Only mobile order at this store if you have plenty of time to kill… it’s always busy, and last time we went, i mobile ordered, arrived after my order time, and stood waiting in the store for 25 minutes before finally asking to cancel the order so i could leave as i was quite late to an appointment by that point. I understand that the store was busy, but after watching both drive thru and walk in customers order and receive their orders in space of a few minutes, i left empty handed and frustrated at having wasted so much time for nothing.

The drive thru line was long and moving slowly, but Torre at the window was friendly and kind--appreciated! First time trying the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew---yummy!

This place is great as far as the coffee is concerned. It’s very clean well staffed. It is just always so busy in the parking lot is so hard to get a parking space. The drive-through is completely packed the entire time and there is very limited parking space. So you can’t park next-door and walk over. I will give it five stars if it wasn’t for this parking dilemma. Obviously Starbucks coffee is absolutely delicious

If your business hours start at 430am then you need to be open at that time. Three times in the last few weeks its been 5am before they are open. If you cant be open at 430 just change you hours please, its a guessing game whether or not Ill have coffee in the morning. If it happened occasionally, I would get it, but its becoming a regular occurrence.

Placed an app order for 2 drinks. Went inside to pick up. Waited 25 minutes, still no drinks. Inquired and was told it would be at least another 20 minutes! I took my receipt and left. I called Starbucks Headquarters and they issued me a refund. I probably wouldnt have been as upset as i was, but a couple came in about 10 minutes after me. They also placed an app order, but for a different location. Their order was written down and made for them immediately! Yes, they were busy and all employees were working but it appeared orders were not being made in the order they were received.

Really depends on the day. Some days its great customer service and quality drinks, others its not so great. When I get Starbucks I expect consistency in taste as they have a recipe to follow but some people dont even put in the minimal effort to make the drink correctly. Corporate tries to make up for it with store credit but honestly it usually expires before I attempt to order from this location again.

Employees are always so patient and kind!! I rarely come to Starbucks but when I do it really does make me happy the rest of the day. I was there around 8:15-8:20ish this morning asking for a half decaf iced caramel coffee and the guy on the speaker was very patient with me and explained what they could and couldn’t do! Then I just asked for a surprise me drink and I ABSOLUTELY love it. I’m not a huge coffee drinker so I’m kinda picky about the coffee I get but was really impressed with what I got. All in all I appreciate y’all so much!!

Drinks were perfect and the staff was friendly. An honest mistake, but my order was overlooked for a long time as I was waiting inside (Drive-Thru seems to be the priority). The barista was very apologetic and for that Im grateful.

Staff was impolite, not rude though. Unhelpful and indifferent to the service they provided. Food was meh. Wouldve 100% gone somewhere else had it not been for my wife. She liked the coffee...Support a local shop if you can.

The food was delicious and really hit the spot! The lady over the drive through was very nice but whoever gave the food kind of just handed it to me and closed the window without saying anything. Besides that the only thing was the long line but then again, a lot of people like starbucks so its not the restaurants fault for being popular!

Good drinks but slow and I hate not being able to see a menu because someone is standing outside taking my order. DON’T MAKE YOUR WORKERS STAND IN THE HOT SUN for $8.00 an hour this does nothing to make your drive threw faster.

So slow! For a Wednesday afternoon I thought I could grab a coffee on my lunch break. No such luck! Ended up driving out of the line. This has happened before. Hope the new one opens soon. Maybe it wont be so crowded. Nevertheless, the coffee is great!!

The cars were wrapped around the building &into the street. The barristas were good, but not hustling like I expected for the back up? I parked strategically and went inside. I had my dri k, snack, & used the restroom before the car that was in front of me had gotten to order. Soooo, needs more hustle! Plenty of employees working at that moment. 😉

Easily my most frequent stop. And though they are always busy, usually lined down the road, they are quick to serve, and always friendly. You can get through even faster with the app.

