I had a scheduled appointment for service so when I arrived and gave my name the attendant couldnt find the appointment. I was sent next door to the parts service area. The mechanic there was able to find my appointment and told me that is was with at the Quick Lube. He also told me about the that there was some recalls that should be addressed soon. I thanked him with back to Quick Lube, the attendant eventually was able to find my appointment. What was supposed to be a hour appointment took about a hour and a half which Im not complaining about. My complaint is that they were supposed to have done a service check on my car which should have revealed that there recalls that needed to be addressed and informed me of them. I was told that my car was okay, not was wrong.
These folks are genuine and will be honest about what needs doing when it comes to your vehicle. Wes is always the guy I talk to when I come in and the guys that work on my car always do a great job.
The service was fairly quick on a Wednesday afternoon. Most of the service associates are nice, professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is friendly. However, I would appreciate if the technicians would wear gloves when bringing the vehicle back. There were oily prints all over the driver door area, the interior door handle area and steering wheel. I just had the truck washed that morning, so the oily prints were very noticeable. Additionally, the customer waiting area is horrible compared to other dealerships. I have a Honda and a Mercedes. Those dealerships have gone a long ways to improve the customer waiting experience. So if I spend nearly 50K for a Ford...I should not have to go to the main lobby coffee area to get sugar, which had no coffee made, then go back to the service dept area to get hot coffee that was made after a customer requested. Also, there is a mini fridge with nothing in it...should it have bottled water or something? How about a water dispenser? Spend a few dollars to improve the customer waiting experience. Ford vehicles are just as expensive as other vehicles these days. This isnt 1990. You dont have to wait until you build a new store to do that. Also, I noticed a staff member in a wheelchair ♿. It seemed challenging for him to enter the glass door from the drive-thru bay into the service & parts area. His job obviously requires him to go thru that door countless times a day. The owner/GM should spend some money to get a handicap accessible door that he can push a button or either have a sliding door. Thanks. I commend the staff for their hard work in this difficult time!
Friendly atmosphere. Wait time is not so great (2+ hrs for an oil change) but trying to be patient.
Best service Ive ever received! The technician Dom went over routine maintenance with me. He was the best, talked to me so I understood everything I needed to do to keep my Jeep in pristine condition. Ill always bring my vehicle here!

I made an appointment for a oil change at 9 they did not pull my truck back until 10 I asked the associate what was the point of making an appointment if I had to wait so long I was told their was no one here in the truck department took 1hr 40 mins did not receive an apology or a thank you . I bought the truck from them they gave me 3 free oil changes maybe that had something to do with it

Nice people working there but they do sloppy work. Have bought 2 sets of tires from them and on both occasions they have sold me bad tires. Their technicians have been unable to balance them correctly too, so they either don’t know what they’re doing or the shop doesn’t calibrate their equipment. Buyer beware!

The visit to have the recall service completed was handled by Jen as well. She very efficient in getting my truck in and was informative with the service work they were performing. She directed me to the comfort of the waiting area and was quick to notify me when the work was completed. I was very satisfied with the great customer service and experience at Courtesy Ford on this visit.

Had to replace my Ford Explorer so thought I would visit Courtesy Ford once again. I loved my prior Explorer so thought I would look to replace it. Jay Farmer was my salesperson. I looked at the 2018 Explorers. They had added some great new features which Jay demonstrated for my. Great experience. I intended to just look but walked away with a great new vehicle.
I have been a Courtesy customer for years and theres good reason for that. They have taken care of our families cars like they were their own. If there is a question, they get an answer. Great service and the comp car wash didnt hurt either.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled with Courtesy Ford for my 2018 Taurus. I arrived early, Jordan checked me in, and the car was taken back as soon as I turned the keys over. I came in without an appointment to have my oil changed and was told that the wait time would be about 90 minutes. My attendant was very courteous. After the car was examined I was told that some additional changes needed to be made to which I agreed. The whole experience was pleasant.

