I met Jason today, in UPS 1653. I needed of a power of attorney that was complicated, with very specific things required. Jason spent the time with me to help me do it right. I was missing some documents, he immediately explained how I can get them into their email, etc. He was with me every step of the way, and make sure I got everything right. For me that is beyond service! I certainly go back and do business in UPS 1653. And to top it all, he did it with a SMILE!!
I went to this store to print and scan a document, at the time they were very busy so I emailed the document and went to get something to drink, I took too long and the store was closed when I came back, so I went to my car, the gentleman that was taking care of me came out knocked on my window and told me that the document was ready to go in, when I went to pay he told me not to worry that all the registers were closed. Amazing customer service the best service I’ve received in any other store, every business should follow their model, they are the best. Thank You!!!

This is the best UPS store in Miami, hands down! Had a complicated series of envelopes to mail out and the manager Jason was dealing with a major AT&T internet outage, and yet he managed to stay on top of everything and handle my needs with a great deal of efficiency and friendliness. Just walked out of this store. Javier was helping me out. He was extremely rude and unfriendly. When I would try to ask a question he would speak over me. He was very cold and unfriendly. I asked him to put fragile stickers on it and anytime I’ve gone to any UPS store they’ve done it there in front of me. He seems irritated to be at work I understand it’s a difficult time to be working but if you’re gonna be working in customer service the least thing you can do is be friendly and understanding that we are leaving our possessions in your hands. I had already paid otherwise I would have left and gone to usps. I left anxious I’m hoping that my package will actually make it out of the store and to my niece and nephew in one piece. I will update my review once it actually leaves the store and makes it into my families hands. I’ve heard horror stories of employees that used to work at UPS about how they would treat packages if they were jerks like that but I have never had an employee at a UPS store be rude at all until today. Crossing my fingers.

This is literally one of the BEST places in Miami! Im not just talking about UPS Stores or Postal type offices. ANYTHING. This UPS Store should do customer service trainings for all of Miami, restaurants, banks, the airport, you name it. The Manager Jason is amazing, one of the nicest people Ive ever met. I cant say enough good stuff about this store. They always remember me but name, handle any issues immediately, and are ALWAYS SUPER PLEASANT. Its astounding. Ive only visited this UPS store once or twice but I can confidently say that the service is amazing. Incredibly understanding, patient and kind staff members, all willing to help and attend their customers to the best of their capacity. I love going here because I know that they will help me with any forwarding issues I may have. I dont really use their service a lot besides maybe sending some packages to Amazon or eBay but again their staff is amazing.... very friendly and helpful!
Definitely the place to go for shipping anything. Jason has been extremely helpful to me on numerous occasions. He recommended sending a very valuable LP record to Germany with special packing ensuring that the disc would not move at all in its box and my client was blown away when they received it. He has helped me find the best packaging within tight budget restrictions for sculptures, African Masks, and other odd shaped items as well as with shipping 900 LPs across country in the most economic way. Jason has earned my loyalty and respect and I wish them all the best success. The only possible downside to going there is it is in a very busy area of the Gables and near a school, but, even still, I can usually find street parking within 50 feet of the store (worst case scenario you may have to walk a block and a half. More than 3 months ago I returned a cable box with spectrum in Orlando and returned the equipment from this UPS location at the time.Out of nowhere spectrum starts calling and demanding payment for the cable box.I remember the guys help me out then and I decided to walk in and see if they had any face of this shipment. Unfortunately I didnt ask their names but fair enough they all pull together to find my shipment.Thank to their commitment I solved my problem. I am glad this store is run by a team with devotion.Fair enough to say I will always come back.Thank you guys!

Ive had PO Boxes at other UPS stores before but there is something special about this one. The staff are always on their A game and you really get treated like family. Highly recommended.
A shop that sells private mailboxes and does document processing and photocopying is hardly going to be the most exciting of places, nor is it ever going to stick in your memory. But when they save you money and give you no hassle, they stand out.
Ive been with the UPS Store in coral gables for a while now, and have never been disappointed. Parking is tough like any other location in the gables but there is always an open spot. Customer service is always on point.
Wish I had the chance not to deal with this company anymore, the guy that was there one late afternoon few weeks ago was very unfriendly. Now I have to return in few minutes to this store, although Id definitely walk to FedEx instead. The company Im sending a package to gave me no option.And that story about your moms pastelitos and croquetas is too bad, I definitely give no further businesses to this company.

While trying to get a package returned, the person I spoke to was rude, emotional, and accused me of having a male friend/relative call to intimidate him (not true). He did apologize and admit that he was frustrated from just dealing with a difficult customer. However he kept repeating that he felt insulted. On top of the unwarranted hostility, this store (a franchise) seems to follow different procedures than the UPS parent company, which complicated the process. It was the most bizarre customer service experience Ive ever had.
Customer service in this location is horrible. The minute I said that I needed fingerprints done for my new job, the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes. I immediately asked him if there was a problem and he said no. That was only the beginning. Ricardo, I think his name was, got annoyed with anything I asked, getting pissed that I was interrupting him...I was going to get to that if you would just let me finish, he said, followed by a second eye roll. In other words, lack of customer service. A good employee who knows how to deal with customers would just smile and politely answer the question, and any annoyance you might feel privately about the person shouldnt be evident in your facial expressions or your tone.Besides that, the service from other people varies. Some are good and the great thing about this UPS is that it has everything...notaries, fingerprinting, etc, which makes it really hard to find another one that has all those services.
Worst experience every at any UPS, FedEx or USPS office ever. Manager/person in charge was incredible rude and aggressive.
It might be OK if you just want to drop off something; it does not work if you need further assistance. Not to mention international shipping.So I walked in with my previously filled out form (I had stopped by the day before to get one and fill it out at home) and an envelope containing one book and 2 CDs that I wanted to mail to Mexico. The clerk asks me I thought he was joking, but no. He said I couldnt send anything made in China to Mexico. After this...I had to fill out a different form for DHL because he gave me the wrong one the day before. I finish to fill out the form again and they ask me for an invoice for the freaking one book and 2 CDs. I decided to leave; Ill go to the post office, which Im sure its easier and a lot friendlier too.
Staff is so rude and arrogant, they steeled several items just because my name was wrong spelling, other times because they send it under my name in Spanish.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NOBODY.
I want to know why my mother, who is 75 years old, was charged $150 to have a 3lb care package deviled overnight. In it were $15 worth of pastelitos de guavia and about 20 croquetas. Didnt anyone in your store have the commonsense of finding her an alternative? Are you guys crazy?
