I recently had my car repair here and it turned out great! The staff is friendly and fast and they even gave me a warranty on the repair for the life of the car. The wait to get serviced is worth it!

I dropped my vehicle off today, it was a easy process for a insurance claim, pretty much sign and go. Im giving it a three star for now until I see the quality of workmanship when my vehicle is returned and will update my review accordingly.*update: Im moving them up to a 4 star,they did a good job on my vehicle repair but I deducted a star for them taking a few days longer than I was originally told the repair would take otherwise I would have gave them a 5 star review.

They told me my car would take about 5 days to be fixed but it was done in less time. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Chose this shop based on reviews- it was a mistake. The paint on my car is awful. Doesn’t match AT ALL. My car is a bright red and they painted the repaired section a deep red. It’s so obvious it makes me cringe when I look at it. The body work seems to be right, but the paint is horrible.

Always have the best price and they even wax and buff my cars.above and beyond the call to duty

Man I dont know what to say! My car been there for weeks I know they had delays so Im trying to be patient Progressive already screwed me with no Vaseline! I need my car its about to be a month and Im stranded with no transportation and everybody taking their time adamant and dry

Beware! Beware! Beware! Never take your car to this business for repairs. They take short cuts, the work quality is the worse that I have ever seen, they are very deceptive, and they dont fulfill their promises. It wasnt until I took my car to Toyota Collision center after an accident that I found out North Rockdale didnt complete a repair job and tried to cover it up, which in turn created a delay in my vehicle being returned on time. Toyota had to fix what wasnt originally repaired by North Rockdale and my insurance company required them to pay back the money received due to a botched repair service. Take your car elsewhere! They dont deserve your business! Trust Me! If your insurance company tells you to go there because they are one of their preferred centers, choose a different center that will do quality work and their word cant be trusted.

Recently my truck & local wildlife (Deer) decided to have a go at it. Deer ultimately lost, but got its licks in, causing major damage to front end, & front Quarter panel. These people were professional, friendly, delivered the vehicle on time, with all work done with care, & above what I expected.Paint & clearcoat actually looked better than Factory. I was very pleased, they worked well with insurance company, didnt cut corners on materials. They will get all my body Work, except my Wifes ; )!!!!!!Great job Folks, & thank you!!!
