I have had an opportunity to have my car repaired at Coral Springs Collision on several occasions. Each time Albert has been a truly honest professional. Their work has been excellent on time and lower priced then other estimates I had received. On 1st occasion I went to the shop Iwas having a problem with the front hitch cover not staying securely in place...2 other body shops I visited gave me an estimate of $100 to replace the cover, Albert within 2 minutes at no charge, made an adjustment to the clip of the cover and it is a year later still secure.I have trusted them since then and returned for 2 other jobs with excellent results. Albert was not organized numerous times I called the shop asking for the official price he was out at lunch and never returned my call. when I went and picked the car up he had found my paper work and realized his final price was under his original quote. He than when on to say can you give my shop a good review I COULD’VE charged you for an extra sensor and you wouldn’t have even knew!! if I wasn’t in the auto body business and didn’t pressure him i truly feel like he wouldn’t have cared

They did an excellent job. I had a big chip on a brand new vehicle bumper that needed to be filled and paint blended. Jason was great to work with and was an “artist”. It looks a good as new.

They were extremely difficult to get in touch with. Albert from Coral Springs Auto Collision was my only source of hope navigating through this ordeal as we waited for a response. Six weeks after the accident the appraiser finally came down and of course, the car was a total loss. The insurance company would not issue me a check unless I paid for the storage fees which they let accumulate after taking so long to respond. Dropped my car off at 9am and was told I would be done by late afternoon. 2:30pm and no call back so I call to check on my car. No update was available for my car. 5pm I go to the shop and saw my car in the same parking space, missing the same front molding that was supposed to have been installed. Then they say, give them 30 minutes. So in about 30 minutes, my front molding was put on. No apology, no nothing.

Having been greatly disappointed by the local authorized Porsche painting facilitys repeated work, I was advised to contact Coral Auto Collision Inc. for their advice on how to rectify the blistering paint on the aerofoil of my Porsche 911.Jason took his time to explain that he thought the wrong primer paint had been applied to the foils material and the paint was being rejected with the blisters the visible result. He offered to attempt to correct this issue at a fair price and was I ever pleased with the result! Great professionalism coupled with courtesy and very skilled and trained personnel. Im so glad I got my car fixed at Coral Springs Auto Collision. I got rear-ended a few weeks ago and found this auto repair shop online. It had good reviews so I went to check it out and after speaking to Albert, felt assured that my car would be taken care of.Albert and his team went above and beyond. My trunk was so dented it wouldnt close and my bumper was also dented really badly. Not only was that fixed but when I got the car back today, it was good as new. Albert kept his word when he said he would fix the grill of my car free of charge (some pieces were missing post-accident but the insurance wouldnt cover it) and he also cleaned off my headlights for $40 (for both) which is really affordable. They even cleaned the interior.This is a trustworthy shop that works hard. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have visited the shop three times over the years for three different cars that they were lease and I needed some touch up Monir work before returning them. Price is good and never had problem with the quality of the work. Only problem is the time they take. 5 days minimum for any minor work.

Coral Springs Auto Collision did a fantastic job with my vehicle I got a small dent on my car and they gave me a honest estimate on my car (while other places found other things that needed to be done that werent necessary) they fixed what needed to be done and the car came out great with a nice wash included. Albert and his team completely redid my 2003 Acura 3.2 CL Type S. There was heavy rust around the trunk hinges and in the valley. It was replaced with new metal. New fender on front driver side replaced, as well. All the small dents and dings removed. Looks like the day I purchased the car. Beautiful job! Thank you!
