Lexi was so patient and kind to my entire family! She navigates all the questions the kids bombarded her with very informativly and with the BEST customer service. Lexi went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase the item I wanted without my children being aware I was actually buying what they were looking at. Thank you for making this trip fun!

Ever since I was young I loved going game shopping. My favorite store, may it RIP, electronics beautique aka. EB games. Since their demise I reluctantly switched to Gamestop for my gaming purchases. But I must say this particular store with their knowledgeable staff, and commitment to their customers they have renewed my excitement about going video game shopping. But now they too are on the verge of being just a piece of nostalgia from my past. The video game industry has changed, and not necessarily for the better. We need stores like Gamestop to give us real insight into the games we love from individuals who truly love gaming. Without Gamestop we will be at the mercy of the gaming companies that fluff their games on ads, and sell us incomplete games that cost us precious memory, and space on our consoles. The same gaming industry that seems to be more concerned about in game purchases, and franchises they can pump out the same game with minimal upgrades. Gaming companies have veered away from making new titles with amazing story lines, and fantastic, and innovative game play. Thats why we need to keep gaming stores alive, especially Gamestop. They dont just sell games, they are Gamers!

Ive been to this game stop since I was a child so much one of the staff recognizes me and states Im a regular the guy literally watches me grow up the service and advise he has gave me has been incredible if I get his name which I believe is Jason or something close I will literally write a poem of how much this guy has done for the store and how amazing it is just to see the guy again and I know he will recognize this just from the game I lose be it to pokemon,braverly default II most RPGs along with dead by daylight if he sees this your amazing bud your like a friend that I never had and to wherever you go in life I wish the best to

Was very surprised that I was able to get the new Play Station 4 game Modern Warfare. Half price. Didnt get there until around 2 in the afternoon Friday... The gentleman that took care of me was very nice.

I absolutely love this GameStop. I have been going here for years. The employees are wonderful and I currently have never been to a GameStop that has had the same amazing quality of service as this location.

The staff at my local GameStop is what keeps me coming back. They know me and call me by name, strike up a conversation when I walk in the door and are all-around very helpful. Matt and David go out of their way to make sure I get the best bang for my buck! AND, theyre not pushy about trying to sell products.

Sadly still having to stick to GameStop policy will lower the trade values for you, but the workers will always work with you and hook you up with the best way to do something. I was going to get completely ripped on a trade in and they told me Id be better to look elsewhere to trade it. So workers are 10/10 but GameStop itself is subpar

John who works at the Cookeville Tennessee GameStop on Jefferson avenue was cool as hell! He had simplified this generations video games 4 me who is the commodore 64 generation. so much so that I wind up walking out with the Xbox one two controllers, a game, a pro membership, headset and I walked out mostly with a renewed sense a prime in humanity!!!!

Came in to buy Mafia 3 and the employee was very rude about my game selection. When I explained that it was on my list of games I wanted to play he exclaimed he felt sorry for me. After that remark I left without buying anything and I dont plan on going back anytime soon. If you dont like a game thats fine, but theres no need to trash on me for buying it.

My husband preordered something for me for my birthday, was promised by the manager it would arrive on July 2nd, it didnt arrive in time for my birthday (today). I dont blame my husband, but I do blame GameStop for the miscommunication. He could have bought it online in much sooner time, he purchased it on June 26th... so much fail. I will be contacting corporate.
