The cashier was very helpful and efficient when the pump wouldnt take my card. I would give five stars except, you know, the pump wouldnt take my card.

They have great customer service im a regular and I can tell you my experience everytime I go there is great I always feel welcomed there I definitely recommend them and there reward system is awesome too definitely if you download the app you can see more of what will work you to more savings on your gas

Everyone either quit or got fired. Only one left is Bill. He is nice. But this was a long time coming. Staff had been complaining about the job, conditions, customers, and covid policies for at least a year. They had several covid scares, and a couple of the staff caught it. So anyway, if you had a fave cashier before, they probably quit or got fired. I dont blame them though, they werent being paid enough for what they had to put up with. Working almost 3 weeks with no sewer system and it backing up onto the store floor should have gotten them a raise alone.

DO NOT get gas from the mapco on w broad st. Cookeville Tennessee all of their security strips for the cards at the pumps were broken. We had fraud happen that night after it was the last place we used the card. We called to let them know to check their machines and all the lady had said was thank you and hung up abruptly. I highly doubt they have or will do anything about their pumps. Stay safe.

The best time of day to go in is about 2:30-3:00 A.M. thats what time it is now and there is nobody here at all but me its the only time Ive ever seen it like that.

For its size and the amount of traffic in this store, they have done well trying to cover their customers needs. The bathrooms are much nicer than most convenience stores. Long lines flow smoothly. The best gift corporate could give itself would be to repave and repair the parking lot and sidewalk around this store. right now, aesthetically, this store looks trashy from the road.
