I had a great experience.Paul was a good sales person. Friendly atmosphere. The only negative coment is it took a long time to get it ready to go. But the mechanics stayed overtime to get it ready to go. I appreciate that. But the next day when I was going to take my Daughter to pick my Car up. She found standing water in the floorboard. I showed this to the detail shop, and they told me the Guy that would be responsible for getting the water out was not there.So I called an elderly gentleman friend and ask him if he would vaccume it out for me. He said yes.He got about 2 gallons of dirty water out of it. But its still wet. I hope they will dry it out tomorrow.(10/14/21).And get this, they put plastic on the carpet them the Mats! Had my Daughter not found it, I would have had a Mildewed Car.Other than that all was ok!
Carl was our salesperson at Nissan of Conyers, Ga and he was just amazing!! When my daughter and I walked in, he greeted us with a big smile. We came in looking for a particular vehicle, Carl looked at the inventory and they didn’t have it. However, Carl displayed such a wonderful attitude that we decided to see what was available. Carl found just the right vehicle within minutes!The staff was wonderful as well. They worked well and had me to complete all necessary paperwork. This process was quick and we made it to the bank just in time. Thank you Carl for a wonderful and painless experience.

This is the first time I’m leaving a review. And has been coming here for a little over a year for my car services. Everything was great till it was time for me to pick up my car on Monday. Went to return my rental fine. Except was told a completely different price. Then went to pay for my car service that was done on Saturday. My paper work was no where to be found. Went to talk to a service tech i think. And my car wasn’t in the finished status. I got a call Saturday tell me it was ready. The person that did my car did not complete the paperwork so I had to wait on that. Then we I finally get to my car none of my settings were we set nor the alert for my tire pressure was cleared. Meaning they didn’t check my tires. Also the just they put in your car was still there. I already have a messy car for right now I don’t need more trash in my car!
I went for an oil change and to see what additional services were due. I was there from 8:00am until 12:39pm and I didnt hear anything about the oil change. I went to my service clerk and he said it was done. I then asked why no one informed me of the completed oil change or what services were due. I let him know that they use to come get you when the car is done and inform you of additional services that are needed. He stated that he was able to check. He suggested a fuel induction, brake fluid flush, and transmission flush. I believe in maintaining my vehicles so I agreed. He said it would be another hour only because the additional services was done by another department. 1:00 pm came and I told him that I couldnt wait any longer, so he offered to get me home. He looked for Josh who drives the shuttle and couldnt find him. His rude co worker said he didnt know without hesitation and didnt even try to assist. It was amazing that co worker didnt know where Josh was being that he had Josh shuttle a customer whom he was flirting with to Starbucks and back. He was in that ladys face so much he couldnt even check on his customers properly. It wasnt until after 2pm that my service guy offered to get me in a rental so I could grab lunch, run my errands, and get my kids. If the customer is going to be there for a lengthy time, keep them informed. After the oil change, let them know what additional services they need as this will bring in more revenue for the service department and dealership as a whole. I appreciate the rental, but it should have been offered earlier. I ended up spending 562.00 yesterday and have been getting my vehicle serviced there since I purchased it. I hope that they get more techs to work, i hope they stop letting money walk out the door due to them neglecting to inform the customers of whats due, and i hope the rude co worker is successful with that young lady after buying and shuttling her to and from Starbucks.

My experience at Conyers Nissan was amazing. Mr. Andre was very helpful in ensuring that I was able to purchase the car that I wanted within my budget. Apple car play was the most important feature that I requested and he did not let me walk out without a car that would provide that. Overall, it is clear that this man works hard and makes Conyers Nissan a desirable place to buy a car.
I had a positive good service with Aaron Dawson. He took care of my needs for services on 8-30-21. With the pandemic going on I do have concerns about the mechanics entering vehicles without a mask on or gloves. I didnt like that. Aaron addressed the situation immediately by asking for the employee to wear his mask, however it happened again with another mechanic. I would give Aaron a 5 star but the shop guys a 2. I requested a oil change and tire rotation. I thought out of courtesy air would be put in my tires...they all were low in the 20s psi. The cashier clerk was very friendly at check out.
Tony is a great service writer but I’m never taking my car back to Conyers Nissan this is the 2nd time I got an oil change and my car began leaking afterwards because they used a damaged filter

It’s always a 2-4 hour wait even for a simple oil change. The past view times I’ve waited in the waiting area and I always have to go up to them to ask what’s the eta and all of a sudden my car is ready almost a hour after I saw them finish the work. I’ll just go to jiffy lube and be done in less than 20 minutes instead of waiting 3 hours. I won’t be back.

