This Place and the employees are terrible, i would never go back, i wouldn’t even tell A Family member or Friend. They Selling Cars that they want you to fix with your hard own money. They took my down payment and didn’t want to give it back. Please look at your own car faxs. they was trying too sell me a car they that was damage front and back. Wasn’t gone tell me that the car was involved in a car accident twice. The only person that was good to me was rechel. That mr.Alvin knows nothing, it’s like he just there and want your money. Hands down the best dealership Ive done business with. Im a Veteran, now small farmer. Farming entails mostly deals with dealers. Im not going to mention any names but if you went to craigslist or FB market and saw great deals, dont bother. Its only a lure so you go in. I exercise extreme patence with everything dang near but the price games were disappointing. I finally gave up and just looked around in the area. I called The Car Spot and wam-bam-done! I bought a car from this place my sales representative was Mr Polo he did a excellent job in finding the vehicle for my sons birthday. There were some issues with the vehicle that we identified before purchasing and was told that they would be fix. brought the vehicle back for repairs they had the vehicle for a week for some simple repairs I had to call and check with the service department to get updates because no one was returning my phone calls. Finally got the vehicle back and identified that the repairs were done inproperly and they used aftermarket parts also they damaged my grill all of these issues were identified when picking up the vehicle. I called back and told them because of the long period of time I had to wait to get my vehicle back I would be like to be placed in a rental.They said someone will call you back no one ever calls the communication with this company is poor and the service department is a hot mess. All story short I went to the dealership and Paid out of my pocket to get the vehicle fixed that’s when I found out that the parts that they used the wrong parts they tried to cut corners. Then when I called back they informed me that because of the period of time the repairs were no longer their responsibility very unprofessional and I felt cheated will not be recommending this dealership to anyone else.

Worst experience ever...I was in search of a truck...A friend of mine told me about The Car Spot...Just so happens they had a truck in stock and told me to come and take a look at it...The day b4 I sent all my bank statements to them via email to see If they could get me approved....I get there and they actually got me approved for the car loan on the truck...Nice truck....It needed new tires...The first guy who did paper work (Mr Davis) asked me if I could give him 200 dollars on a set of 4 tires on a certain date....I didnt belive It was my responsibility to have to do that but I did because I loved that truck....After 3 or 4 days of them working the kinks out on the truck I was able to drive it home...A week later I was notified I would have to sign some more papers to finalize everything in about a months time...I thought ok but what was all those other papers I signed a week ago...But paid it no mind....I would call and text to check on status of those final papers so we could get the ball rolling on registration..Sure enough a little over a month passes and they finally tell me its time to sign those papers...Papers are signed.Loan aproved and auto payment date is set up...They gave me a date on when I could pick up my license plate...Date came to pic up my plate come to find out the truck didnt have emissions test done and the title was not submitted to DMV yet...When I called and asked about emissions Sean said it was not done because they 4got to get it done...I ended up getting the emissions done on the truck myself...He also said there was a clerical error with the title and it had to be returned to the auction they got the truck from...After another month goes by of me trying to figure out when this title would be corrected with them via txt because Sean would never answer his phone he finally txts me back saying if the title is not corrected buy August 1st he is going to return the truck to the auction and give me a replacement truck of equal value or better....August 1st comes with no resolution on title so I end up having to bring the truck back....Sean says he will give me a loaner car to drive until he can find a suitable truck to replace the one I had to give back....The loaner car he gave me was trash...The driver seat was stuck in the recline back position because the lever to adjust the seat was broken...It made a weird noise when you cranked it up and this had to be put on my insurance so if anything happened to the car I would be liable.....After a week and a half I was shown 2 trucks...Both of which were not up to par...I finally was fed up and asked for a refund...I was only given half my down payment and the refund on the loan payment from the loan company...The Car Spot kept the other half of my down payment because they say I drove the truck for 3 months....I honored my end of the contract...The Car Spot didnt because they sold me a car without a proper title and without an emissions and I lost half my down payment...Do not buy a car from these people...They do shady and bad business...

