Came into the store today and just wanted to pay a bill. Chris gave me AMAZING customer service, ended up wanting to add an extra line on my account tomorrow! The manager Demi was also amazing! She was very knowledgeable and worked well together! Loved my experience!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with this company after this location I was lied to when purchase the phone and I returned it and I lost out on my pork inactivation even though the manager rectify the situation a little bit I still lost out on the porch activation I would never never never purchase from cricket again matter of fact for losing my money and losing out on activation on a decent phone I was searching the T-Mobile and I recommend everybody else to switch over to be careful when you purchase the phone the manager Coco did nothing wrong but try to rectify the situation thats already too late to be rectified I lost out on $78 Im not happy at all and matter fact when I contacted cricket customer service they asked me to commit fraud by calling my credit card company and reporting the money as a fraud transaction so I can get my money back I return refuse to do that thats a crime and that they legal cricket customer service needs to work on the representatives and trying to teach customers how to commit fraud I dont know whos going to see this message but all I can say is Im highly highly highly angry I purchase many phones and I bought a cricket for many years to get the top of service I got today from cricket customer service and one of the store employees I dont remember his name but hes the one that tricked me into buying this phone the phone was for $99 but because I wanted to purchase to progressive leasing they raise the price without telling me what they did if they had told me if he had told me what he did I would have understood and been okay but the fact that I was lying to make me very very angry

Excellent customer service and technical support. This is about the best store that I have visited. So far I have gotten two phones there spanning several months. Kyle helped in moving data from the old phone and even helped find an old ringtone on an even older phone. I highly recommend this store way above the Cricket website.
