I bought a used motorcycle from this shop. The bike was sold as is, yet they still took the time to inspect and address the issues that came up in the first few days.Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their deal is not often found anymore. Especially in the used vehicle business. I would definitely buy from them in the future and recommend my friends.

My 2008 scooter did not start so I took it to Rock City Cycles. They asked for $100.00 up front. Three months later I went to check on it when I took the bike in it did not turn over and when I went to pick it up a 14 year old kid fixed my bike. He put new brushes in my starter and now it runs great! P.S. Hire a 14 year old kid to fix your bikes in the shop.Sincerely, Sherry Gidel

Went in to have tire changed on bike and had an awesome experience with the young lady in the service department. She gave me an initial timeframe for completion, then put in a little extra effort to have things sped up a bit. So I got it done sooner than first expected. While this is not a requirement of good customer service, going the extra mile is always appreciated and ensures Ill be coming back for some custom work Im having done to my bike.

I would NOT recommend buying anything from this place!! We bought 2 four wheelers from them for my sons in may of this year. We had a 90 day warranty for both of them. My sons only rode them for a few weeks when we had to take them back up there to be worked on. Rock city had both of the four wheelers for a total of 2 months straight! And we still had to end up paying to get them fixed!! They are nothing but JUNK!! My 40 Pound son was driving his and the whole frame fell apart?! Please same your time and money!! They are not professional by no means! They tell you one thing one day then they next time when call you there it’s something different. Poor scheduling and very very poor customer service!!!

Brought in bike to swap out old pipes with some Cobra Dragsters. They got it done on schedule and on budget. Customer service was excellent.

If I could 0 stars I would. These people, mainly, the owners will charm you to get your money for these chinese units and then as soon as they have an issue they don’t care. This business is very unorganized, parts take forever to order because they forget, and they deliberately hire people unfit to build the units your CHILDREN WILL RIDE to save them money. My ATV had wheels put on backwards, loose brakes falling off, and when other customers I saw complained about their child being endangered from the lack of safety checking their motorvehicles, they simply told them they had to wait on warranty, taking again forever to get parts and treated them rudely. DONT SHOP HERE.

I purchased a 2002 Honda VTX 1800c from DOC on 8/2016 with 31k miles on it. It is 2 years later and I have 41k miles on it. I have taken it from Atlanta to Dallas,TX and back in 30 hrs and taken to Atlanta to NJ and back with no issues either trip. Want some good reliable bikes, go see Rock City Cycles.

Not only was this the most unprofessional service I have ever received in a business atmosphere, but they told me a price on 4 different phone calls and finally after them telling me my bike was ready on 3 different occasions it was ready the 4th. When I came to the shop to pick my bike up they told me it would be over $150 dollars more. Was getting my break system fixed and the owner said she wished that I recked my bike and I was flat on the pavement after respectfully complaining about the bad communication and business. Needles to say the breaks STILL LOCKED UP ON ME. SHE GOT HER WISH. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS.

By far the worst place ive been to this year.Costumer service was bad and not helpful at all. Even with cash in hand they were pretty stuck on me bringing my bike to a different location miles and miles away. Techs bring costumer bikes to near by shops to get fixed and claim they have fixed them.

Great experience. They were the only shop that helped me anyway... despite being booked up for over a week. I was able to get tirez pit on my bike in less than a 3 hour wait.

Buyer Beware. This place is owned and operated by criminals. I purchased bike there and when i tried to get tag in Covington Ga, I was advised that the vehicle didnt belong to me. After notifying owners they tried to give me an extended dealer tag. my biggest mistake was trusting people to do the right thing. I was advised that if i brought the bike back i would receive my full refund of 14000. I didnt happen they straight up lied and now i have to waste more money going to court . I should have spent my money with the white man. Sad but true

Recently bought a bike from here and I must say it’s been terrible! When I picked the bike up to bring home, it was cutting off in the middle of riding. Brought it back moments later for the owner to test ride and it was doing the same thing with him. They kept it for another week and claimed they replaced the fuel injection and test rode bike. Delivered bike to my house and rode around the neighborhood for 15 min and the bike was cutting off again. I will have the bike in neutral and rev it out a little and the bike will shut off. It got to a point where it will no longer crank. They came back and got the bike and kept it for another week. They recharged the battery and claim to have reset the cut off sensor. I laid bike down lightly trying to park. But it was doing all these things I speak of before then. For the third time, I pick bike up to ride home. Everything seemed good until 15 min into riding, it does the same thing. I was really thinking is it something that I’m doing wrong. Maybe it’s me! But after having 2 seasoned riders test ride it And, another mechanic ride, it was doing the same thing to them. I called back the next day, and of course they say it must be something I’m doing wrong.. which I knew they would say. Sold me a bad bike! It’s been a month since purchased and haven’t been able to enjoy. NO CYCLE THERAPY what so ever. Bad experience here. Will NOT be coming back.

