I TOOK MY CAR FOR AN ESTIMATE (PRIVATE PAY) TO HAVE MY BUMPER REPLACED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID AS FAR AS THE PRICE AND TIME OF REPAIR. THEY ORIGINALLY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 4 HOURS BUT IT ONLY TOOK 2! THAT SHOWS ME EFFICIENCY AND THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL! I AM VERY PLEASED AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. I REFERRED THEM TO MY SON AND HE IS HAVING HIS CAR REPAIRED THERE AS WELL.

I would Highly recommend this place. I look at the reviews just like everyone else did, upon reading the reviews I wanted to check this place out myself. I was in an auto accident & needed repairs. When my husband and I arrived there, I asked to speak to Marquece b/c he was highly recommended. As I was explaining the reason for my visit, he immediately asked to see to it. Upon looking at my vehicle he started taking pictures & was able to provide us with a quote for repairs. Throughout this entire process I was updated on the progress. My bumper came of my tesla model S and I tried to find a shop that can fix it, tesla and all the other authorized body shops were giving me 2 or 3 months just to get it looked at. I finally found this place and they were able to see it and give me an estimate the same day.They had really good customer service, Very curious and helpful. I came here because I had an accident. The shop that my insurance company referred me to was trying to total my vehicle and I knew that my car wasn’t damaged that badly. I came to Precision for a second evaluation and that was the best thing that I could’ve done. Just like I thought, the vehicle didn’t need to be totaled and the repair estimate was much cheaper than the previous shop’s. I’ve never had to file an insurance claim before and I was lost on a lot of things. Marquece stepped in from the very beginning and assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of. He assisted with dealing with my insurance company at times when they were trying to brush off my concerns and also helped with my rental car coverage issues. The whole staff has been exceptionally kind. When I received my car back, it looked and ran great. Service and repairs were top notch. Will definitely do business with them again if needed. Can I be totally honest? I normally don’t leave reviews because business’ usually do the best they can at accommodating customers but this company has been absolutely atrocious. Although they are nice on the phone, the professionalism and punctuality are absolutely out of the window. I had an expected completion date of September 7th here we are in the middle of October and we are still waiting on parts and asking the insurance company for money meanwhile I have paid out over $4,000 in rental car cost out of pocket that’s after my insurance company shelled out the first $1,500.00 for my rental. Geico warned me about this company and the only reason I didn’t go elsewhere is because when my accident first happened other companies were telling me they wouldn’t have my car fixed until late September. But this company assured me that my vehicle will be finished the beginning of September. Here we are late October and I’m still not in my vehicle. I was told that my car would be done last Wednesday and to my surprise no car, no phone call for an update, nothing! I have communicated with this company a total of 7 times and I have called 5 times and sent 1 email they called me once. They dont respond to emails, nor do they call with updates it’s like they don’t care. I have not even received an apology. I could have had my car half way paid off with the amount I’m spending in rental cost. I believe that this company is totally negligent of it’s responsibility to serve its customers.

Came on a Thursday after a hit and run with my car. Miara took a look at it gave me an estimate and a date for pickup. After ordering my car parts she called me and told me to drop my car off it would take a few days for pick up. No problem. Dropped my car off that morning, she asked me if I needed a rental because my full coverage did not have rental as a selection. She was very pleasant and professional. I did not get a rental because I had another vehicle but it was the thought that count, She’s a blessing!!! I would highly recommend this business because she went over and beyond for me. My car was fixed in 5 days and they even vacuumed it out for me! Looks like new!!! I thank God it was fast cause I have two jobs and my children work as well. I was super happy with the outcome!

First of all the price was the best in a 50 mile radius (I did my homework). Every person I came in contact with was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They’re awesome! I took my Kia Optima in to have the front and back bumper repaired after a collision and when I went to pick it up that collision was definitely a thing of the past. They had her looking brand new just like when I first got her. The paint job was impeccable, not to mention the complimentary wash & vacuuming that they gave her. Marquece & Kristina were very welcoming,accommodating, and professional. Marquece even educated me on the process of having certain repairs done and Kristina always kept me updated and kept a big smile when in person . Would definitely go to them again if I ever have to.