The service that I received from the moment that I entered the service dept was exceptional. The service rep (Gen) was very friendly and patient with me. I was on a walking cane due to medical issues and she wad caring and concerned. I did not know that the company offered shuttle service she explained it to me and got me home. One thing that really stuck out as the fact that she wanted to make sure I understood about the service of my car and wanted to know if I had any questions. Everything was great. At first I was excited about my new car purchase. However, now I regret my decision to purchase a Ford. It is a brand new SUV and yet it squeaks and creeks like a beat up old jalopy. My previous SUV (not a Ford) had 300K miles and not one squeak or creek ever. The interior of the SUV is amazing. The look and feel of the SUV equally amazing. The interior is the only reason I am giving three stars instead of 2 stars.

I bought a new vehicle from Courtesy Ford this year and recently took it in for my first free oil change. I was pleasantly surprised with the kind and quick service I received. There was another customer there and she was very upset about her car not running properly. I was impressed how the employee, ( I believe his name was Chris or Craig), calmed the elderly lady down and assured her he was going to get her home safely and take care of her car. My only suggestion would be to add some comfortable seating in the waiting area, but did not take away from my good experience. Thank you for understanding the true meaning of customer service.
By far the best dealership I have ever worked with. I am located in Jacksonville FL and they had a vehicle that I just loved but we couldn’t make the trip up to go see it that weekend. They brought the car to me!! All the paperwork and everything we did right in my dining room. It was so easy and fast and I never even had to leave my house! Last week, while traveling from NC to GA, I had a tire to blow while driving on the interstate. We managed to get the flat replaced with the spare. We dropped our Explorer off at closing time to have the Courtesy Quick Lane repair or replace the tire.The service advisor, Samantha, called us the next morning to tell us the tire replacement was under covered under our tire insurance warranty. They had a new tire installed and we were back on our way within an hour.They also helped a previous time with another warranty covered repair to our throttle.Both of these visits were easy and they didn’t pressure us into services that we didn’t need. I highly recommend this dealer. You will be pleased with their professionalism.

I am very disappointed by the fraudulent practices of this location. Two weeks ago, I went for an oil change and fluids top off. At that time, I was presented with a grand list of recommendations totaling nearly $800. I declined. Well, this past Tuesday, my brake light came on. I figured I would go back to Courtesys Quick Lane to see if they could include brake fluid. Since I have had times they did not refill liquids (washer fluid for instance), I figured the same thing had occurred once again. When I arrived, I was told a top off was not permitted due to company policy without a brake inspection. Due to the long wait time, I opted to come back the next day. So I returned on Wednesday, the next day, to get the inspection. I arrived at 2:40 PM. When I got up at 4:05 to check the progress of work, MY CAR HAD NOT EVEN BEEN TOUGHED; FORGOTTEN! When I brought this to the counter staffs attention, I was told theyll check on it. At 4:20 PM, someone finally comes out, but started SOCIALIZING with a fellow coworker! It took the counter staff once more to tell the guy to begin work. When the results came back, I need front and back brakes, rotors, and a brake system flush!!! Grand total...Almost $800!!! Before dishing out such an amount, I went to another Service Center that focuses on brake repair; so getting easy money could be expected. They, too, did an inspection. Results....Brake Fluid cap was not not tighten and NO BRAKE FLUID!!! According to the technician, it was AS DRY AS A BONE (no fluid on the inner top of the cap or when he stuck his finger in the tubing! The width of my brakes were still at a respectable width! As I was talking to a friend about it this ordeal, I was asked if I had brake squealing or grinding? No and No! In my opinion, Courtesy tried to bamboozle me out funds. This isnt the first time either. I have been told it looks like I need a tune up; which I had just gotten a tune up at Sears (and it was listed on my Car Fax Report). I was told I needed a new battery; had already gotten a new battery and it was under warranty! I have absolutely lost trust in Courtesy. Consumers Beware!

Ok deal on the price. Very disappointed on the condition of the new Explorer after driving 5 hours to buy the car. See chips in the paint on the drivers door, scrape in the paint rear driver side door after getting the vehicle home. Spent 1 hour of my time to get pictures of the paint problems to the sales team, no response. Was assured by the Finance manager Courtesy Ford would make it good. No offer the come get the car or reimburse me for the body paint fix. Would not have bought this Explorer had I seen these paint problems. I have never purchased a $43k car with these paint problems, this was a used vehicle. I guess Courtesy has my money and the deal is done. I am going to buy a new F250 next year, not from Courtesy Ford.

