Great service and super friendly. Went to Cookeville Walmart first they were rude and didnt want to even wait on you. Went to Algood Walmart and soon as I walked in was helping me. Will return again.

They lost our tires that we ordered on line to be delivered at the Cookeville location several weeks ago. They dont answer their phone. We are still waiting for a refund.

Called and they said they had 4- 215/65/r15 tires in stock only to arrive and them tell me they could only find 2, but the guy assured me I could put 215/70/r15s that they had in stock, I did... Wrong, tires are rubbing the plastic when I turn, they wont admit fault and they will not fix anything unless you can prove it!!! People need to go back to mom n pop stores where you get good service... I called 5 times in an HR and couldnt get an answer at all... Its getting so bad to me Im about to boycott them.

Theyre really nice and helpful but so understaffed that nothing really gets done and my tires I ordered were almost a week late so I just cancelled them...

Cheapest place I found tires.. the guys in the garage seemed slacked an said their was no greese fittings to grease I personally have greased the front end. But over all affordable.

They dont take the customer serious and they are slow...

This is the worst laziest Walmart Auto center I have ever seen...2pm and they close at 7pm only working on 1 car.( Mechanics personal vehicle) Told to come back tommorow....No thank u..I wish Amazon changed tires.

Dino & Gabriella were seriously so kind and helpful to me when I came in, diligently working to help me figure out the details of getting new tires on. Also moving as swiftly as they can to get me back on the road. Great service!

Do not come here for service unless you have at least an hour to waste for something as simple as an oil change or tire rotation. The final time I went, they didnt even service my vehicle because the oil drain plug was getting tighter as they attempted to unscrew it, indicating that it was cross threaded. Well guess who had done the previous oil change. You guessed it. They must give a job to any rube that can turn a wrench.

Great late last minute service!

Went in for an oil change and tire patched. No one told me there was a long wait. People who came in after me where serviced before me and I ended up being stuck there almost 5 hours because they lost my car and didn’t realize it still needed more work. Everytime I asked to get my keys back so I could leave to get my son I was told my car was being worked on and was almost finished (while it was parked outside being overlooked).However Dino was fantastic. I don’t know who was at fault for the issues I had, but Dino was wonderful and kept me laughing when I really wanted to scream.

Fast service, friendly staff, and affordable pricing. They didnt try to rip me off when there was something wrong with the tire sensor after getting a blown tire. Would definitely recommend

Super friendly staff and great prices. However, they dont have enough technicians for the demand, so wait times are horrible. Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour per vehicle.

Was the 2nd car to get checked in that day to get a new tire (just one), and was there for over an hour and half because they never called or PA’d me that my car was finished. Not to mention they did not switch my new tire with the one I already had on the back (new tire upfront old one to the back) like I told them too. The woman who checked me was great but the department is understaffed and those they do have are not all there (brains). Will look into the Algood store next time.

Michelle was rude and lazy. Had a tire with a screw in it that needed a simple $10 patch. She told me they couldn’t do it after barely looking at my tire while it was dark and raining.. didn’t even use a flashlight. She told me I would have to buy a tire from them for $90. Was on her phone the entire time and made excuses as to why she was texting so much while she was “attending to me”. Will not go back. Don’t recommend at all.

I didnt mind the two hour wait time, but this is the second time I have had my tires balanced here, and both times wasnt properly done (violent steering vibration at 60 mph). Had to visit a different Walmart to get them fixed.

Very long wait for an oil change and in addition, they recommended that I replace my third brake light which was working just fine!

One of worst I have been to, horrible experience 1 year ago and horrible experience today, spoke to store manager and went to Algood Walmart. Automotive Section worthless, they appear to be clueless and severely unmanaged. Technicians disappear and cannot be found. We came in over 2 hours ago for an oil change and tire rotation, we were their only customer no other cars were being worked on, they told us no more than one hour. Unbelievable worst service I have ever received from a Wal-Mart in 52 years. What a first impression for a new Cookeville resident. I can only hope the Algood Wal-Mart is better. 1 year later update, even worse, had to take my car to algood walmart.

The lady working the desk for auto care was a joke. Rude, pushy, lazy and ignorant about policies. I called for over and over again thru the course an hour just to have an idea of what the wait times were. No one ever answered so I drove there. I was recieved with any all excuses that could be made to avoid doing something as simple as a tire rotation. (It was obvious this was due to laziness and not the customer count.) There is a major issue with customer service there. A lack of knowledge, drive, kind attitude and people to attend to customers. I highly reccomend that this place be last on your list for auto care. Whether they are busy or not, they will claim to be so in order to avoid work or even cracking a smile.

Michelle of Walmart tire center gave me poor customer service. I watched her wonder around for several minutes, unsure of her decisions. Was slow unprofessional and rude enough to say I was probably last in line. She failed to provide the services I asked for and it makes me wonder why I bought tires here and the road care warranty. Will think twice about coming again

Denied me services for just an oil change and they didnt even have a single car in their garages. I was forced to go to a different auto care place
