The gentleman that assisted me with getting a unit and a U Haul truck had excellent customer service skills and helpful suggestions. Im happy I took the extra time to find this place!

I like the place but i dont like how they do the billing. I got my storage toward the end of month cause thats when was best for me to pay the bill but they still make me pay it on the so i basically pay a late fee every month

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MATERIALS SURROUNDED BY RATS AND FECES!!!!! I was told that there was nothing that could be done due to me not purchasing their insurance. I could clearly understand this if there was some sort of fire or flood that damaged by belongings. However, if I would have known that there was a rat infestation, I would not have stored my things with them in the first place. So please make your selection wisely. Dont make the same mistake that I made. THESE PICS ARE JUST SOME OF THE RAT DROPPINGS THAT WERE ON SOME OF MY ITEMS!!!

Along with providing me with a UHAUL, the owners of this storage set me up with the most affordable unit to store my stuff! I’m definitely telling my friends about this place!!!

The price is reasonable and it keeps the clutter down still working on that project.

This has to be the best storage facility i have ever used! Friendly staff and very efficient. They got me into the perfect sized unit for my belongings. Great prices. Highly Recommend! :)

I have never been more satisfied. The gentleman who works here gave me a full tour of the facility to help me figure out the best location for my trailer to fit into my storage unit. He gave me a couple different options and even helped me measure my trailer. I was then informed about insurance and the monthly specials. i had the option between pay the first month and get the second month free or pay the first three months and they are 50% off. i am very happy with the service and the rates.

It’s a storage facility... I dunno what you expect. It was reasonably lit, and the keypad to open the gate worked. It didn’t look very dirty, and the prices are reasonable. Not super easy to turn a larger vehicle around in, but the alleys between sheds are wide enough and straight enough that you can back up easily enough.

I chose this facility because the rates were the best in the area. So glad I did because you get half off the monthly pricing when you pay for 3 months up front. The manager Jon was very nice and helpful.

Really friendly and down-to-earth people! I got a move in deal for 3 months at a great price. Less than what I wouldve paid for one month down the street. The guy there was nice enough to show me the unit before paying, and even offered me water...and i like their dogs...

They never answer the phone so you can pay your bill. Both the people running the place are rude. The unit was full of trash when they showed it to me. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

I’m very disgusted .. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE from this place besides the bad customer service . When you finally go through the storage after paying money to get it out . All of your stuff is MOLDED .. MILDEW on Furniture. Last but not LEAST .. YOU HAVE RATS 10 BIG RATS ON ALL OF OUR STUFF .. NO COMPENSATION.. EVERYTHING IS A BIG LOST . And might as well let them AUCTION IT OF . I WISH IT WAS A WAY TO POST A VIDEO of these rats .. let me post it .

Worst customer service and horrible management . I was threatened to be evicted because I requested an apology for his rude attitude ....he said I was more likely to be evicted than to get an apology from him . He identified himself as the general manager ... wow . I was never in eviction status ...payments were made monthly and as agreed . Management should be customer service oriented and give customer care. This guy was rude impatient and mean! I wish the original people I leased from were still there I’ve been renting this unit for almost 2 yrs . Hiring this guy is the worst mistake this company could have made . This is not the first time but it was the worst !

They are not good about sending out memo about whats going on....And they r never on site,take many breaks

Jon is very nice, helpful and professional. Any problems I had Jon always help me right away without hesitation.

The staff changed for the 7 months I used the facility, had no problems with them, but when I finally cleared out my furniture from their so called climate controlled unit, their was mold all over the bottom of my beds; but I didn’t take out insurance, because I assumed they would be okay for the time being, boy was I wrong. I suffered my losses and moved on. You store at your own risk.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is AWFUL!! There have been several different owners/managers during my year of having my stuff in there. I got MOLD ALL OVER MY STUFF and the lady thats in there seemed as if she couldnt care less. Even though it was because the storage unit had a leaky roof!!!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!!!!