Sorry Im very disappointed that youre discontinuing my favorite drink (very berry refresher.it helps me with my diabetes to keep it under control. Your employees have very good customer service,its a shame, you discontinued alot of things.

The employee at the checkout was really good, knew his stuff about the products. The atmosphere at this Starbucks was not very cozy at all. Tables inside and out were in rows, nothing private at all.

They were excellent!!! Not too busy, for a change. They are very popular. I ordered a snowman cookie, (meaning the sugar cookie), and got a cake pop instead. No biggie, easy to mix up, right? They got me the cookie I wanted immediately and told me to keep the other one too. So nice. Considering they were working on Thanksgiving, I thought they were incredibly friendly.

This Starbucks was great. The drive thru was a little bit of a mess but it went by quick and the workers were nice plus they got a large order correct.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Waited in line for over 30 minutes for them to get my order completely wrong and not even offer to fix it. Dont waste your money here if your wanting accuracy or quality

I love Starbucks. Yes, you usually have to wait in line for a while. Yes, theyre expensive. But, Ive been drinking Mocha Lattes from Starbucks for 20 years now, and I dont expect to stop. The baristas are great at their jobs and super friendly. They also have great chocolate croissants. I only let myself splurge on these occasionally! 😉

Its a Starbucks and since its on Interstate Drive it tends to stay busy all the time. The service time is normal of a Starbucks. I tend to like more of our local coffee shops over the busy and noisy atmosphere of Starbucks. The quality of service and drinks are good! The New Iced White Tea is currently my favorite choice for drinks!

Love cookeville, tn Starbucks. Today I had 2 the dye frappuccinos...not as pretty advertised but ohhhh so tasty....wish crossville had a drive thru Starbucks and open at 5:00 am...would get a lot of factory customers

Fast drive through service. Friendly smiling staff at the window. She gave us an extra cup of ice when we asked. The coffee to cream ratio was perfect.

Im from out of town and needed directions given by phone. Recent ice storms here created connectivity issues with my new phone. The young lady was awesome! Not only did I have a perfect Chai latte and brownie, she directed me to the local AT&T store!Thank you so much.

They have great coffee, but attempted to refuse service to us because of not wearing a mask. Lets open up fully America! Just say NO to masks. Its time to have all our freedoms back. Take your stand or theyll take more freedoms from us.

Got my order wrong twice

I tried the pumpkin spice latte there and it was pretty good, not all it was hyped up to be but good. Bit outrageous for the small that I got, it was five dollars for around 6 oz. of drink. The actual coffee had no coffee IN it was well. So other than that it was a nice experience.

This is a good Starbucks. Coffee is made to Starbucks standards which has been slipping across the chain at other locations. Drive-through service could use a re-think since the line backs out into the highway and lobby customers cant get to/from parking.

I mean....its a Starbucks. Its a very busy location and it can be very hard to get in and out of parking spots due to the drive thru line. The parking lot is very small and often I have to park next door at IHOP.However, the staff is very nice and my order is usually correct.They also recently remodeled and it looks very nice.

A wonderful treat for a chilly day

I ordered a grande honey citrus mint tea with 4 pumps of peppermint syrup. Instead of getting pumps of peppermint, they added milk/cream instead. I don’t really know how a drink could get messed up this badly. I would understand if there was already dairy in this drink, and they just forgot the peppermint but this drink is dairy free. I’m lactose intolerant so needless to say I wasn’t super happy with the fact that they added dairy to my dairy free drink!!

We are traveling from Texas to Rhode Island and stopped here for coffee, left and got an hour away before realizing my dad had left his wallet. Called them and they were more than helpful towards us and super sweet when we made it back to them. Thank y’all true southern hospitality served here!

Love the Cups/Tumblers they sell but my local store rarely has any of the newly released products. They dont sell online so I have to rely on store. Drinks are very over-priced. But employees are always very pleasant.
