The girl that helped me, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name was so helpful and you could feel she was happy doing her job. I was in and out within minutes with a new service and phone. She even stayed to do all the data transfer and gave me so many tips on the phone. Loved the customer service and how attentive she was

I did not have a pleasant experience with ATT when making the switch to open new lines. The service was very slow. The reps were not very knowledgeable. There was contradictory information. It took 2 days to open a line. I had made a request to add me as an authorized user on the account and the rep forgot to add me the first day and the second day when i reminded him he asked me if i wanted to do that at home. I am very dissatisfied with the experience.

Came out from my provider Verizon next door, since they tried to send me away walking out I saw at&t and gave it try. The staff here are super nice and I was able to get what I needed. Thank you so much I highly recommend this store even though the Stores un New York don’t have this level of customer service.

The products this store sells are fake. They have “apple” cables and “Apple” cases but they are not original they got it off of those Chinese websites. Buyer beware this store is also privately owned and the only thing they care about is sales. Also sketchy individuals were in the store more than likely doing fraud but they went ahead and sold them anyway I saw them shortly after trying to go to the other AT&T around the corner. Beware of this store I’m making a report to AT&T corporate and Apple about the false sales this store is doing.

Good service, approachable staff, polite, and knowledgeable. The price is a little bit expensive, but it is all worth. Accessible location, easy in and out.

At this location everyone there even when it was close to closing time they spend every second to make sure that all my needs were met Diana was awesome I will return every time Im in town and in need of a Sim card