Was out of state and needed an oil change before going back home. I’m at 20K miles so it should have been recommended to get the 20K mile service instead of just an oil change.According to my Multi-Point Vehicle inspection sheet all was well; however, the following day the alert to have my tires rotated went off every time I turned the car on.Had I known it was time to have that done I would’ve.Also the brake fluid was checked green and upon bringing my car to my home dealership for the tire rotation, they checked and discovered it was actually dirty and needed to be changed as well as tires rotated.I would’ve had all the services done at the same time had it been recommended to me when I specifically asked what services were recommended at 20K miles.
Conyers Nissan was a great place to shop for my brand new vehicle. I began my search with a trade-in and my salesman Cornelius Marks was able to meet all of my demands. Services were quick and he made me aware of all of my options. When I arrived at the dealership I was very nervous and uneasy about trading my old vehicle in and starting over with a new car payment, but leaving I drove off with confidence.
I visited Nissan Conyers today to have my car serviced for new brakes. Ricardo, Tech Advisor, AMAZING. I have been going to this location for a few years now and have had 50/50 experiences with the customer service. He was polite, knowledgable, patient, kind and had me in and out. I did not feel rushed in explaining to him what I needed done.FYI - It was a busy Monday morning and he still took his time and gave great customer service !
I taken 2009 murano for service the check engine light came on. I was told that the radiator hose needed to be replaced it was leaking. $400.00 had it replaced on a Saturday and Sunday the engine light came back on. Monday I was told i needed a thermostat & gasket replacement that should have been look at Saturday when they replace the radiator hose. Wanted me to pay more money for the replacement of the thermostat & gasket. Didn’t clean my engine. Not please.

Not sure where to begin. If I could give this dealership sales department negative five stars I will. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada at the end of June this year from this dealer and had a very bad experience. Firstly, it took me 4 hours to be seen by the finance department. The car is used with about 29k miles and the asking price was in the lower 40k. Took the car home and after further driving the car, I noticed the brakes were not holding properly. Returned the car to their service department (which was awesome) to check and it was discovered that two of the rotors and brake fluid needed to be replaced. Also, the mechanic found the air shock suspension in the rear was bad and needed to be fixed. We willingly replaced the rotors and flushed the brake fluid for about $ 600 out of our pocket. I think the car was never checked or looked at before the car was sold to us. But we decided to pay for the rotors and brake flushed without complaining. Then came the air shock suspension. We decided to inform the sales manager Alex C. who sold us the car about the fact that the car had an issue with the air shock suspension. He was not very helpful at all, he proceeded to tell us that we can use our extended warranty at no cost that was purchased to repair the air shock suspension. Keep in mind he sold us this car that we have not even driven for 3 days and finding out that it has issues. He offered us a detailed car wash as a compensation ( Lol). Moving forward, we decided to allow the service department ( again awesome people in this department) proceed with the air shock suspension repair using the extended warranty company we purchased . The service department was able to work with the extended warranty company and repair the suspension. My wife went to pick up the car and was told to pay $100 as a deductible . We brought this issue to the same sales Manager Alex and he was very rude to my wife and not willing to assist knowing that they sold us a car that is bad. Again, we paid the $100. My point here is that the dealership should have been responsible for all the repairs from the rotors repair to the suspension, but we had to pay out of pocket and use our extended warranty company. Never will I or any one of my friends and families purchase vehicle from this place. Also, going to post this on google reviews and BBB to warn other customers about this place sales department.
I had a decent experience here. The facility was very clean, including the restrooms. My service advisor was awesome. His name was Rico. He was very kind and explained things to me even when I asked the same question more than once. The only thing I didnt like is that they dont offer complimentary detailing with your service. I will come back, since its close to home and I will request the same advisor.
Service time was toooo long but I did get an apology for the service timr. The only thing that I would give a good standing was the contact call I received to let me know my car was ready! Overall..I give it a 1 star! I would have love it if they offer me a complementary car was or a percentage off for my next visit!😀
Tony is the service advisor that helped me, ask for him. He was very nice and very accommodating. He also didnt make me feel as if I had to keep my financial guard up as most men in this particular industry will more than likely overcharge women. The service would have been great, but after getting some tire work done Conyers Nissan cracked 3 of my hub caps. Now, I have to spend time taking the car back so they can see it.

