I’ve been in this store twice attempting to buy a cordless Milwaukee sawzall. I can never get assistance and get ignored. I asked the lady at the self checkout 5 times to help me enter some nuts and bolts into the register because they are red tagged. She kept saying I’m coming as she looked for excuses to help others after one guy told her twice he didn’t need help. One guy asked me if I was done. I said no sir I’m waiting on this lady for 10 minutes to help me checkout some hardware that’s not barcoded. After everyone stared at her like what’s the deal she finally helped me with an attitude. I’m not one to pull the race card but it’s pretty obvious your a white male they have an issue helping you. I’ve been a loyal Home Depot customer for 20+ years but that’s fixing to change. I’ll begin to take my business elsewhere when the store in my home town begins to operate this way. It’s a joke they have 50 employees running around not doing there job, boxes in the isles and ladders you can’t get around. Place looks like garbage. Like your shopping in a third world country with garbage everywhere, and no organization. Crying shame it’s turned into this. The manager should be fired!!! And someone should do something about the discrimination. This store doesn’t deserve my business but, while I’m working in the areas. I think I’ll start videoing my experience there so they can be held accountable for there actions.
Got a great deal on a 5 gal bucket of paint. Just $30 in the overstocked section.
This store is really nice and has a wide range if items for all your needs. I constantly buy items here and today they really took care of me. A couple of days ago I purchased a lawn mower which apparently had been returned and reshelfed and some items were missing. Store manager Tana, Assistant Manager Marisol and a nice boy named Sherwin assisted us quickly and resolved our problem.
The HD in Conyers is huge! It was arranged very nice, very neat HD, and the staff were friendly! I loved the HD in Conyers!
Home Depot in general is not a bad store, but they very greatly individually. On Sunday October 10th at 12pm I stopped into the Conyers GA store. I had finally received approval on my home improvement loan and I planned to replace the carpet throughout my home. It was time. I had planned this project for quite some time. I also knew that I was probably going to spend $8,000 to $10,000 on carpet, padding and installation.I went down to the area where they had their carpet and began to look around. What I wanted was to find carpet that matched the ceramic tile that was in my foyer since the carpet would be on both sides of it. I was hoping to take home several samples of beige and gray carpet in the style and price I was looking for. Once I found the carpet I noticed that there wasn’t any sample swatches available for it and that particular “sample” shelf was empty. So, I asked the sales person what we could do. She said “nothing.” “Someone must’ve taken it and not returned it.” Then she said you could always go online and order a sample. However, I didn’t want one piece of carpet mailed to me in a couple weeks, and if I didn’t like it to do that 10 or 15 more times until I found something I liked. I asked her if she could get a manager so I could see what they might be willing to do to help me. She came back 5 minutes later and said she spoke with the store manager and he told her there was nothing he could do either. So, I said gee, he didn’t even bother to come speak to me. It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to sell me carpeting and almost makes me feel like going somewhere else. She said “Okay, have a nice day” and she left. So, so did I.IMO this store doesn’t want or deserve my business. The sales rep could’ve recommended other types of carpet that might be similar - or ones that had the same color scheme for comparison. There was just no effort made by her or management. I’d recommend going somewhere that does or risk getting the same “we don’t care” attitude when you go there.
I had no problems . Employees were friendly. Store organized. I bought some fall Vegs & herbs to plant in my garden. Time to clean out my summer crops ;)
Went to purchase a storm door, the lady with the red hair was very vague when it came to information and pricing the door along with installation, she told me it would be $40 dollars and someone would call me about the installation, she couldnt give a date or time. She couldnt even give me the total cost of everything. SMH Just a pivotal thought, if she seemed more engaged to assist me with the purchase you wouldnt have lost a sale to a competitor.
Great place to rent tools. This service is especially valuable when you only need to do a job once. Why buy when you can rent!The cost is reasonable and there are varying time periods for your rental. It was easy to use this service.

Today I had the worst customer experience .I am a pro member. Ms. Heather was to busy texting and playing on her cell phone.She works at the painting department.She told me you out of stock. To look at another store, for what I needed.Yet I went to look for it and found the base for the paint I needed.Another elderly customer neededher help as well. She didnt even helped her.Please address this issue.