I purchased my motorcycle in july 2020 its now November 2020 almost 6 months later i paid cash for it and the owner been giving me the run around still havent received my title ive call the ga title company for the last 4 months and they keep saying that the dealer hasnt submit the application but every time i speak with the owner they say it been mail they never given me a tracking number to back there claim its sad that i have to experience this because of the dealer lack of handling there business .when spoke to ga title they explain that i might have to take a bond out to retrieve my title that i already paid for when i purchase the bike. I will never do business with rockcity again . they keep trying to blame it on covid but the ga title Rep explained that it only take 7 to 10 business days to receive applications the last i spoke to the owners where 4 weeks ago the application stil lhasnt been receive

I am very close to there area so say if you where near there areas they can drop off the items that you bought. It’s this one lady named Kathy Johnson I think she is the owner I’m not sure but the people she works with are very open and will be happy to assist you. The entire staff at Rock City Cycles was FABULOUS 💯. My first experience was with Kim by phone. She was very professional over the phone in assisting me.My first visit I entered the store and was greeted by several friendly staff members that made me feel like family. I wasnt quite sure of what I needed to get the sound effect I wanted Seven assured me that after I explained what I would like that he had me.Doc/Seven worked out my great deal and the price was very reasonable. I was assisted by so many other staff members that I cant leave out..Pick up day, my bike was ready in 4 business days.I was standing in front of the building waiting for my bike to be pulled around to me. Doc pulled around with Blue Ivy, I didnt even recognize my bike, the sound was AMAZING. I was in tears of joy and my smile was on 10. Doc had upgraded the upgrades that we initially discussed.... to my surprise I had 8 speakers verses the 6 we discussed, my saddle bags were swapped to the larger/deeper bags to accommodate the additional speakers, my rim was replaced because of a pothole, brakes replaced for my safety, exhaust slip-ons to add to my bike sound. Price stayed the same even with the additions.The service was top notch! If I had to describe my experience with Rock City Cycles it was professional, knowledgeable staff, expert work, satisfaction guaranteed, great pricing, swift service.I will be back for more upgrades and to visit very soon🏍🏍

Terrible experience very rude service. I believe Kim hung up on my face for me asking how much it cost for atv repair service which she claim they wont be able to work on the quad 1 week from now. Im confused how. Everybody just walk around doing nothing just hanging out. Dont have to worry about getting any of my services at all. Cant even support my own people. We are our own enemy.

I have had the worst experience with just get my bike service. i dropped my bike off running with a oil leak, so decided to let them do a top end rebuild. well three months later. Every week im being told tomorrow it will be ready. Never happened paid in full for the service. no communication, nothing but excuses when i call. owner never returned my calls. picked up my bike in pieces not running with out my head.they cracked the head Horrible custer service.Worst service ever.

I called the store and got Kim who was very helpful and she invited me to the store to resolve the problem. When I got there I met Seven who helped me select and ordered a better helmet. I try real hard to shop small and black owned businesses. I just had the worst experience at a black owned motorcycle shop called Rock City Motorcycles. We could get any service. The people in the store barely even acknowledged us, just enough to tell us we couldn’t come in. I might have bought the little orange Jeep. I want people to know that the service sucked and the people are rude.

One of the worst decisions I made thinking that they were professionals from the owners to the sales persons. I purchased a 2014 Can Am Spyder in September 2019, 30 days no tag. I went to my local tag office they stated the information was not submitted to them. I received another 30 days temporary tag November 2019. I contacted Rock City Cycles was told they will pass the information on to Gabby no call back. December 2019 2nd temporary tag expired I contacted Rock City Cycles Seth stated he will call the previous finance company to get them to submit the title so I could get the tag for the bike (No tag nor title). My spouse went to Rock Cuty Cycles on my behalf the owner gave him a dealers tag for me to put on my bike. According to the GA code 40-3-33 the dealership must submit title/ tag information within 30 days for a new vehicle and 45 days for a used. I have filed a complaint with the State of Georgia Consumer Protection Division and they did not respond within allowed time frame to clear this matter. So if youll like to deal with dishonest business owners this is the place to spend your money.