Out of all the dealerships I been to by far this is the best one, they are very friendly! That same day I was able to begin the paper work for the truck I was looking for! Mr. Jean Lezin helped me with the whole process which went pretty smooth and fast, he was very professional, courteous and friendly! Would totally recommend him to family and friends! I would totally be coming back for any future vehicle purchases!

Date of service: 10/4/21Awesome customer service, car was ready when promised, great experience overall. However, there was only 1 associate doing like 3 jobs. I was waiting for a rental, and it took her like 30 minutes to get finished with me because she had to constantly stop to answer the phone, take messages, transfer calls, etc. She did an awesome job and really deserves a raise. I dont remember your name, but honey you the real MVP! There were several car salesmen doing absolutely nothing but having idle convo with each other. They couldve answered the phones. That really rubbed me the wrong way.
I brought my car in for an oil change and tires rotated. Oil change got done. Tires rotated didnt get done because I needed two new tires. Thanks Nissan for letting me know what I needed to have done to help maintain my car. Great service.

I am not completely satisfied with Conyers Nissan service department at this time. I went there on 8/5/21 to get my regularly scheduled service which turned out to just be an oil change. I was informed that when the drain plug was removed that it was stripped and that the entire oil pan would need to be replaced. I said that my last service had been there so I expected the bill to be adjusted.The ServiceManager said he would not charge for the labor.Since my last service was also there it would appear to be their error in replacing the drain plug. Since they only deducted the labor my oil change ended up costing me $243.96. I still have not made up my mind if I will return there for my next service.
I stopped by for an oil changed. The Representative kindly set the time expectation and checked to see if I was okay with the wait or did I want to leave and return when it was finished. I chose to wait. Upon pulling my Vin # a recall item shows and the Representative immediately informed me of this and assured me there would be no cost to me. Again the expectation was set for possibly a little additional time if the parts needed were unavailable. All parts were available and everything was satisfactorily completed. I appreciated them checking in with me as well. Great job Nissan.
I went to Conyers Nissan for an oil change using my direct mail coupon. The tech quickly asked me for what service I wanted and filled out the paperwork. I waited for my car to be serviced and didnt feel that I waited too long. Check-out was done quickly and I left satisfied.

The lane manager, Tony Jones, attempted to charge me 2400 in unnecessary repairs. Rather than simply recharging my AC, he told me that I needed to replace the compressor, and upon taking the car to a trusted technician, we discovered that it was simply low in freon, and didn’t have a leak or a faulty compressor. Furthermore, the cabin air filter which they had replaced earlier that year was improperly installed. It was clear that the test he claimed to run, and charge me 200$ in diagnostic fees for, had never been run. After my husband spoke with him, it became obvious that they had not tested the car the way he claimed the technicians did, or fundamentally did not understand the process, and was unwilling to discuss the reasoning for the claimed necessary repair. When we made it clear we were unhappy with his diagnosis and wanted a second opinion, he was completely unwilling to talk about the diagnostics fee and blatantly said “I have your keys, you will give me the money if you want your car back.” There is no doubt in my mind that he tried to take advantage of what he perceived as a lack of knowledge about vehicles because I walked in as a young, well-dressed woman, and that if it had been my husband who had brought the car in for repairs, there would’ve been a completely different outcome.