-200/5 stars. My mother ordered a dishwasher online & paid $175 for installation. On delivery day 2 men came & said they couldnt install it even when they were shown the installation was already paid for. They were very rude, disrespectful, & incompetent. Called this Conyers Home Depot & spoke to the manager to only find out that Home Depot outsources their deliveries & installations to 3rd party companies. I explained the situation & the manager offered to call back within 15 minutes after he said he would try to contact the 3rd party company. An hour goes by, no call back. I call back & asked for an update. The manager said he couldnt get in contact with the company so I asked for corporates number to see if they could better assist. The manager then caught an attitude like it was my fault Home Depot was incompetent. Called corporate & they couldnt contact the company either. The best corporate could offer was an installation 2 weeks from now. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for my mothers refund back & she will be canceling her Home Depot credit card line & opening a new one at Lowes. Why cant Home Depot have their own employees install? Why do they hire managers who dont help customers? Most likely because the employees & managers are incompetent as well.To the manager at this location who said he was doing all I can your all I can wasnt good enough & thats why I wanted corporates number no need to catch an attitude when your companys performance was beyond subpar.JUST PURE INCOMPETENCY. PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY GET PAID TO DO NOTHING. SAVE YOUR TIME & SANITY & GO TO LOWES!

I went to HomeDepot in Conyers Georgia and purchased a washer and dryer August 9, 2021. I paid extra to receive my merchandise on time for delivery. It has been a month and No delivery, and Home Depot lost my washing machine. I have called customer service and the store directory and No Results with No Call back to me from anyone. Do Not spend your money at Home Depot go to Lowes for better service. I am so disappointed with HOME DEPOT!!!
I ordered a fridge online and got it via curbside pickup. My order came in a timely manner and I waited no more than 5 minutes at the curbside pickup. Very friendly employee. Thanks for the great customer service!
I went to get a kitchen bulb yesterday. I asked 3 workers for help and was treated like I was from MARS. I eventually asked for a manager and was given Tawana or something like that. Her body language etc said, I do not want to help you. HOME DEPOT CORP we pay you guys alot of money. Please get people please that want to work. The door guy and two gentlemen loitering in the light section were AWFUL!!!!
I had a very nice experience, came there for window blinds and the cashier & floor woman where extremely nice and helped me even the little lady that stands near self check out I really like this Home Depot in conyers.
Went to buy a new door, sales associate sitting at the desk did nothing to help us pick the perfect door. When we asked for assistance, we were treated as if he had no time, better yet.. had no intention on helping us. Getting answers because heaven forbid he had to look that up... was nearly impossible. Frankly, I will never shop at THIS home depot ever again, when theres a friendlier one just down the road! DONT BE A DON! Avoid this Home Depot door department!Now, their paint department is fabulous! Friendly, and educated Customer Service reps for this location!Appliance department also fabulous customer service!Too bad being a DON has me shopping at a different location!

I went in for a ceiling fan and was pleased with the selections. I loved that a lot of the fans were displayed fully assembled above the boxed fans. I am pleased with my purchase.
Always great because the employees never dodge the work and are willing to help you find anything. Either that or they will hand you off directly to another person, to get exactly what you need and get out. Unlike the big guys next door to them.

I placed a curbside pickup order this morning at 1000A. I was told a notification would be sent when the order was ready for pickup. A very short time later I receive notification the item has been picked up? Im thinking by who? I call the store and it took at total of 5 tries to actually reach a person. Even the manager doesnt answer his phone. When the woman finally answered I was told the item I ordered really isnt in stock (though the website says something like 4 were available) and did I want to upgrade? I declined the upgrade and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. The woman was very kind but said the person that entered the order as complete should not have entered it the way they entered it and now she doesnt know how to fix it. Somebody would call me right back. Its been almost two hours and still no call from Home Depot. This is the third problem in a row with the Conyers H-D. I think Im done!

The employee’s at this Home Depot are not customer friendly. I was walking through the store (looking confused) trying to find what I was looking for. Not ONE employee spoke, not ONE employee asked if I needed help. That’s the reason why I don’t shop at this Conyers Home Depot often.

The Conyers Home Depot seems to always have what I need. I enjoy the great customer service and the accessibility of products. I came to get replacement bulbs for my bathroom. I picked up the incorrect bulbs. The soft white bulbs looks more like yellow. I need a white light. So Ill be returning to get the daylight bulbs. I shouldve checked the sku before shopping, but I didnt. Bummer...anywho Ill be returning to purchase those daylight bulbs.
We rented a wheelchair ramp and recvd THEEEE BEST customer service from the rental dept staff on July 1st. We got a BIGGER welcome from a different staff member on July 8th and she made us feel good.

