The service was great until my truck was stolen from the shop after I paid for the repairs. Apparently this shop has had several vehicles stolen off the lot in the past. I wish I would have known about the previous theft of vehicles before dropping my classic 83 C10 pickup off to be serviced there. Im still waiting on there insurance to cover my vehicle.

The absolute best around. Jeff and the boys are some of nicest, honest, and skilled people Ive ever dealt with. They go above and beyond expectations. Jeff pulled off a miracle and brought my 2000 E350 bucket van back to life after sitting for 3 years. I was absolutely blown away.

The whole staff was very well mannered, pleasant and helpful and I had a great experience with Gregg the owner. I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

This location is really quite far from my home. But after checking on the cost of an oil change nearby ( 250.00), I called around and got a good price at Midas (75.00)....27 miles away from home. I then returned with a different vehicle for a tune-up. Id gotten quotes as high as 800.00, but Midas said 250.00. Even better, they told me how I could save an extra 4% on my bill. Lastly, they gained my full trust, in the way that they put their full trust in me. Thanks guys, Ill return for that O2 sensor change ASAP.

I had a really good experience getting new tires from here this past week. There was a delay in getting the tires from the distributor, but I was kept well informed, the delay wasnt the local shops fault. Then one of the tires didnt seat properly on my rim (due to my own, existing rim damage). I came back the next day and this was promptly fixed. The people working here are friendly and professional. Can definitely recommend this location.

My excellent review on this place is long overdue! Let me tell you my experience with these fabulous gentlemen! I was on a road trip and oil started blowing all over, under the hood of my car. In a panic, I started looking up mechanics. I was so afraid my engine had blown. I went to these guys and they discovered that my dipstick was not all the way in and it had caused this problem. They got me in super quick that morning even though they were packed with cars. As an out of towner and a female, they could have totally taken advantage of me and charged me all kinds of things. I think the bill came to $40. I told them to make it $140. The owner is an awesome, nice guy and the mechanic was amazing too! Thanks so much you guys! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for service, skill, kindness and professionalism.

Greg is a awesome owner, and Jeff did a outstanding job installing the exhaust system on my mustang, I would highly recommend Midas in Conyers ga to anybody. They do awesome work and are very very reasonable on prices, keep up the great work, and I will be back next time I need work done on my other vehicles.

Took my car here to remove check engine light so I could pass emissions. $560 and a couple of hours later check engine light still on. I had to take the car back several times for additional servicing just to try and get that light and code off. Check engine light still on, code still on. No accountability from anyone on the Midas team. All I got was the run around.

Been at this location for 26 years. Busy shop but took my car immediately for replacing my catalytic converter. Owner is very nice.

I had been once before and was pleased. My wifes car broke down, had it towed due to the original experience and they took what I feel was extreme Advantage and price gouging. We paid $75 for the wrecker (not theirs, good price) then they hit us for $450 for a fuel pump on an Altima.Some places dont understand that you will do much better by taking care of customers than you will gouging them. We will never be back.

My service here was beyond exceptional. I brought my car in for what I thought was a whole in my muffler, after finding no issues there, the gentleman drove it and determined the exact problem and offered to schedule me for a same day appointment. I ended up coming back the following day, was late for my appointment, but they still managed to get me in and out faster than Goodyear does for my oil changes. Everyone here is above professional and personable, and I will definitely return for any future problems I have. Thank you for the amazing work Midas!

When I first arrive at the store it was clean and smells really good, you wouldnt believe you was in an auto shop, I had to compliment Mr. Gregg on the cleaniness of the store. I got my rear brakes serviced here and they did a great job! I had other issues going on in that area and they called and made me aware of everything before just going in and doing the work. Plus it was done in just a few hours, so i wasnt without a car all day.

My wife and I could not find anyone in town to work on our Mazda. Gregg and his crew were up to the task, even ordering a specific tool for the job. After the initial work our power steering still didnt feel quite right. Gregg was extremely professional, reevaluated and fixed the problem at our convenience. About as fair and consistent as Ive dealt with over the years. Brought my car in to have the brakes and rotors machined and they got me right in. None of that Hey weve got 12bahead of you bs. They assessed the issue and gave me a specific price. In and out in an hour and a half. Just took my wifes car in today for a oil change and possible new brakes. They looked at the front and rear brakes and determined that I didnt need them at this point and just did the oil change. It feels good to have an actual ethical mechanic shop to go to.

These guys are the best. I had to get my rear end replaced and while other shops were charging an arm and a leg, the price i got from Midas was a Godsend. We purchased a Jasper engine and arranged its installation with Midus to replace the engine in our old van. We got our van back on a Saturday morning and it seemed to be running rough. By the end of the day, husband (who is mechanically inclined but physically unable to do the kind of work this job required) had his suspicions that what Midus put in was not a Jasper engine. Indeed when looking over our bill of sale no where is the word Jasper mentioned, we received no copy of the warranty exclusive to Jasper engines and upon request, Midus was unable to provide documentation and claimed it was an online glitch preventing them from providing such. Our copy of the sales ticket only mentions something call “r & r engine. After some research and consulting with other more knowledgeable people, we determined that the brand of engine was a Black Block, a significantly cheaper engine. Before, during and after the installation, my husband adamantly insisted and questioned if what were getting was a Jasper engine and he was told yes. It is not and the shop has yet to furnish us with any thing to prove their contentions that they put in a Jasper engine. We have a scheduled appointment with them this Thursday (six days after the completion of the engine install) to check out issues related to the install and we expect them to either agree to the replacement of this engine with the one we paid for or refund us money on our bill compensatory to the difference in price of the two engines. We shall see.