Tony Jones attempted to rip me off, by telling me to pay him $500 up front, but the diagnostic was $165. Mr. Jones told me it was a gasket, and the gasket would cost $72, but he wouldn’t know anything until he looked at the intake, cause it might be the turbo. He, went on to say, the $497 would go towards repair of my vehicle. My question is, how would he know it was a gasket, unless he had already ran the diagnostic, and the only thing wrong was minor. He attempted to extort money from me, then he threw away the paper the computer generated that tells you what was wrong with the vehicle. He only gave me a code
I made an appointment online to get an oil change and routine maintenance, it’s my first time buying a newer vehicle so I wanted to go the proper route and get it serviced with Nissan rather than somewhere else. I took the morning off from work (busy schedule) and drove half an hour to Conyers only to be told that customers aren’t supposed to make appointments online. Oil changes are first come first serve and the wait time was 4 hours long! I still had work at night so I couldn’t wait that long even though I was the only vehicle in that bay (I’m not sure if there were other cars being serviced somewhere else). Routine maintenance like an oil change isn’t supposed to be an option for customers who make an appointment online. The lady I talked to basically said the website allows some people to schedule appointments and others not and I was one of the ones that slipped through. So I wasted an hour of my time driving there and gas only to be told I couldn’t be seen for 4 hours for something I made an appointment for days in advance. No one bothered to call, email or any attempt to contact me and inform me that the service I requested can’t be made by appointment. I hope they get their website fixed because I wasted an entire morning and took time off work for absolutely nothing and they didn’t seem to care.
Cornelius Marks was very professional and provided answers to all the questions I had. He offered beverages and snacks while I waited. Even kept the conversation going while the paperwork was being done. It felt good dealing with someone down to earth and not just a salesman. While walking through the dealership I kept seeing the same sign on everyone’s window. “Providing exceptional customer service.” That’s exactly the service he provided and I would highly recommend him to any Nissan customers now and in the future.

MY parts was install but still not working. I was told they have to charge me anthoer $600 to find the problem why cat codes still failing and possible new cats needed $1800 a piece which I had one install in january 2021. I had to drive back home my truck to my house on limp mode. Very dissatisfied with product and service.
I had a great experience with my sales guy Will Molina. He helped me a lot to find me a car that I was looking for (Altima SR or SL) with low miles & even one I wasn’t looking at either (Maxima). 😂. The only thing I will say is the prices online is different than the prices that are in the store. It doesn’t list the “docking fees” that the dealership adds to the price. It only list the “taxes & title fees”. But other than that I had a great experience & would definitely recommend this dealership.

I bought a used car ( 2020 ) there over the weekend and it was an overall pleasant experience. I would gladly give five stars if the car I bought came with two keys instead of one. I assumed from the outstanding reputation of this place, that it would not be an issue, and didnt find out until after everything was done and we were going to drive the car home. Now I have to buy a copy of almost $200.00, when in my view, this should have been taken care of before our purchase, or at least the salesperson should have informed us.
Well, my regular service adviser was not present on the day of my service appointment; however, I met a new person and he was an excellent listener to my concern, very professional and my vehicle was done at the time promised.
I recently had service done on my 370Z. This is the nearest dealership to my house so the car was towed to Conyers. When the car was picked up, there was grease all over the drivers seat and door handle. They did clean it up. When I wanted to speak with someone about the way my car was left, Nathalie forwarded my concern and information to a used car salesman who couldn’t help me. This dealership takes absolutely no pride in their work and doesn’t care about their customers. I would rather drive over an hour to Regal Nissan who do provide outstanding service. I will never use Conyers Nissan again!

Very efficient service. This was my first time there, and the salesman pulled up all of my information from Michigan. He was quite courteous, and even alerted me to coupons on the Nissan website, to save me money. I was surprised that the price for service was less than local vendors to begin with. Im sold.

Vehicle was repaired. Upon picking up vehicle. Found door and seat covered in grease. Service Supervisor drove the car to me. No mention of it. Upon it being brought to his attention. He attempted to clean it himself and then proceeded to send to back of garage for thorough cleaning. No apology for condition or 20 minute delay. Complained to dealership and received a phone call from a used car salesman??? Informed us he could not assist as this was not his department and not sure why it was sent to him. Has now been 5 days. Still no apology. Will never return to this dealership again. Will pay the extra next time to have it towed elsewhere. All could have been avoided with a simple apology and minor compensation. This has now become a major service failure in the dealerships part. Cannot give less than 1 star.