Yearly I spend a lot of money within this store but currently I’m in the store waiting for assistance in the flooring department for over 30mins so far with no assistance! One person in the house hold appliance offered assistance! Unfortunately this is the closest homedepo to my house! I don’t know why the customer service here at this homedepo is so different from other homedepo in Johns Creek or Alpharetta ? Good Customer Service shouldn’t be location specific!
Each time I go to the Conyers store to purchase doors etc., there is never anyone around to help. 1. I had to wait 4 week to get my measurements done, 2, it tookn2 weeks for someone to call me and say the have the measurements and I can come pick out my door. 3. I go to the store to pick out and pay for the doors and no one is around to assist for an hour. Home depot was not like this in the past and has really gone down.

My hands down favorite go to place when Im in Conyers. This home depot is simply the best. Items are always in stock and I love that they always have everything you need. Im really impressed by the fact they even have items I dont know I need until I see them at the store!The past year alone I have made major purchases here since buying my first place. From blinds, garden hoses, paint, screws, bolts, refrigerator, washer and dryers, HD always come up clutch. I like they have 6 month financing on major purchases so you can avoid interest.Customer service here is on point. Whether you need help cutting a key, finding items in Garden, or with returns there is always someone available and willing to help. Theres a guy named Moore Love who always helps when I visit.The hours at this location are very convenient and it is easy to order online and pickup in store or curbside.

So I took all of my business to your competitor which did honor me. Found out this morning that you have changed your policy. So with that said, I will consider patronizing your store a little more.
Purchased a simple 4 bales of pine straw it took 25 minutes for someone to show up to load the truck. Hold on wait a minute not load the truck unlock the pine straw trailer I loaded the truck myself.As a Home Depot shareholder I know their stores can do better than this. This stores employees need a HUGE morale boost to get them motivated.Conyers Georgia store.

We went to Lowes and they couldnt even cut lumber and had no sign because it needed to be serviced show up to home depot not only did a employee help us super fast and well he was quick and helpful... I always choose to go to Lowes but this experience made me switch from normal.

JaRelly in the appliance department is a Rockstar! I called Home Depot while standing in the Lowes appliance department for 20 minutes without being helped. She immediately answered the phone and let me know what they had in stock. When I arrived she greeted me with a friendly face and helped me find my new washer and dryer combo. I was checked out in less than 20 minutes. Due to eagerness to help, I could have cared less about the cost of the appliances. I was just so happy with her high level of customer service! Ill be back :)

I am a Home Depot shopper. I like to use the local store here in Conyers Georgia. My last 4 trips I could not get any help whole shopping in the lumber, the garden patio and in bathroom fixtures area. I actually climbed up the shelf and got the fixture down.The biggest thing for me is how dirty the store is being kept. Stock sitting every where on pallets blocking aisles.The store really is looking run down.
Typical shopping experience. Left my phone while still talking on bluetooth. Noticed it wasnt with me as I got into the parking lot. Couldnt hear anything 😂!! Lucky for me someone had already turned it in to Customer Service. Very thankful to the people who turned it in. It was great to experience thoughtfulness and kindness.What I thought was funny was that when I got to the Service Desk - I was back in range with the person on the call. I was in mid sentence when the Cashier hung up the phone and then said she was about to call me. Hmmmm was what I was thinking.... 😂

The location I was at like any other Home Depot Ive shopped at...clean, friendly and helpful. My only dilemma is that a lot of the items I barcode scanned through the app would not pull up. I couldnt retrieve any info. Not sure if its and inventory issue or app issue.
People work here doesnt know nothing about their job. Construction or project even they dont know where are products. Dont waist your time ask them for something.
Visited here yesterday. Cashier was very friendly. Clean store.Returned to this location Oct 06 2019. The girl on the paint dept ( Denise) was so helpful and nice. I called the store manager (Rashad) to let him know.

Once again Lowes has let me down again 😢 I ordered a new sliding patio door Nov 7 2020 today its 1/19/21 still no patio door I have called customer service & the Lowes in Conyers the only answer I get is its in transit Covid 19 has caused alot of delays in delivery but somebody at Lowes should have at least the name of the carrier thats bringing it for pickup I did request a refund from Lowes I have waited way to long I doubt I will ever buy anything else from Lowes
Great stuff to buy if you dont need major appliances delivered or having them install. Bought a washer and they promise 3 weeks to get it. Did not receive it for 45 days. Hired them to install countertops, carpet and flooring that I bought and they promise that a guy will come out to measure everything in 4 days. The guy took 2 weeks. Never received a phone call I had to keep calling him to see when hes going to come to measure. Now that he took the measurements. Its been another two weeks so I can get the total pricing for everything and the start date. I called constantly to the department and they will hang up on me. I left a message with the corporate office and it has been 48 hours and still no call back.
Pretty good everything easy to find and the employee very helpful. Not has crowded.
