I couldnot find any one to help. When I did finally find someone, I was told I need go to front of store and schedule a time for assistance. I had already picked out a sound bar to purchase, but left store angry instead and not likely to ever return.
This best buy is but my go to best buy. Id rather travel to Gwinnett county where I get better service from people who care about its customers. For every question its a no. Over in snellville they are always trying to make every situation work for the betterment of the customer.
I had the best experience at this Best Buy in Conyers Georgia. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry when I came in to purchase a new laptop. Jerry asked many questions to find out what I was looking for in a laptop. I was extremely impressed on his knowledge of computers. Jerry thank you so much for your help. I would most definitely recommend Best Buy Conyers to my friends and family.
Check out was not great.. had to run to car an get wallet because their tap machine 2as not working an had to get back in line.. horrible
Went one day to find a refrigerator and on another day for a front loader washer and dryer found them both with no trouble at all and they even price matched them.. wonderful shopping with them they will also holeave them till were ready for delivery. Thanks Best Buy!
How do you forget to schedule Geek Squad Techs for an entire day. And then you dont call the appointments to tell them. The manager was nice and polite when explaining this issue to us, however I never received a call back from the Geek Squad team to fix my computer and I feel like more could/should have been done.
They have everything u need in electronics and appliances. The staff is pretty cool. I havent had any problems at this location. Always clean and short wait times for assistance.

They have a system where when you walk in you are planced in a queue if you need to be helped. Then someone will call ur phone and come over to help.
I was greeted as I walked in, I was picking up my purchase, I also went to Geek Squad for a problem with my Screen protector, he was of No help at all, this was the Conyers location. Then as approached 2 young women, the young ladys name was Nyomie, she was awesome she knew her job and she helped me. Her customer service was good, she also put my new screen protector on for me after I paid for the service. Please acknowledge her for great Customer Service.
Slow. Slow. Slow. Salesperson was sweaty and his hair was not clean. He hurt his finger carrying the box and did not offer any assistance for me to take it to my vehicle other than be careful, its heavy.

Ordered some appliances from Best Buy on Conyers, Georgia and never received the appliances on the day as promised due to the store representatives fault. We then went into the store to speak with a member of management and immediately another representative gave us an attitude. If you all keep the customer service up like this people will bypass you and shop elsewhere! Very disappointing!

Great job on service. Ordering was prompt and THEN they handed order over to Post Office. Took package over a week from Birmingham to Atlanta. Probably would have gone faster if a store pickup. Best Buy does not do updates on deliveries.

Took our work computer to Best Buy and spoke to Sales person in Geek Squad. Told him the problem. He examined the computer and told us one side was broken/damaged. Instead of buying a new computer, he gave us the option of purchasing a hub and using it on the other side of our computer to plug in the head set, the mouse, and the keypad. When we got home, we used the hub and plugged in everything and everything worked just fine. Geek Squad really know their stuff! Great experience from the time we walked into the store, everyone was courteous and very helpful.

I got my phone screen fixed here and got it back broken so they had to give me a whole new phone which took a lot of time and an extreme inconvenience. Then I got my laptop repaired and it was sent back to me BROKEN! For the second time Iβve been extremely let down and disappointed by their service and quality of repairs. This is unacceptable donβt go here to get your technology fixed because youβll just get it back broken for a huge ticket price.DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR TECHNOLOGY FIXED!!!

Price is 89 dollars and Iβm fine with that but I checked Amazon and the price was 44 dollars brand new!!! I quickly clicked to purchase and calmly headed for the exit. I felt like I stole something.

Although the young man who helped us was a good example of customer service, I felt like I was in a communist country with check a point at the entrance that included militant mask police. How sad is that, you wouldve had sold a desk top and laptop 2 of the newest editions, if youd had military discounts! You made my son upset! Excellent. The staff helped me out on getting what power cords I needed for my lg and galaxy ear buds. One staff even went into the warehouse to searched for my plug ins for my outlets. Will go back to them.
It really depend on the crew, sometimes you go here and get really helpful people. But the last couple times going the service was mediocre. It seemed like the crews working was more into talking and joking with themselves than they did providing customer service.
The Service Technician was most helpful. knowledgeable and very personable. I was a walk on, he asked if I needed help and proceeded to listen to me and readily begin to service my device. I am most appreciative, I really needed to access a certain program later this evening. His name was Antonio.

The customer service is stellar. The gentleman at the front very friendly. Limmon the gentleman who sold us the laptop was extremely knowledgeable. My husband is a computer programmer needless to say a know it all. Limmon was able to answer all of his questions thoroughly. After buying computers and laptops for over 30 years this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Kudos to your company for hiring friendly and a knowledgeable staff!!

I have never received good service at this location. The employees always looked confused or disengaged and no one likes to actually help you with product purchases. I like to ask questions if Iβm not familiar with a product and the employees do not seem to be educated on the inventory or they just donβt care. I also think I got a lemon product. I purchased a very expensive brand-new (not refurbished) electronic device and six months later, it diedβliterally. Never again will I buy anything other than office supplies from here. You have been warned.

I searched 3 days for a freezer to replace my old one. All the major outlets. Either they did not have in stock and could not order or couldnt deliver or take old one away. Best Buy ordered just what I wanted to be delivered in 2 days at no cost to set up, and only $25 charge to dispose of my old larger chest freezer. Completely satisfied.
Online store pickup order was processed in 10 mins!! From order to pickup. Fastest i have ever experienced in my life. Very fast and friendly service at store as well. Very much recommended verses another well known store pickup leader. Wont say Wal..., lol. If i can get it here, my business will always be here.

It is a one stop shop pretty much. Everyone is customer driven. Our specialist for Sprint was Jerry and he did an outstanding job helping us. He went way above what is required as far as customer service goes. I even went to his boss to let him know what an outstanding job he did.
Got a new cellphone and Jerry was great. Answered all of my questions when AT&T didnt even want to help me. Very appreciative of Jerry going above and beyond to help a customer he had never seen before. I had been using the at&t store up the road for about 10 years and Ill never go back. Ok, check this: Im trying to buy a gopro and a bunch of accessories at best buy. Its in a locked cabinet, so I look for an employee. There are none.I dont mean I cant find one, I mean THERE. ARE. NONE.I go to customer service, you have to literally put in your name and phone number so they can text you when they have someone to help you.Sad day when the accountants have taken over. DO NOT tell me this is covid mitigation; its pure cheapness while people are somewhat forgiving.
After arriving i was immediately met by a staff member, she was extremely pleasant. It only took her a few minutes to retrieve my items, she asked me where I wanted the bag and placed it for me. This was truly a contact free experience.

This can hurt the businesses in the area. Stop it for it gets worse.

I tagged along with a friend who was buying a printer. We found what she wanted, got it, checked out. We came home, I set up the printer for her & it is working fine.

I gave a 1 star because thats all I could give to respond. I went in to get a DVD. I wondered around to find someone to help. I came across a gal that was helping another customer. She asked me if I needed something. I told her I just needed someone to look up a dvd. She told me that there was a queue line and I needed to sign up in the front of the store. I will no longer give my business to worst loss of purchase. It would have taken 2 minutes to look up what I wanted. Ridiculous!