I would like to say, as a business professional customer service will def make or break your business. I contacted the CarSpot because I needed a second vehicle. Prior to my visit to the Car Spot, I talked to Sean a salesperson who was assisting me in getting financed for a vehicle. He assured me I was already approved and I only had to come pick out a vehicle, and have my down payment. Before leaving home I emailed my bank statements as requested. We arrived 30 minutes later and he didn’t make me feel “warm”, no smile, no thank you for coming”. He showed me the vehicles he thought would be in my monthly payment range, and gave me the key to walk out and look at them...I thought sales reps walked out with us to answer any questions we may have about the vehicles. But I overlooked it, and I test drove a vehicle that I was interested in. The vehicle was nice. I will say.We sat there for two hours just trying to give me a quote on what the monthly payments would be. We ended up leaving because he didn’t have an answer back I assume from the finance person. Next day, no call. I had to end up calling. He “couldn’t talk”, but he continued to text and I couldn’t understand why my call WASNT returned as a courtesy. He then stated again through text I needed to pay more money down when he assured me he would get the deal done with my initial down payment.I’m more disappointed in the wait, the lack of customer service I received, and it seemed to be a game to get me into the dealership so I could pay more money for the down payment. I could’ve paid more money down but with this experience, I would just try to find another dealership who appreciates my business.These dealership want you to be open and honest with them but it’s not retuned. Save your time and money.——as of 4:15 pm, that day someone had replied back to my post. Instead of just saying they apologize, Mike wants everyone here to think I somehow had personal issues that they do not want to discuss online. This is what saddens me that they would try to bash a customer because they fail to acknowledge where they failed, posting and making false claims to somehow make the customer look bad. That’s actually illegal. This is truly sad. Sean has even asked me to take my post down. Because I refused to remove the post, he then posts misleading information about me. This is so unfortunate.I will not remove this post. Just own up to your mistakes and try to improve on how you deliver customer service. I have found a vehicle thankfully but I didn’t have a good experience there.

I purchased a vehicle in May of this year with a lifetime warranty. The engine light has came on 4 times also it will not pass emission it is against Georgia law to sell a car in the state if it will not pass. I received a letter in the mail stating the warranty has been canceled due to nonpayment from the dealership, I and the warranty company have called and e-mailed with no response. And I put down 4,000 by the way such a waste of money and time. Seeking legal advice. I even went to the office during business hours the office was closed. Please dont waste your money Im sure they will be one the news soon for fraud. I spoke to you earlier today and you mention no such thing about changing companies. And what kind of company would text a customer that Im telling lies on the internet so unprofessional. Thanks for the text it helps my claim be blessed

I contacted them early in the afternoon to find out if a particular vehicle was still in stock. I didn’t hear back from them so I sent someone over who lives in the area to check the inventory for me. When she got there she stated that the lot look abandoned and that there were no vehicles on site. The website made a pretty appearance to the consumer but when you pull into their lot I was told there was only five cars on display. My friend went inside inquired about the particular vehicle I was told that it was sold. No the reason why I’m giving this a little reading is because of the poor customer service at this particular car was listed on the website for approximately 10 days prior to she arriving on the lot. I should just before you go and see anything listed on the site contact them and wait for a return call to not waste your time.

Worst place to purchase a Car. Started having Heating issues. Returned 4 times to Mechanic inspect car. They Lied and told me the car was fixed. Took car to another mechanic to fix 900 dollars to repair. Ill take Car Spot to Civil Court soon. Ill call whenever I calm down. 6 months unable to drive Uber and Lyft. Not able to visit New York for older brother Funeral. Bills piled up. Hard to calm down. Car should have been fixed.

Hello my name is Amber I purchased my first car from the car spot a year ago. Within the the two months of having the car my starter goes out. Then a few months pass and my tire falls and breaks my spindles off. Both cv axles where broken and the windows he said where fixed motor goes out my right window is stuck down so when it rains it rains inside my car. The lock on my car is broken I can not open it from turning the key. the engine is an oil guzzler meaning I have to get my oil changed way more frequently. My starter has gone out three times. IT HAS ONLY BEEN A YEAR 5400 is what I paid. I’m a student I could not afford to get all these things fixed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