Great customer service and experienced staff. I needed a tuneup for a Ford Expedition. Most shops wouldn’t touch it because of the engine design, and Ford had no availability’s for months out. The team at Conyers, GA, Midas on Dogwood Dr., got the job done, and my truck runs great.

I dont leave reviews but when I do it means my experience was GREAT!! The customer service/service was awesome and the wait time was not long at all. The wait time was very short, I was in and out in less than and 1 and half!! I will be back to get my work on by them!!

Started out very good and then began poor diagnostics and improper repairs, not fixing problem. Didnt fix problems while they had disassembled, so had to come back and pay high labor cost again to fix what they should have.

Great get it done attitude! Brought my truck in and they pulled it and start work within 2 minutes. Came back to tell me the issues and fixed it while I waited.

The service and staff at the Dogwood Dr location in Conyers, GA was exceptional. I went in to have a thermostat replaced and ran into some complications when removing the old one. Fortunately, the manager/owner Gregg Thomas was able to take care of the issue. What was even more exceptional about the service was that I only had funds to take care of the original problem with me and Gregg worked with me on a payment plan to take care of the additional cost of repairs needed. I will and have recommended this location for service. They were all very professional and friendly, and the prices cant be beat. Thanks to all for helping me get back on the road.

Cost $89 just for diagnostics but if you do get any repairs done, you just pay for the services and repairs!

Best service Ive had in a long time

I am utterly disgusted with the service at this place. My spouse dropped his car off after having car troubles, he was told that he needed a new radiator and was given a quote of $575. He happily left his car and got it fixed. I use quotations because only a WEEK later his car began to have the same troubles with even more smoking and overheating. And to put the icing on the cake he was on his way to the dentists office to get all FOUR of his wisdom teeth taken out, an appointment that is hard to schedule especially due to his work schedule. He was stuck on the side of the road for an hour. I find it very unacceptable that only a week after getting his car fixed by this mechanic, he is stranded on the side of the road having to call a tow truck to bring him back to this exact car shop. After leaving his car there for a diagnostic on today (August 2,2018) he returned after the mechanic was finished only to find his car was DEAD. Now not only is he out of a car but he is having to find an entirely new car because of the carelessness of these said mechanics. $575 spent with only a weeks time before it went to complete waste. Moral of this rating is, do not go to Midas, as you will be exceedingly disappointed.

I have been here multiple times and they have given me a decent price with quality work. No I dont work there I just felt the need to go out my way a write a review they are truly good people in general trust me.

Manager is very polite and shop has great customer service. waiting room is nice and clean and smells great.I had to bring car up a few times,but Machanics are very persistent and they were able to fix my issue.

Do not use this place for anything. I repeat, do not take you car to get fix at this Midas location. I went to have a sunroof install. They had to take down the roof liner and the interior trim of the car. They did not install the interior trim back right. The interior trim is falling down inside of car. They even broke pieces that holds the trin up in place. They refuse to correct the shady work!!!!!! They are also very racist. Spoke to the manager Greg and he did nothing at all!!!!Dont use this disrespectful prejudice car repair shop.

I needed the hangers on my exhaust fixed, After visiting Mighty Mufflers where they quoted me $250 to weld the hangers back to my exhaust with a hour of shop time, I took it over to Midas where they not only welded the hangers but added extra support to the exhaust for $130 in and out in 15 min!

Ive been coming here for a while now. I trust no one else but them! I have a Dodge Avenger 13 and Chevy Malibu 12 and I refuse to go to the dealership. Their always diligent and pleasant. I have been coming to this Midas location for years and they have never failed to provide excellent car care service and wonderful customer service! The brakes on my car went out on me one night when I left work. The next morning, I went to Midas in Conyers, GA and they quickly took care of me. Mr. Greg at the front desk, was very nice and professional with me and very thorough with the evaluation of my car. Also, the Service Rep that worked on my car showed me everything that was wrong with the brakes and told me everything that he was going to do to fix the problem. And he did! Thank you so much Midas in Conyers. Love these guys and I strongly recommend them!!!

If you live in Rockdale county you should never go to the dealership again. These guys do great work at a fair price and dont try to rip people off like the dealerships. My rear brakes were worn out and I discovered one of my calipers was also shot after they pulled the pads off. I normally do all of my own repairs but after a motorcycle accident and elbow replacement surgery sometimes my arm just isnt able to turn a wrench like it used to. I verified the caliper was shot and went to napa to get another caliper which caused me to get back at Midas closing time. They stayed a little late to get me taken care of and didnt even charge labor for the caliper.I took my recently bought dodge charger to the dealership here in conyers to get them to look at the transmission fluid (theres no dipstick for it) and even though I was only there for about 30 mins, I watched customer after customer get ripped off after being lied to about non-existent problems (for example two different people came in because their tire pressure light came on and they were told an $68 electronic diagnostic was necessary because the tire pressure was correct so they light shouldnt have come on). I was at Midas for a couple of hours and not one employee lied to a customer to try and get them to purchase parts or labor that was not needed.

Conyers Midas is a great muffler and auto repair shop. The shop has a great reputation for the Conyers/Covington area. They do the best muffler work, but also do brakes and any minor/major auto repair. I love my new muffler system. Ill be back.

Yes it was a great experience they fix my car in a timely manner and something went wrong with the car and I called them back and told them where I was and they came out to check on me and figured out the problem and had me come back to the shop and fixed it I never had a technician come out and do what they done thanks Jeff and the other tech that came out.