My car was in an accident and they failed to complete the job properly after four months of waiting on my car I had to Fly to Atlanta and call the shop daily to get my vehicle they still failed to complete the job or pay me for the repairs that I had done in Massachusetts that they failed to do and were paid for. The employees went above and beyond to help me understand step by step on my vehicle. They kept me informed and updated on my vehicle while my car was in there procession.

Quality of work was average, had to send back at pick up because trunk light and car light was rubbing when you closed the latch. Overall customer service experience was great, everyone was respectful and professional.I would say that to ask questions and confirm details of repair. I saw paint on initial quote for $400+ and assumed whole car was getting painted, not just the repair area. I was advised paint jobs are $4K. I paid $700 for almost top level paint job at MAACO. $4K sounds bit much for a paint job.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I was given a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. The job was slightly underestimated and a one time use trim part wasnt included in the estimate. My vehicle was dropped off on a Thursday morning with a scheduled Friday evening pick up (which preceded a Monday holiday). The one time use trim piece needed to be ordered from the dealer who couldnt have it until Wednesday. Mr. Little made sure that we had use of the vehicle during the holiday weekend. He explained the estimate in detail and also took the loss on the repair. We returned on the following Thursday and the trim was promptly installed.Precision will have our paint and body business going forward in the unfortunate event the need arise.

We went in Saturday afternoon to get an estimate on paint and body work. We dropped the car off Monday around noon and the car was resdy on Wednesday... two days. They did an excellent job and I asked Marquece if he could come down on the price because I was paying out of pocket and he took $100 off. Thanks again Marquece!

Ive never wrecked my car bad before so I was a little skeptical about where I chose to do business. The left and right sides were smashed despite the hood being in tact. I had been told that the car was totaled by someone else but I decided to get a second opinion. Fortunately, Marquece and staff were friendly and educated me very well on my options. After settling for an estimate the work done was timely and overall satisfactory. My car is not only fixed but it looks even better than before. These guys know their stuff and are without a doubt the best in the area at what they do.

This is a very good group of people! They were able to work with me and my car and get her back up to drive. It took a bit longer to get done than usual because it was during a time when things were slower than usual from third party companies, but nonetheless, they were able to get my car looking like she was never in an accident. I worked closely with the owners son, and another representative and they gave me promises that they were able to withhold. I would definitely be going back, and recommend them to anyone in my area!

It’s only been two years since I trusted this body shop after a collision to repair my car and the paint is not only CHIPPING BUT RUSTING and to top it off their color match system is inaccurate!! Precision Paint and Collision is untrustworthy! They told me they would use the best paint and clearly it is not. The car color is a glossy black and they painted the damaged areas look like matte off-black! Disappointed!No sure why I’m not in the system!I attached proof below. When i had damages repaired I dealt with Melvin’s grandson.This is not my first complaint!Melvin’s grandson made me bring my car back to “fix” and then asked me to remove my first review!

I went in to get a quote to fix my driver side mirror on Thurs. I was immediately greeted by the owner Melvin. He was actually just about to eat his lunch, he stopped and put his lunch aside and took care of me first. He could have asked someone else to take care of me but he did not. Melvin made me feel as though my needs was far more important than his lunch. At that moment I had already decided I was going to let him do the work on my car. Much to my surprise the quote was very reasonable and he said if I bring it in Monday morning he would have it ready for me sometime after lunch on Monday.So I filled out the paperwork Thursday, dropped my car off Monday morning, and picked it up Monday afternoon. When I got there of course I wanted to look at the work they had done to my car. I was very pleased it looked like new and when I went in to pay Melvin came out and told me it was not going to be the quote he quoted me, it’s was even less. The first experience was my wifes car and they did a great job.,I then brought in my car to have a fender replaced and trim and small dent removed.I droped it off on a Friday and returned the following Friday. They car was not ready. I explained I would be out of town for the weekend and would return Monday.They said it was ready. I picked it up.Later I saw the fender well liner was not installed correctly, the fender in the front was not lined up and when I close the passenger door the passenger side turn signal pops out.Very disappointed. Ill have to try and line them up myself or find someone who can. Im afraid the attaching points on the light may be broken and it was just pushed in place. Today 12/16 my for light came out. They broke the mounting clips on that also. Wish I Could add pictures. Very disappointed. I wont go back.