I’d buy another ford here if I wasn’t moving back to Texas this summer. The service is great, unlike other dealerships I’ve felt with they stand behind there warranty. I had a driver side front blow out last month the tire cut some sensors wire since I had road hazard warranty The warranty covered it because the blow out cut them. No argument or discussion they just fixed it free. My 17 focus rides and drives better than my sisters Toyota camery. I love it.

Got a recall notice that a fire was possible in my truck, so 2 days later I took it to Courtesy Ford and had to leave it. I was able to pick it back up after the repairs were completed the next day. My truck had been washed and I was on my way!I cant say enough good things about Courtesy Ford! I have been doing business with them for years and have my new truck serviced there as well. Ive been taking my 98 F-150 here for years, and theyve kept it running well! Kennard is the man you want to talk to. Hes easy to get in touch with. He listens carefully to your concerns, even if you dont completely know what youre talking about (like me). It may be more expensive to take your vehicle here, but the parts used and the service provided are top notch!

They always seem to ask if I have any concerns they find good deals and offers for what I need. The wait time is a little lengthy but it is to be expected when you have a great dealership. Ive been coming here for the last 2years and trust them completely with my family vehicle.
My visit to Courtesy Ford was not good.I came for an oil change and when they return my vehicle back to me I always go behind them.I checked all fluid levels and there were no fluids in the wind sheild reservoir. Went to the service person and asked the white female,do they top off all fluids on my oil change contract and she told me that they do.So I told her my windshield reservoir was empty.She responded oh I forgot we dont have anymore windshield fluid.you got to come back another day.So I asked her why she didnt tell me,I had to go behind the service tech to find out.
I bought a used vehicle and was warned not to go to this dealership by several people. While I have owned the vehicle I found out who the previous owner was and received some information about the vehicle that was not brought to my attention prior to buying the vehicle. It not only was wrecked by the delivery guy when it was new but it also has had a new motor put into the vehicle and it was pretty much totaled. The previous owner stated that the vehicle had been smashed from the front end to rear end. NEVER KNEW this prior to my purchase when showing interest in the vehicle. Then I still had my warranty that I had purchased and tried several times to make appointments to have my vehicle seen about and never got one until my warranty was no longer in effect. Then a problem that occurred while the vehicle was still new with the sunroof and they fixed started happening again, now my sunroof doesnt even operate any more. Also, I complained several times about issues with my transmission. Not only that but when my after my A/C was serviced I started having problems with noise and the way my motor jerked when A/C was turned on, I also brought this to the service departments attention well before warranty was up. Plus they never have enough service advisers on hand when I come there. I have even brought some of these things up when I went on the 28th of March 2019 to the manager over the dealership and it has now been over 2 weeks and have heard nothing from anyone to fix my sunroof or any of the other problems I was having before my warranty was up and remember the sunroof had a problem prior and it was the same problem from the first time. I will be contacting Mr. Barksdale the owner of the establishment.

Usually take very good care of my car, this last trip they keep my car all day did not return my call or my husbands text to let us know if the car was ready, my husband went over after work and they said oh its fine its just a rubber boots scrubbed nothing to worry about. We I am worried as the car only has 33k miles and the rubber boots wasnt scrubbing when I bought the car. I xontacont service manager and he told me to bring it back Im, I dont have time for this a I only get one day during the week off and would be stuck without a car another whole day which I veru unfair to me it should have been taken care of the first time. Super disappointed as our last 3 cars have been purchased from courtesy.

This was the slowest service and poorest service ever. Was there at 7:30 am. Four people ahead of me. Did not leave till 9:45am. Only for a oil change and tire rotating. They had only one counter person there till 8 am . really they know it can get busy at 7am with early birds. I should only been there tops 1 hour. The seviceperson did give me $10. Off the bill.

I use to love coming here to get oil changes but, the last 2 times have not been great. They told me I needed new brakes last time but was here a week earlier and didnt need brakes. I come in today and I hear the advisors talking about making money on tires well what do you know I all of a sudden need tires. The new guy James is not very customer friendly at all. I will not be coming back to this location anymore.