It took 2 hours to get tires balanced. I arrived at the dealership when they first opened. This was my second trip to dealership. The first visit they only balanced one of my tires, which didnt make sense to me. I took my Rogue back to them after hearing noise coming from my tires. All 4 tires were balanced on second trip.That was a big inconvenience for me.

There are some real decent salespeople. That takes the time to meet your needs, and not to just try and just make a sell. Cornelius Marks exceeded my expectations, and made sure that my needs were met. I had a great experience, the finance manager Keldrick Edwards was really awesome as well. The service department shows great hospitality and has excellent customer service. If your in the market for a vehicle go see Cornelius Marks @ Conyers Nissan.
Car was towed and I was called with info and called when it was ready. Sent a car for me! That was EXCELLENT!
Conyers Nissan definitely has one of the greatest car salesman by the name of Curtis Jones. The importance of being a genuine person goes a long way. We had an unfortunate situation and Mr. Jones did his due diligence to make a way to ride a way in the vehicle me and my wife wanted. This is our second vehicle with Conyers Nissan and definitely will look forward to doing business in the near future.

My salesman Stephon Miller was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable on the type of vehicle that I wanted and he taught me the difference between a lease and purchase option, he wasnt pushy or overly aggressive like some sales people at other dealerships so that made me extremely comfortable. Even the finance manager was extremely friendly, they didnt try to heckle me into buying extra products. So I would definitely recommend Nissan of Conyers to anyone looking for new a new car. These are the people to see. Im enjoying my brand new car. It still has that new car smell and Ive only had it for two months!
Service......if there was a needed improvement. Its service.Sales is fine....service is the issue. Promised a part would arrive, an hour later no part. Another hour, part arrived....wrong part....1 and 30 minutes later, new part arrived...hour later still waiting on part to be installed.Still sitting here while I write this.Word of advise:Get a car here....dont get it serviced here.That is all.
Jerry was able to get me in before I left out of town to get an oil change due to the dealership being busy. I appreciate Jerry. He is always upbeat and making me laugh every time I come in.
The service could be better, I went for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, the wheel lock was missing. I checked the oil before leaving the premises and the oil seem like new oil mixed with old oil. I also had $10 roll of quarters missing from the drivers door where I always kept it.. I owned three cars I bought from Conyers Nissan, Ive been a loyal customer since 2004. The service have became worse, I wonder if Pat (owner) knows what have become of the customer service, everything is focus on sell, sell Sell..

I will return to Conyers Nissan to get my 3 oil changes (for $9.95), because it cant be transferred to another dealership.The reason I will not be referring anyone to Conyers Nissan nor visiting after my maintenance service is because upon speaking with the salesman and the manger on the date of purchase, I was told I had 90 days before my 1st payment, however after reading the sales contract I found the 1st payment is actually due 9/26/21.I have been a loyal customer with Nissan since 2004. However, I will not be returning to Conyers Nissan after I have redeemed my oil change coupons because a company should not operate like this just to sell cars.ZERO STARS IF I COULDUPDATE...SECOND LIE....BUYER BEWARE!!!!After speaking with the Manager last week (of whom I purchased the car from) about the above review I was told my 3rd car payment which was really my 2nd car pymt, because I was only given 60 days no pymt. I was told he had the check in hand and was putting in the mail that day. After not receiving the check I reached out to Nissan Conyers again and was told the check would be going out tomorrow (8/25) due to some paperwork needed to be completed.

What’s mind blowing is that I was not in the market for car buying. However, this dealership had my dream automobile parked on the lawn. I didn’t mind looking at it and even taking it for a test drive. But, surely I knew that I would not be approved to purchase the automobile. I am a recent nursing school graduate who sacrificed my finances during my education. To my surprise, Conyers Nissan made miracles happen! Gene sold me on obtaining my dream vehicle and the finance officer made the numbers work. I have the lowest APR in the history of my car buying history; this is car number 9 for me. I am beyond satisfied!
