Customer service is always topnotch.

I just moved into the area and needed a place to get tires, tuneups, oil changes and parts. Needed a muffler clamp, ordered it and it came in 2 days. It wasn’t large enough, because it’s a Moto Guzzi and there’s only 1 dealer in GA and they didn’t have it. So, ordered the next size up, in APRIL. I went into the shop the end of JUNE to pick it up - it had been “back ordered”, and the shop owner told me I “fell through the cracks” and would order another - NOT good customer service. I will find another shop for all my parts and maintenance. I am SO glad I didn’t have more than $12 invested. I will tell everyone I ride with to avoid this place. The owner tried to lay a guilt trip on me about what had happened - nice way to treat a customer...

I came in on Saturday and they were extremely busy, I never been there before, but some of the drag race bikes he had there were extremely impressive. Dave was the person who help me he let me rummage through race stickers. Picking out whatever you had duplicates of, these guys know Motorcycle’s by the time I left I spent $1000 and probably ended up with $2000 in parts what a great deal. Everybody was helpful and friendly to get the right people sometimes you have to wait so please be patient if you stop by the show room what a great place. Thanks Mike

Definately would return for future service and sales..the premises just reeks of motorcycle nostalgia and know-how...had been searching for shop for 91 FJ1200...needed some TLC...had the parts.. new tires chain sproket bearings etc..service dept family business got-er-done..the immediate turn around was surprising with $$$ under various shop bids and long wait dates to get back to the road..not knocking any shops or their flow...just appreciate the folks at Rockdale Cycles for meeting this customer expectations..safe travels 2020

Great customer service!! They seemed to pick peoples brains on exactly the style motorcycle you want. The shop owners grandson sold me my bike and did a wonderful job at sales and customer service ( not to mention, he is still in his early ages) They are teaching them right at Rock City! I also came back to get my seat changed out, they gave me a good price. Also did some custom fabrication in their shop to get my new seat to fit. All around phenomenal service! Keep up the success!

Would give them a half a star if possible terrible business would be better off a bike scrap yard then mechanics .... .

Not what i expected. Challenging to walk through, not for Harley riders. They should take some time to clean and organize, but that is my opinion.

Took our bike there to worked on 1200 dollars later pick the bike up on way home starts acting up take it back oh its gonna cost 400 more dollars its the carberatore mind u thats what he was suppose to fix in the first place so we leave it he calls says its ready couple days later pay the money so thats 1600 hundred dollars take it home couple days later it messed up again it was running better than it was when got it before we even took it to there so we take somewhere else paid 200 and something to have the same thing fixed that he claimed he fixed but it wasnt same parts that was on there when we took it so they was never a new carb put on until we took it somewhere else

Bad customer service, my father took his bike up there that he rebuilt, to see if they sell cafe style headlights only to have an employee say his bike was only worth $1000 and not even worth doing that too. Clearly my father knows how much the bike is worth & it was besides the point. Very rude, uninviting, turned around & left after that disrespect.

First off - lose a star because they disconnected front fan cable and never reconnected it and bike nearly overheated on the highway. Lucky I caught the temp before it started spitting fluid everywhere or worse.Brought my 2001 Honda CBR F4i in for a fuel pump issue. My bike had been stagnant for probably 5 months due to midwest winter and moving down to Georgia. They told me they were back logged a couple of weeks which was no problem. Was happy to get the call only 10 days later that it was fixed. Entire fuel pump was shot so they did a rebuild (if my non-mechanic ears heard correctly) and its all good to go now. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the cost was only $400. Whether it was an easy project or not I dont know but I dont take issue with that pricing.One thing to keep in mind is they cant do a pickup for you if your bike is disabled at your house. They referred me to an out of town tow service but for the same tow fee I got same-hour service from a local tower, instead of waiting a day or two for the other place to get in the area.My other advice for first timers, depending on your experience with other mechanics. I also would make sure they know what you want done. If you want them to only diagnose and give you a price, TELL THEM THAT and write it on your slip when you drop your bike off like diagnose and contact owner with pricing before repair or no repairs over $500 without owner approval. Just something I thought of after the fact was....heck they could have just called me and said oh yeah it was a way bigger problem we just did about 1500 bucks worth of work since I dropped it off and said...fix pleaseBoth guys I met were really nice. They are definitely busy, both times Ive been there the phone doesnt stop ringing.First and foremost this is a mechanic shop. There are a few parts and miscellaneous things for sale, but this is not some multi million dollar Harley Davidson store....its an old school shop. Glad to have them so close to my house. Will definitely trust them in the future.

Always professional, knowledgeable and fast. This is the only shop I use for my motorcycle repairs and maintenance.

They are know it alls and dont know as much as they think not much for customer service. I will never go there again
